I have been to this location many times. The last time I was here I was overcharged by the service coordinator.� She gave me her business card with a note for a free oil change and tire rotation as a reimbursement. � I called to speak to her prior to arriving, but found out she no longer worked there.� I spoke to the Service Manager and he advised that they would still honor the note from the previous service rep.� I arrived and was quickly greeted by Brandon.� I let him know about my voucher and my conversation with the manager. He had everything covered, quickly got me in the system and in the queue for service. After a short wait, he came and clearly explained all suggested maintenance. When it was time to pay the bill,� the service rep requested an itemized invoice to verify my voucher was honored and also review all maintenance charges.� Everything checked out perfectly.� Great experience all the way around for today s visit.

On 11/10/23 I WENT TO CONYERS NISSAN TO GET MY OIL AND FILTER CHANGED AS WELL AS A TIRE ROTATION AND AIR IN ALL FOUR TIRES!! ON SATURDAY 11/11/23 I WENT TO A WEDDING AND MY TIRE ORESSURE LIGHT CAME ON STATING "TIRE PRESSURE IS LOW"! I WAS FURIOUS BECAUSE IS THE SECOND TIME CONYERS NISSAN SERVICE DEPT DID NOT CHECK OR PUT AIR IN ALL FOUR TIRES ON MY SENTRA AND WHAT REALLY MADE ME ANGRY IS I PAID FOR A TIRE ROTATION AND I SPEIFICALLY TOLD THE SPECIALIST WHO CHECKED ME IN TO MAKE SURE AIR IS PUT IN ALL OF MY TIRES!! THEY USED TO GIVE GOOD SERVICE HERE NOW ITS HAS GONE DOWN SINCE THE PANDEMIC, NO CAR WASHES AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO THEIR JOBS!! ALSO PUTTING THEIR FRIENDS IN FRONT OF OTHER PEOPLE WHO WERE THERE EARLY!! THE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS FOR SHABBY SERVICE! I WILL BE GOING TO ANOTHER NISSAN DEALERSHIP FROM NOW IN I COULD HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT YESTERDAY IN THE WET RISDS DUE TO NO LOW TIRE ORESSURE IN ALL IF MY TIRES! I DESERVE ALL OF MY MONEY BACK FOR THEIS INCOMPETENCE!!

I would recommend this location to my worst enemy. My last oil change i waited 4 hours!! I was in like at 6:30 am i was the 3rd line in car and did not receive my car until 10:50 am! I don t understand the operation of this location. I had to ask the status of my car for them to tell me it was done. At that point I told myself i would never return. The manager then called me a couple of days later after the service to see how my visit was. I told her what happened and she told me this location hired an extra person to update everyone on their status of the cars even tho I had to ask the status myself. I told her i never got updated. She then apologized and told me she put a free oil change on my account. I then sent my husband to get my oil changed . When he went to get an oil change they told him me there was nothing on my account. I then called the service department and asked to speak to a manager they put me on hold twice for over 10 minutes. I then hung up and called again just to speak to the same advisor i told her i was on hold for too long and needed to speak to the manager. She said he s not even in the office. So i asked what was the purpose of her putting me on hold. I then asked for her name twice just and she refused to tell me and hung up on me. End of story i did not get my oil change i refuse to give another dime to this location.Service: Oil change

Cannot get in touch with the service department. Waited several times , spoke with receptionist who transferred me and still no answer over & over . This is terrible customer service . Yet I get calls and mail wanting my business. Very disappointed .

I went in for an alignment and oil change. Had to end up getting a new battery as well, as my van wouldn't start up when I pulled into the service area. Service took about 3 hours. Fine job!

I brought my car in due to the check engine light, I was told I needed to replace my radiator along with the upper & lower hoses. The repairs were done car picked up & my check engine light is still on!!! Jerry my advisor didn t provide the bare minimum amount of customer service, he told me to bring the car back! I dare not!!!! I will take my car to Duluth from here on out even though I live in Conyers.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I loved the pleasant salesman in Service Mr Tony. He greeted my with a smile. He helped me from start to finish. He really helped me to understand the urgency of needing new tire. I felt he genuinely cared for my safety first. He found me a great price for purchasing new tire at Affordable price. I'm satisfied Mr Tony explained everything so I would get clear as to what I needed. Thank you Nissan of Conyers

Received a call that they anted to buy my car. Got there wanted me to sell my car but I will have a balanced. All lies and scams. Just tell the truth that you wanted me to trade my car in and buy a new one and I would have not waisted my time or theirs.

Every visit is a wonderful experience. Ryan Bassett is my favorite advisor. He gives details on the things my car need and keeps me posted while I wait for my car to be serviced. He NEVER disappoint me. The drinks and snacks stay full and the rest of the staff are always smiling. I recommend this location. They are the best.

I have been buying cars there for years! Troy and his team are absolutely amazing. Jerry in the service department is a gem. But, there is a guy named Anthony in the service department who is always rude, unprofessional and frankly brings the service quality down. I won t deal with him at all! As long as Aaron is my service professional I know my older suv will be handled with care he is AWESOME...He is always straight with me about my 21 year old Nissan xterra...The waiting room is clean and everyone is pretty nice

Services was excellent but regular customers especially ones that purchased their vehicle(s) shouldn't have provided coupons for service discounts. Conyers Nissan should automatically give you a discount on bill for customer loyalty.

Even though we are going through these difficult times during this pandemic, Conyers Nissan did a wonderful job of making sure we adhere to the guidelines. I was truly impressed. I've been bringing my car a 2008 Nissan Altima for years. Always good service. Tony is my service advisor and takes care of my car and make sure maintenance is done right. Facility is clean and the staff is always friendly and eager to assist. The waiting area is very comfortable while you wait with WiFi.

My first experience with Nissan of Conyers was pleasant. The facility was clean, masks were worn by staff, and the customers waiting were social distancing.Anthony Small was my service representative. He answered my questions and kept me updated as information about my vehicle became available.

Service was great...time was slow. Took almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Snack bar is gone. At least there was wifi.

During a pandemic, the company should be more strategic in their service scheduling. I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change around people who were not wearing masks.
