What an easy experience this was. Joe and Brian we re great. No pressure not pushy. I ve never trusted the smaller dealerships. Cleveland auto brokers changed my opinion. I bought a 2011 crown Vic and it runs like a champ. In a world where everyone s trying to get over on somebody, Joe and Brian are doing it right. Thanks guys.

I just got my first new to me car in 10 years! Joe and Bryan made it so easy! They were both very knowledgeable about the car and took the time to answer all my questions. My favorite part is they were not pushy at all! I hope to drive my new car for a long time but when it s time to shop for the kids, we will be back to Cleveland Auto Brokers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I bought a 2008 GMC Acadia and was told the O2 sensor and the front right axel were the only things messed up. I was already paying way over the Kelly blue book value as well. Today after only having the car for 45 days not even, it CAUGHT ON FIRE and am finishing out now that it has way more issues than I was told. I m highly upset. Go somewhere else and get a car. This was my first car I bought for myself and was taken advantage of extremely.

I have family members that have purchased cars from Cleveland auto brokers in the past but this was my first experience with them personally. The Sales person was not pushy at all -I found exactly what I was looking for -the car was priced right -I will be back! Thanks Joe!!

What an experience! Never have I dealt with a salesperson and had such a great time. They definitely work with you and help you with anything you need. Definitely going to be looking here in the future when I need a new car before I go anywhere else!!

These guys did me right. Their sales rep Noah, answered all of our questions and was incredibly patient while we kicked the tires and gave the vehicle several inspections. Let s face it, the guy was amazing and probably deserves a raise!!

Truly an honest and friendly dealership! The whole staff is knowledgeable and professional. Joe made the purchasing process on my 2013 mustang gt quick and easy and was able to help us out and make sure we drove away in a good car with great reliability for a great price! Definitely recommend for anybody looking for a quick and easy purchasing process

Bryan was great to work with. I drove in from out of state on a Jeep Wrangler and he went out of his way to get me the information I asked for, including multiple video walkarounds and a test drive. He also went above and beyond to help return a one way rental car I had when the rental car agency messed up the reservation. The jeep was as-described and I would happily do business with Cleveland Auto Brokers again. Don't be put off by the seemingly remote location, they have a small but clean and well run operation. Highly recommend.

So I m in college and I had to start looking for a car and I tried out this place and it was amazing!!! They got me an amazing car that I love so much just in my price range and I couldn t be happier I went through them to buy my first car!! Walked around the lot for 20 minutes and not a single person came out and talked to us. I didn't see any competing customers. I guess the sales people were all in a meeting

I just bought my vehicle on Saturday...Joe Talley went the extra mile for us....we called and the website had the hours posted incorrect...he not only waited on us...we were extremely late...he had just given up on us, but when we called, he came back...i have already recommended them to several of my family and friends and will continue to do so...i am grateful for them and their company...thank you so much...driving from Tennessee to Georgia was worth the extra mile..
