Great to be able to schedule appointments online. Although there is usually a wait time. But, you can guarantee complete service and excellent customer service. Replaced my flat tire with a new one and mounted it on my new rim for minimal costs. Been a patron of Discount Tire for 30 years.

IMAGINE HOW GREAT BUSINESS WOULD BE IF YOU SEPARATE YOUR CONTRACTORS FROM YOUR CONSUMERS....FASTER SERVICE, FAST DELIVERY, THE PICK UP WILL ACTUALLY BE WORTH IT..I DON'T THINK A CONSUMER WALKS IN WITH GLOVES AND A SAFETY VEST.....NO ONE IS ASKING QUESTIONS OR EVEN CONCERN... SMH

My friend had a flat tire in Conyers. We took her car to Discount Tire in Conyers, GA. The staff were professional and kind. They repaired the tire quickly. A special thank you to Anthony (Ant). He smiled and explained to my friend about her tire and how they repaired the tire. They didn't charge her for the services provided. I would definitely recommend this tire shop to all. On a different note, as a Christian, I was happy to hear a Christian song playing over the intercom. It is one of my favorite songs, titled - Jesus is Coming Soon. I pray that God Himself will bless this business and all of the workers. Amen and Alleluia

Wonderful service. Everyone was friendly and professional. The place is also clean and sunny. I had a leak in a tire that turned out to be a large nail. To my amazement, they didn't charge to fix this! Wow! Top grades all around.

My appointment was for 08:30. I got there at 08:15. They pulled my car in at 09:16 and was done with it by 09:34. Asked why was it that people who came in after me was serviced before me. There response was they had an appointment. So did I . If Mitch is a manager discount tires needs to retrain him.

I travel a good bit and always use Discount Tire because they are nationwide. They provide consistently good prices and service. I took my car in today for a replacement tire at this location in Conyers, Ga. I had an appointment for 2:15. I arrived just a little after 2 pm, and they had me out of there at 2:30 p.m. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks a bunch.

Don t go to the black guy in the front with the messed up teeth , I have a 2023 Toyota and I had to get a tire replaced because I had a nail in it . He advised me that I would need to replace all 4 tires or it would mess up my transmission. I advised that I wanted to talk to my dad about this and he quickly told me that I didn t have to replace all 4 because I didn t have a 4 wheel drive . He is a scam artist .

Baxter and Stephen were excellent to work with. I was back up and running with a new tire in no time (Approx 45 mins). With their recommendation my car is driving so much better!

Just had to submit this review. I arrived at this location at 10:00 a.m. I pulled up by the tire pressure station. There was no one waiting, but a technician gestured to me, and acknowledged that he saw me waiting. After waiting approximately 25 minutes, another car pulled up behind me to in line. Now miraculously after another five minutes, a technician came to the station. When I explained to him that my front passenger tire was very low this morning, and I would like someone to check it out. He then states, that I'm in his "air pressure line", park in a spot and he would have someone check me in. FYI - I am disabled, which is the reason why I pulled up to ask if that was a service that I needed to check in for, or if it were a service where they would fit you in. Anyway, I pulled in to a parking spot, and the manager named John, came out, and checked me in, and now it's 10:58 a.m. I explained to him that I had already been here for an hour, and waited in the tire pressure station for a half an hour. It is currently 1:42 p.m., and I am still waiting. I'll update the post to reflect the actual time that I will be seen. The problem that I am having, is that on a previous visit when I had an appointment, I still waited well over an hour to be seen. Also on that visit, I watched them assist a lady with a flat tire, who stated she had to go to work. They had her out within a half an hour. When I questioned, they stated that they take into consideration the customer's circumstances. So if that is the case, why am I still sitting here after approximately four hours. Surely, there was a better way to address my concern. I will be contacting the corporate office to voice my concerns.

Nail in my tire situation #Nothandeled! I had something as simple as nail in my tire. I waited 2 hours! I finally get my car back and just 3 miles down the highway my senor gauge comes on telling me how low I am. They just said calmly, bring it back to them. What part of I'm on the highway going flat after I left you guys. If it wasn't for me having my air compressor my challenges would be worse as I still barely made it back with 20% air. I did not receive a sincere apology at all. Nor is the guy there that did my tire... Not happy!

Discount tire is always served me well. However, the last time service was a little bit lacking, and they wouldn t even give me air! The guy wanted to sell me four brand new tires over the fact that I had one tire with a slow leak. Yes, the car was not mine and also the tire was pretty worn down, but buying four tires for a slow leak was a bit much.

I came here to update my review! I seriously can not give this location enough praise. Picked up a nail, was able to schedule an appointment, and get out in an awesome time, preventing me for missing out on work! The staff is always great here!It is always a pleasure dealing with the Discount Tire in Conyers, Ga. Great and friendly customer service! A plus is that they set realistic wait times and often get the job done prior to the time they tell you! Lots of seating while you wait as well as text updates throughout the servicing. I recommend getting full coverage on the tires, definitely a good bang for your buck!

First time visiting this location and they patched two tires within 30 mins. One tire was flat from a screw but I asked them to check another and they found a nail in that one. I didn t have an appt, but they weren t too busy when I went (first thing on a Friday morning).I typically go to the McDonough location, but this one was a lot better. Staff were very friendly and efficient. I also like that they re right next to Panera so I went over there to get breakfast during my wait, which again was only 30 minutes.

This business is very efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable about their products.If you have an associated problem that they donot service they tell you, they will not stir you. They let find a service that does that particular work. They are 5 stars.

I have waited 2 hours just for a nail plug!.. I saw the supervisors send guy's home and they are in thr office with no customers.. A better managing is my suggestion.... Not happy right now!

My boyfriend recommended discount tire before he passed. Now I see why he recommended discount tires. They didn t recommend to me to purchase unnecessary things I didn t need. Tires purchased and appointment were made online. They were professional the entire time. It shows that the owner takes care of the employees. The appointment made the wait quicker and I even had my 5 years old with me that day. I was originally supposed to go in on Saturday but then when I called them on Monday they were able to change my schedule to an earlier date. Please keep up the good work. I would definitely recommend discount tire to friends and family.

My tires were reasonably priced, the wait time was a bit long, but my issue is that when I gave them my car key, I had pepper spray attached. No one asked to remove it, so I didn't . When I got my keys back, my pepper spray was detached and broken. The Manager acted like it was no big deal and offered nothing to replace it or compensate for their error. You'd have to toss the keys and they'd have to hit the ground with a bit of force for this to happen. I know because I've dropped my keys a couple of times and the canister was still in good condition, not even a crack. He just had an argument going back and forth with a customer who was not properly informed about the tire warranty policy, so after being forced to listen to his nonchalant attitude and waiting 2 hours to get my tires replaced, I wasn't in the mood to argue over a $10 item. Although it's not about the cost of my lost, that is apart of my frustration, but it is more about the principal of how unprofessional the situation was handled. He didn't even offer an apology, any compensation, nothing. I will not return to this location. Next time I'll drive 15 minutes more and go to the Stockbridge location. They are MUCH more professional.

Quoted a lower price over the phone but service was good besides that
