Worked me in last minute and same day after getting strung along by another shop that refused to schedule an appointment. In the shop for not more than 45 minutes and charged very reasonably. Job was done perfectly as well. A+++ This is what quality and professionalism in running a business is. Other shops take note if you want a chance of long term survival. Thanks 411!

A couple weeks ago, my Husband and I were out-of-towners and got stranded at our hotel. Trying not to panic, we called 411 in hopes they could fit us in... We were met with a super friendly staff, that fixed us up in NO TIME. Thankfully our car trouble was a quick repair! Nathan was our hero and got us back on the road!We are still very thankful for the crisis they helped us avoid! Service: Engine repair

Had our car towed to 411 Auto Repair for a quote to get transmission repaired. After 8+ days, cost would be $4400. Wanted second opinion so had car towed to Superiors Auto down the road and it was literally a switch needing replaced for the transmission $146. Is this incompetence or laziness? Looks like both but mostly greed.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

I took my 2010 F150 to get the rotors turned I was charged $50 since I don't live far from the shop I didn't notice until the next. Morning that my rotors hadn't been turned properly.i decided to take to another mechanic I was told that it looks as if their machine was either messed up and only turn my rotors once now they are all scratched up. The job was never finished but yet still charged me .

They really provide great auto service and fair pricing. I enjoyed, that they took my safety into account when driving my van. To make sure it would be able to be driven. Thanks you all!

Got poor mechanics who don't know what their doing or to lazy to work i told them it was a rear main seal they said it was valve cover gaskets and block off plate. It's leaking worse than it was, im going to take my losses and go elsewhere. Get better mechanicsService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Brought my truck in for engine repair and they had it for over a month and worked on it for at least 3 weeks, communication was low, no call or updates on my truck I always had to call and ask about it and the finish date was delayed over 3 times of when it would be ready.Very unpleased with the service, also when I got my truck back it was filthy on the inside door with mud and dirt and grease stains on my brand new seat covers!Would not recommend for anything.Service: Engine repair

Took my vehicle to 411 Auto Repair to have it repaired. They told me they replaced 2 spark plugs but it didn t run any better so there was something internally wrong with the motor and they didn t want to deal with it. So now after wasting 50 dollars to have them tell me something I already knew I m going to have to take it elsewhere to have it fixed. I would not suggest taking any type vehicle to this shop to have it fixed.

Took my vehicle in for an alternator change after three times and $650 they still cannot get it right once they finally got it to crank and run did not notice till a month later after not cranking my car for two days that I had to boost it again cheap prices I agree you pay for what you get don t make the same mistake I did

Took my drive shaft and had the universal joints replaced .disnt get 3 miles down the road and the u joints came apart now i have to find a new driveshaft
