Amazing experience! I noticed a significant fluid leak when out running errands and called Almost Auto. They were able to get me in immediately and Tammy walked me back to my car to show me the issue and to explain the repair needed. They had the repair done before the end of the same day and pricing was incredibly fair. I interacted with multiple team members and all were exceptional. Thank you!

I was told by my regular auto shop that I needed new struts on my vehicle. They quoted me what I thought was an outrageous price. I asked around and was referred to repair shop that happens to be close to me. I called and spoke to Sonny who was professional and offered a reasonable price. After speaking with him I decided to give them a try. Very glad I did. The place isn't fancy but they did a great job, very pleasant and personable staff, and the job was done when promised. Very pleasantly surprised. This will be my go to repair shop now.

After my arrival to GA, my engine light came on. Needless to say I was very concerned; being in a new city and no knowledge of a mechanic. While doing some extensive searching, I came across Almost Auto Service. I read their reviews and decided to give them a call. Tammy and Sonny were very pleasant over the phone, so I made my decision to take my truck there. The service was fast and again, Tammy and Sonny were very pleasant. I was pleased with the outcome and it was good to know that there s good people and reliable mechanics when you need one. Thank you for your time and service, Almost Auto Service.

This was by far THE best experience I have ever had at a repair shop. Prices are fair and reasonable. I know my car had several problems when I took it in. Tammy at the front desk was amazing and so was the young lady working beside her. Tammy called to let me know what all needed to be done but informed me the most important thing at the moment was my brakes for safety reasons. This shop really cared and made sure I knew how important it was to stay on top on my maintenance. They are not money hungry and took their time to do a great job. This is the ONLY shop I will be taking my vehicle to. I can t thank them enough.

I woke up with a vehicle emergency (my battery light kept flashing and it was slowly loosing power). After a quick google search I found Almost Auto Service. After reading their reviews I decidedto call and see when I could bring in myvehicle. I was so relieved when I was told Icould bring it in the same day. I arrived withinthe hour and they took me immediately. Notlong after they figured out the problem, it wasmy alternator. When I say they were fast Everything was done with in 2 hours of me bringing in my van, they also didan oil change. Everyone I spoke with was Extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. The hospitality was great as well. From the time I spoke on the phone till leaving with my vehicle was a fantastic experience. My family and I will definitely be back for any mechanical issue/maintenance here on out!!

Best shop I ve ever taken my truck to in the greater Atlanta area! I do most of the maintenance to my Silverado myself, but recently took my truck here 2 times for different repairs, that I couldn t do myself. Each time I had an amazing experience! Tammy is riot and put a smile on my face each time I came through the door. I got to meet Sonny each time. He truly knows what he s doing and runs a fantastic shop. Also, Sam is an amazing mechanic. The issue with my truck this past time was a bit complicated, but Sam got it figured out. Oh and they re very friendly on your pocket!!!

I needed a donut changed on my car and ran into one of their service trucks on the way to get my new tire. Although they couldn't change my tire, they had a shop who they partnered with to get the repair done- Family Tire. Tammy I believe, I spoke to was so helpful, pointed me in the right direction and made sure I was taken care of before the end of the day. Great people to work with especially during the holidays! Thank you!

My electric door slipped off track. I took it in for repair and they got it fixed quickly and plus it worked better than before; one push and the door opens smoothly. No more multiple attempts to open the door which before we got it repaired was a problem. Enjoying the door lol Highly recommended. Thank you.

I don t know why but finding a good mechanic in the Atlanta and surrounding areas has proven to be extremely difficult. Especially with so many scammers amidst. However my experience at almost auto was quite decent. Tammy seemed to genuinely care and asked Tons of questions to get to the bottom of my issue. She kept me informed and the team identified the problem quickly and accurately. It s been a few days since my repairs and haven t had any issues. Satisfied!

I had an emergency repair after my trusted mechanic closed up shop and he recommended this one; I can see why! They served me same-day even though it meant staying late and ordering parts. The staff were so friendly and knowledgable and I felt like the advice and explanations they gave not only helped me understand my vehicle but understand the repairs they made. I can feel a complete difference when driving now and know that AAS will be my trusted mechanic from now on!

