They did a fantastic job on my 1997 fifth wheel camper I inherited from my dad. Kitchen and bathroom floor replaced and fixed hot water heater and toilet. Very happy with the price and work done along with little things I wanted done. This place is awesome for all RV needs. I arrived before the big freeze in need of a siphon hose to place RV antifreeze in my water system. They had none available and Steve made me what I needed from valve connector and spare hose from their shop incredible customer service. I was so impressed I scheduled them for a mobile service on a bad furnace in my RV. Once again they exceeded my expectations with John checking to make sure everything was what i needed. Gina does a great job keeping everything scheduled on time and serving the customer. These are awesome people doing good work at a reasonable price.

My wife and I are OTR drivers and had an air-conditioner unit that read E7. We couldn't afford to leave it at the shop because we need to make money with our truckThey were all over it and told me over the phone what to do!Flip that breaker and easy fix that was.Thanks guys

Mountain RV has always been INCREDIBLE to work with! They are very responsive when something needs to be done or when you have a simple RV question. Their mobile techs are amazing and always show up quickly! They also stand behind their work! We had slide toppers installed on all of our slides, one of which had an awning on it. When we opened the awning for the first time since having the slide toppers installed a few months ago, we noticed that the awning was coming off of the RV. I emailed them yesterday and they had a team out this afternoon to fix it up! I couldn t be more pleased with my experience! When you have a business that genuinely cares and stands behind their work, they deserve props! I recommend them to everyone I know! Thank you, Gina, and all of the staff, for always being so kind, helpful, and honest!

Absolutely recommend this business. I was referred here by employee of Unicoi Lodge, specifically calling to the owner Steve, who personally addressed the a/c issue, while another staff member replaced a roof vent hatch cover. All staff was friendly and diligent. Excellent service experience, very fair price Jimmy was awesome, take care of that leg!

I have been a repeat and very satisfied customer of Mountain RV for several years. They have repaired,help maintain, and gave money saving tips on 3 different units I have owned. They are honest hard working people who stand by their word and do not suggest unnecessary work as the corporate companies do. I have contacted them about some future work to be done and have the utmost confidence everything will be done in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Dangerous! All I can say is if you have serious issues find someone else. Our camper was having electrical issues and needed service on the furnace and water heater. After having our camper all summer we were told the electrical was fixed and that small leaks in the water heater patched and were good. With in 10 minutes of hooking up our RV the panel was glowing and melting so glad we didn t hook up and go to the store as we would normally do. It could ve been catastrophic. We called out an independent technician that assessed and fixed our camper in an hour. I am just grateful someone could fix it and that we were all okay. Wish I hadn t wasted time and money with Mountain RV. My advice take your business elsewhere and do your research. Also never have heard back from the business owner from someone growing up with a family owned business I cannot even fathom having so little pride and consideration in work practices.Service: Electrical

we feel it our duty to advise all members of our happy place of something very disturbing. On 04/02/2019 we were burglarized and stolen from by 2 employees of mountain rv in Cleveland.That were hired to do repairs on our camperif that s not horrible enough after the owner of the establishment learned of his employees behavior and theft he still employs these criminals as of today giving them further opportunity to continue robbing other hard working people such as all of us, after all how many people do we know that are lucky enough to have a security camera inside their camper to protect their home away from home when we are not there to protect it like WeThese criminals did not have permission to enter our camper and were not given a keythe work they were to provide was totally accessible from out side the camper.***Warning***The video I am about to show you will shock you beyond beliefThis is not the first time these 2 criminals have done this it s only the first time they have been caughtIt pains me that the owner of this establishment would still have these guys employed to give them the opportunity to ROB OTHERSIF There was a way to give a negative star rating I would
