I went to the one in Cleveland Georgia on 4/11/24. About 12:00 and was having a horrible day and the manager Lee went out of his way to give me the best customer service experience I've ever had. It's nice to know that there's still people who have a compassionate heart anymore.

Lee was very helpful! Couldn t ask for better service! Everyone is so helpful and friendly any time I stop in be it to buy a part I am not familiar with or car cleaners.

Good store. Easy access. Delivery of parts from the warehouse is very consistent. Immensely helpful on the phone. Counter line gets deep at times. I've always thought a self checkout line at an auto parts store makes sense for those who "shelf shop" versus needing counter help for part lookup.

We love this place, the staff is always so helpful and friendly. If they don't have a part they find it for us! Danielle is the best- after being a customer for many years, we went in there and she signed us up for the O'Reilly rewards program, five dollars off every $350 you spend! Now why didn't somebody tells this $5000 ago ?? Also if you need a part and it is coming from somewhere else- PAY UP FRONT- otherwise they will NOT call you when the part comes n- company policy.

The Cleveland location O'Reillys is absolutely amazing. I was sitting in my car out front and I called the store and asked them if they could reserve some brake pads for me and I could pay over the phone and I was going to see if they could bring them out to my car, the store associate said that he couldn't take my card over the phone. I told him I would figure out some thing because I had my baby in the backseat and it was 31� outside. Before I knew it the store manager came out to my car asked me how he could assist me. He then took my card went in the store , ran my card for the brake pads and brought them out to me. Thank God for people like the store manager of the Cleveland O'Reillys. You really made my day so much better. I will definitely come back to this location.

I was visiting Cleveland from Hendersonville, NC. My car was malfunctioning. I drove to this establishment. The associate was wonderful.... knowledgeable, persistent in diagnosing the problem with my car, efficient, etc. He installed a new battery in a short time. Great service despite having many other customers making requests the same time as I. I regret that I did not get the name of the individual.

I didn't need both wipers for the car which is good because they only had the driver's side part. So, three stars for that. Gentleman at the counter however double checked that the wiper was the correct one for the car and then offered to and was capable of installing the thing right in the lot. This is an auto parts store located in the middle of a mess of places where you can get auto parts. Good service is a differentiator.

Went to O'reilly's yesterday to get oil to change the oil in my 2 trucks. Very big and very visible on the front of the building is an advertisement for 4 quarts of oil plus an oil filter. When I went inside the store to make my purchase, the sales associate had absolutely no idea of what special I was talking about. He went to the front of the store Twice, still not seeing the advertisement poster. When he went to the manager, she notified us that she would not honor that special because she didn't have a sales paper. The name of the manager was Danielle. Danielle refused to sell me the oil change bundle. Of course I went to another Auto parts store. And spent my money else where.

Was not too happy with their customer service. The associate was on a cell phone call while helping us. I get it if its an emergency but don't call a person over to check out if your phone is on your ear it's rude. Other than that it always been pretty good. Just customer service is important.

Used to be great store before they hired the extremely rude and unprofessional lady. She sits on the counter top playing lovey dovey while customers are waiting for assistance. If you call and sh answers just hang up and call until you get someone else. All she will do is put you on hold and never come back. Even a couple of the newer guys are rude.

I have been trying to figure out what all's wrong with the 95 Nissan Pathfinder so I have been in there several times in the past couple of weeks. One part I needed I priced down the street and they wanted right at $40 more for the same part so that got me in the door and there friendly, helpfully staff keeps me coming back. Tonight Amanda waited on me at the Cleveland store they did not have the part in stock and I am supposed to have the work done tomorrow so she picked up the phone and called until she found me one to be delivered to her store by lunch tomorrow!!! Even though the guy in the Elbert on store was clueless on how to do a store will call and hung up on her she didn't give up. Thanks Amber you made a stressful situation worries free.

I called here to check if they had a part I needed. The guy says he doesn't have it at his store but the Gainesville store had one. He told he he would have it there at noon. I said ok I'll come get it. This was around 10 am when I called. At about 12:30 I came in and I was told I didn't make it on the truck coming at 12. He told me it would be on the truck coming at 2. I asked him to call me when it got there so I wouldn't waste another trip to the store. Never got a call a probably wouldn't have. I called the next day and they had it. The guy told me a completely different price than what I was told the first time I called. I understand things happen but when you ask for them to give you a call and they can't even do that! I'd rather buy parts from a junkyard than deal with these guys

Billy is friendly and knowledgeable. When I was not able to fix the issue myself, he recommended an excellent local shop that was inexpensive and friendly as well. This is type of Parts people I hope to always get. Great job guys!

You really find out what your dealing with when things go wrong. Jimmy Carpenter is so helpful and Kyle is great to boot. always willing to do the right thing by me. I will highly recommend.

Always had a pleasant experience at this location. If they don't have it, they'll get it that same day 9 times out of 10. Knowledgeable staff, better than the boys down the street on either side of the road.

They had what I was looking for (snow chains) and were extremely helpful as usual. I have yet to go to an O'Reilly auto parts store that didn't impress me with their service.