I initially called Almost Auto to ask about power steering flush and coolant flush for my Altima. The dealership had suggested each of these services and of course I wasn't paying those prices. Soooo I ran to Google and came upon Almost Auto because it was within a certain radius from where I was at the time and of course the ratings caught my eye the guy who answered the phone gave me a straight up response and told me he doesn't suggest either because the year of my vehicle and that the dealership suggest each of these services to collects some more money even though that oil change was dang near $80?! Sooo I thanked him and made a mental note I'll circle back if my car got sick...less than a week, more car let me down. It was not accelerating when I gave it gas and stopped turning on. My car had power (so not battery related) but the engine wouldn't turn over. So I'm thinking transmission. Called up Almost Auto and spoke with Tammy. She was informed and thoughtful...I had to get my car towed in and Tammy waited after hours to assist me so hospitable and kind. My car had to stay overnight and I was thinking I'm about spend $$$ because I'm thinking yet trying not to think the worse. Later the next day, Tammy calls me up and tells me all I needed was some gas!! I had let my car get too low on gas and possibly the reason it affected my car this time around (I often let my car get lower than a quarter) is because the sensor may be going bad. So now all is well with my vehicle. And again, I've gotta mechanic that can trust if ever I need to come by.

I don't trust this beauty to just any mechanic. This girl has been in the family since 1969 and she needed some work. We are new to the area so we were a bit nervous about finding and trusting the right mechanic. I wasn't quire sure what the problems were but after a thorough diagnostic eval Sonny gave us his advice on what needed to get done and even discouraged a more expensive repair that we were willing to pay for but that she didn't necessarily need. He and his crew sent us photos of the work as it was being done and when we picked her up today he put the car up on lifts so we could see in person the detail of work was completed. All at very reasonable price. He even through in a brand new battery for free. I will be recommending Almost Auto to anyone who asks. Thanks Sonny!

I ve been riding with my check engine light on for the past month. The code returning indicated an issue with my catalytic converter. Which I had replaced two years ago. I visited a well-known chain repair store to confirm the issue. At the chain store a disgruntled customer told me that I shouldn t allow the chain to repair my vehicle because of price gouging but should take it to Almost Auto. Prior to following that direction I took it back to the previous mechanic because it had a two year warranty on the part. I was two months outside of the warranty and they wouldn t honor it. I called Almost Auto and spoke to Tammy. She was very knowledgeable suggested that I bring the car by to confirm the codes and get a quote. Unfortunately, I did need a new catalytic converter. I decided to have the work done right away after hearing that Almost Auto offers a lifetime warranty on the part. Everyone was very friendly and took great care of me and my vehicle. My repair was completed the same day! If I need any additional repairs I ll definitely be back!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Went in for an alignment and to have them double check my suspension that I had replaced myself. Not only did they do a full suspension inspection and walked through their process, but they did so without charging me. As for the alignment, they set me up with the shop they have do all their alignment work. Instead of driving my vehicle there and back and charging me to do so, they asked if I wanted to drive it over myself to save time and money. Both Almost Auto and the alignment shop were friendly and honest and clearly cared more about doing quality work to make me a happy customer than making a quick buck. Highly recommend and will be back next time I need a good mechanic.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Our Chevrolet truck was having issues with the oil pressure gauge while driving down 85. We went on Google to find a local mechanic, and drove to AAS- Almost Auto Service. They are so nice and very experienced. They had us back on the road and fixed up within one hour. If you want to get an honest estimate with efficient service and great customer service, this is THE PLACE. Tammy in the office was so friendly and helpful upon arrival. Sonny in the shop is extremely knowledgable and a pro's pro. Couldn't recommend Almost Auto Service enough.

Sonny was incredibly helpful. He came to my Apt and picked up my car, leaving me a vehicle to use, and within an hour and a half had called me with a diagnosis of the cars problems. He gave me quotes for the bigger issues needing fixing. There was no pressure to agree right then on a fix price, gave me his honest review and advice.
