if this is the O'Reillys in chatsworth Ga i rate them a zero a woman was checking out she left there were 3 men standing at the front and finally after 2 mins. one says to me we will be with you in a min and they cont. talking when my husband walked in they finally decided to help me and as we walked out my husband said wow they are racist i said i thought that the 1st time i went in there but im sure this time so i wont be back their manner told it all and their tones

I gave it five stars even though I was in there with three other people only two employees were working and one of them was on his phone with some family remember because he said I love you at the end of his call when he said I got to go.I thought it was rather rude that talking to a family member was much more important than taking care of his customers. But I'm getting used to this kind of rudeness from different kinds of employees. (not here)

Because we are women the guy sold me the wrong part when I took it back he says it was a 50/50 shot instead of asking me what size my trans was he sold me the most expensive one

I gave one star because there is not a zero been going there for a long time today was awful the guy was very rude I don't know who or what he thinks he is I will never do business with them again and I will tell all my friends

No matter what I am working on I end up getting the part here. I was working on a 2014 cruze and another parts store told me it didn't have factory drum brakes. They also price match so it's the best of both worlds.

The older gentleman didn't even need the computer. He was outstanding getting me the parts I needed fast. I have never seen anything quite so impressive!

The employee working that night, was very cordial and knowledgeable.He took his time and put my wipers on, even though, it was close to closing.Definitely, a good place to stop, for your automotive needs.

The chatsworth location is the best. Nathan knows everything about a vehicle and the rest of the people are super nice and helpful. The store is always organized and kept clean. Hard working people they are

Never stopped at this location before. It was later in the evening. The worker helped me install my head light. I was really grateful for all the help.

Dena is an outstanding employee she helped me in every way answered all my questions and she was very respectful... she knew exactly what she was doing and I was really impressed with her knowledge of automotive parts and vehicles... I really think she deserves a promotion... thank you for your great services and I will definitely come back for all of my automotive needs....

Great experience, Tyson helped me as soon as I walked in, helped me find what I needed and changed my fuse for me. He also asked my pronouns, which makes the atmosphere more welcoming being in the south.

About on par with a typical O'Reilly but the staff and management come up way short. On the weekends, prepare to wait in a long line for a single register while 2 or 3 other employees (including management) play on there phones.

You might pay a few cents extra. But they had what I needed with the convenience of having someone on a register when I was ready to check out. You don't always get that at other places.

After my car not turning on I decided to ask for some help nearby at ZAXBY S and the O Reilly nearby was the best chance of hope. I really can t thank them enough for their help I am thankful for that.
