The absolute worst customer service experience ever!!! After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment for my car to be dropped off for assessment and repair they rescheduled my appointment the day of my appointment and when I questioned them the Manager hung up on me. If you have low expectations have your car repaired here

Classic Collision kept me informed of the progress of my car daily. The work was completed a week early, and they did a great job. Would highly recommend them!

I'm overly excited and very pleased with my car. I'm very picky when comes to my automobile and Classic did an excellent job. My car looks like it never had an accident. Thanks again guys. Awesome job

My tailgate had a small dent. I was told that it needed to be replaced. The services were done timely & it appeared to be good cosmetically. My tailgate will not open at all using the handle control. It intermittently opens using the key fob and indoor control. It s been a year now and it s still not operable. Initially I waited 6 months to have the problem evaluated because CC said their machine to test mechanical issues was inoperable. They never once called to update me but I had to continuously call them. Fast forward I took it back twice and they could show me at that moment that it worked the one time that they pressed the remote, but later it only opened intermittently. The handle control has not opened the tailgate since the initial repair. They told me that the handle had to be replaced and the part could take 6 months to arrive. I have waited and waited. I called to see if the handle had arrived and was told that my tailgate had been fixed. I reminded them that it had not been fixed and that we were waiting on the new part to arrive. I was then told that I would receive a call back in a moment once they check on the progress of the handle order. No one has called me back. I have called and my calls have not been returned. I have dealt with the same person the entire time. I think his name is Danny. I just want my tailgate to open as it was opening before they replaced it. If they can t fix it then send it to BMW. I am sick of the back and forward after more than a year.Service: Body & Trim

My car was repaired here after a side swipe collision. The repair took 3 weeks, but it was well worth the wait! When my car was ready, I was overwhelmed and in love with again! Everyone was so nice.Thank you so much for bringing my beauty back to life!!!

Classic Collision repaired my Infiniti Q50 after an accident. The car honestly looks better than when I originally had it. The service was exceptional, constantly updating me on the status of my car. Jessica was so polite and very informative. Andy made sure my car was in perfect condition before I picked it up. The service I received here definitely relieved the stress I had about my car. Hi, the staff at this Conyers location are just great!! Ren and his mechanic Jason fixed my front bumper in 5 minutes. If I had to replace it, I am sure I would have to pay hundreds of dollars. The customer service is amazing there Macy was so patient with me and the Insurance issues that we were running into. She is top notch over there. Her boss too, heis also hilarious. .great waiting environment They did a fantastic job with my Jeep. She looks as good as she did the day I pulled her of the lot, even gave her a bath. I have a 01 mustang cobra that was rear ended at a stoplight. Finding the bumper was hard because of the age of my car and because it was a special version but they tried anyway and after a few failed attempts they found one and got it put together fast it looks great and they even cleaned the rest of the car also hard to ask for more than that very satisfied will be returning for more work. I inquired about a paint job on a super clean vehicle. The employee didn t even walk out the door to look at it . Just assumed I needed hella body work and gave me a ridiculous starting price. I know insurance jobs is were the money s at , but what about people that work hard to save there little coins for decent clean paint job?

This was my experience with this establishment. This was my first and last time taking any vehicle I may own there. If I could give it a negative 10, I would. In my case, they don't seem to know the difference between charcoal gray and black. Buyer beware. You've been warned. Consider another establishment.

Ren and Macy are amazing!!! They were so easy to work with and have awesome customer service even when I continued to have bad luck with my car! If I ever need anything done on my car, I will be going back to Classic Collision!
