Very knowledgeable - their strengths are trouble shooting. They have performed work on numerous skid steers to trucks on electrical issues. We have purchased numerous starters, alternators and batteries.

This business I've known for so long while I've lived here finally had a chance to use them needless to say I will never go back to them again to start with I called to see how much it would cost to rebuild my alternator for my mustang the guy told me $125 I couldn't make it up there until a week later so when I did you take my alternator they are the guy told me it would be $145 I told him right off that's not what I was told the week before so he said he would fix it as cheap as he could later that day he called and said it was not repairable ( that was an extra alternator I had sitting around) so I pulled the one off of mustang right quick and he didn't call it a couple hours later and said it was repaired I brought it home and it was doing the exact same thing come to find out it was an AC switch that was pulling power I pulled the fuse and no more battery light I would like to know what he did to charge me $100 he also kept the one i took the first time thought i could trust a bizz that's been here as long as i have but things change but this bizz for the bad so beware if you choose to do bizz with them

I purchase replacement batteries for my vehicles at Zip's. Have never had a problem with Interstate Batteries. Service and knowledge of auto electrical systems is above average.

Customer service was excellent Erick told me the starter he recommended for my Ford and he was 100% right! This truck has never started this good! I recommend them to anyone!

I moved to Covington Georgia two years ago and was looking for an automotive electrical repair shop. I came across Zip and they have done an exceptional job on repairing my alternator for my Range Rover. Eric was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Eric educated me on the wiring schematic and walked me through the functioning of the alternator. Two thumbs up for Zip!!!!!!!!
