I had never been here b4 but decided to give them a try.Very very knowledgeable as well as extremely helpful. I do not own any tools to be able to put my new battery that I bought from them in my car but they were willing to do it free of charge. Thank you all very much.

Napa is awesome!! I use them with my company and for my personal use. Hands down best employees I work with in the Chatsworth location is Desiree and Zack. They always go the extra mile to get you exactly what you need.Another plus is they deliver

These are the very best people. I was broken down with a bad battery and they brought me one to. Edna's Restaurant (which has awesome food and service.) and they even installed it for me while I was eating. Thank you Doug. I could only give you 5 stars. I am from Marietta so I. Have a special appreciation for these kind of things smaller town America offers. I will be moving out this way permanently. Enjoy what you have. Folks it doesn't get any better than this.

I highly recommend this store. It's nice to have professional staff. I own a trucking company and when it's time for maintenance, I can depend on getting exactly what I need.
