Absolutely amazing customer service in every way! I utilized the valet service and my vehicle was picked up from my house, serviced it, delivered it back to my house while informing me via text every step of the way. Kevin is always so helpful when scheduling my service and makes sure everything is taken care of!

Great service! They came to pick up the car, took photos, drove it to dealership, rotated, balanced and filled tires, checked fluids, changed oil, at a great value. A competitive price, and half the cost if you consider the time you save.

Kevin Blackwell was an absolute ROCKSTAR during my last visit. He went above and beyond to deliver amazing customer service that far exceeded any that I have encountered before. Because of him, I have complete trust and faith in the service department and have already been telling family and friends to make the switch. I cannot recommend him enough!

I highly recommend Chatsworth Ford. Everyone there was extremely friendly and professional. I drove in just before closing on Friday with a check engine condition. They jumped on my issue immediately and had me back on the road very soon. This was the best possible service experience I could have imagined. Keep it up guys!

We do all of our service and repairs at Chatsworth Ford. They are always polite, friendly, and they always do a great job. Their prices are comparable with those oil change places where you re just a number.

Used the valet pickup and deliver and this was great. I really like not having to take my time out for going to the dealership for service or drop off for warranty work. They tried there best to resolve my issues but seems Ford has an issue that they need to resolve first. Would recommended Chatsworth Ford to someone need service on therr Ford car or truck.

Suddenly having an issue with my Ford F150 truck. I was there before opening, every member of chatsworth Ford staff was incredibly professional. From the technicians to the receptionist up front. I was kept in touch often about the progress and was offered a ride anywhere I. Needed to be. It was handled promptly with courtesy. From Suddenly having a problem, it was taken in right away, no waiting or come back in a day or 2, they even had to run to dalton for a part and the repairs was made in just a few hours. I really appreciate the folks at chatsworth Ford for exchanging my morning of chaos into peace of mind......great job ladies and gentlemen.

After the routine oil change Friday morning at 8 AM 02/23. I noticed a conspicuous noise emanating from beneath my vehicle, Friday night. Prompting me to seek an immediate diagnosis from an alternative mechanic due to the service department's weekend closure on Saturday 02/24 To my dismay, it was revealed that the heat shield had been improperly reinstalled, with damaged screws and retaining clips, resulting with the heat shield dragging the ground. My hood release was also jammed, and I couldn t get my hood to open without the alternative mechanic manipulating it to get it to open.

They picked up my vehicle from my home and took it to the dealership and changed my oil and they checked all of the other fluids and everything and top them off without charging me for that part. All I paid for was an oil change. They didn t call and harass me about everything else that needed done to my vehicle and when they were they brought my vehicle back to my house free of charge I only had to pay for my oil change. I will definitely use this service again and again and again. And it came with a free tire rotationServices: Tire rotations, Oil change

I've been a customer for a very long time. I've never been disappointed. However, they just went above and beyond. I called them because my vehicle had a flat in my driveway. I'm not able to change a tire anymore. They came and put air in it,, took it to the shop, repaired it, checked the others, and brought it back. I was so relieved. Thanks again, Chatsworth Ford!

We should have done are due diligence in finding out the vehicle we wanted sold after driving 3 hours to come view. We told the salesman that we would be coming. The vehicle was still showing for sale on Facebook and on their website. So we didn t think to call as we left really early that morning to test other vehicles.
