Our salesperson Cook H was awesome! He was extremely kind and patient with me as I decided which Honda Civic sport to purchase. Not pushy at all. Just a Very personable individual and great at explaining information, he deserves a raise. Brittany and Kevin were also great. Overall the best experience I ve had so far but I m so glad I purchased my first new vehicle from here. Definitely was worth the drive all the way from Ellijay, Ga. Ask for Cook!

Going car shopping alone as a woman can be very intimidating, so I want to give a big thank you to Sherry for making my car search a pleasant experience! She is very personable and does not feel like a salesperson. She is patient, kind, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I took up several of her work hours test driving 3 cars and ended up not liking any of them; she was generous to spend her time working with me regardless and continued to actively search for cars for me. I highly recommend working with her, especially if you are a woman shopping solo for your next car.

My wife and I bought a 2024 Honda CR-V just the other day.We visited the lot on Black Friday only intending on narrowing down our options.From the moment we entered Shottenkirk Cartersville, we were greeted by several employees eager to help us find that special car. Travis Amos was assigned to us and guided us through the entire process start to finish like a pro.He carefully listened to our needs and preferences. He was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. He managed to find that CR-V in two tries and even gave us a great deal on it.After all the paperwork was over, he took the time to show my wife several features of the car and even called us the next morning to follow up.The icing on the cake was Bethany was lucky enough to win a new TV which employees helped carefully pack it in the new car.We greatly appreciated our car buying experience with Travis @ Shottenkirk Cartersville and we highly recommend visiting their lot if you are in the market.

One of the best dealerships we've been to. The place is super clean, and the environment is inviting, and the people there are friendly. We had a great experience working with Drew and Colton. They were very patient, friendly, and we were able to work out a good deal. We'll come back.

Went to this dealership to assist my mom is purchasing a civic si. Because of distance came by the dealer first to make sure the car was worth my moms time to come look at. The car was super dirty, but we were reassured by the sales staff that it would be fully detailed, curb rash repaired, window seals replaced etc in a couple hours before my mom arrived. When my mom arrived at the time she told staff she would be there (about 2-3 hours later) the car still wasn t detailed. Covered in dirt on the outside, stains on inside etc. After working a deal they had the car actually cleaned a few hours later and as we went to finalize paper work we were told the car was unable to be sold because it had an active recall that hadn t been repaired. Which my mom had inquired about 10 plus hours earlier before I had even visited the dealer and was told it had been replaced. To add on the recall part isn t available to March so this car is unable to be purchased for over 3 months. Do not waste your time or money with this dealer. Tommy was completely unprofessional and accusatory during the entire process. Extremely unorganized and unprofessional!!!

Our salesperson, Drew, was amazing. He made the dreaded car buying experience pleasant and painless. However, the dealership needs to streamline the purchase process more. We came in knowing exactly what we wanted and still spent 4 hours there. We had to wait multiple times for a sales manager and then the finance guy. It was a very slow Monday and the process should have been much quicker. Also, we were pressured quite a bit to buy the extended warranty for an additional $100 per month. We had to say no multiple times. Then the sales manager came in and offered it for $10 so we went ahead and took it. Again, Drew was amazing and I would recommend him to anyone buying a car there. Just be prepared to spend a long time at the dealership.

AWESOME! Best way to describe Sherry! Sherry was very attentive to what I was telling her, she understood the importance of my wants and desires in a vehicle. She walked me through various set ups on my new Pilot and made sure I was comfortable to drive away. I am a person with a lot of questions and she had patience and knowledge to answer them all. Thank you Sherry, it was a pleasant experience working with you.

My wife and I visited Shottenkirk Honda of Cartersville to start our car search. We were not planning to buy anything right now, but we were curious about the quality and reputation of Hondas you always hear about. We had our eyes on the Civic, especially the hatchback version, but we were intrigued by the CR-V when we saw it. It seemed to have everything we wanted and more. Liz, our salesperson, was very friendly and helpful. She listened to our needs and preferences, and showed us different models and features. She also explained the benefits of test driving the cars, and offered to schedule them when we were ready. She answered all our questions, and did not pressure us to make a decision. We had a great experience at Shottenkirk, and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a new car. Liz was awesome, and we appreciated her upbeat attitude, and willingness to help. Bernie, one of the managers, even reached out to follow up, which I really appreciated, our conversation felt more like catching up with an old friend than a business call. I look forward to replacing my current car this year, and when I do it will definitely be with these guys.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Shottenkirk Honda in Cartersville! TL was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and he truly went to work for us. We couldn't appreciate him more. HIGHLY recommend asking for him on your next purchase. Tommy (one of the Sales Managers) also did great work on our deal and kindly checked on us several times during waiting periods. Customer service and professionalism is top notch here, even on a busy Saturday. Thank you all so much!

Really had a good rapore with my salesman. Dalton. He did not start at the top of my price range, he didn't know it. We started low and worked through multiple vehicles (my wife and I are not typically Honda buyers) to see what worked best for us. Once found he gave us an out the door price, and the was that. I would shop here again.

Wow! Working with Shottenkirk Honda Cartersville was a terrific experience! Special kudos to Justin who worked with us for several days via text, email, and phone to find great options and eventually brought a vehicle in from another location to meet our needs. They were respectful and had just the right amount of timeliness and responsiveness without being "pushy." Also they got us a great value on the vehicle we chose. Jorge in finance is awesome and very helpful. Jason was great in helping with the paper work question we had. Logan the salesmen was great at first, he went out of his way to help me do things online and not have to be there as long with two younger children. We had some things that needed to be wrapped up and I told him and everybody that it would have to be this weekend due to personal issues that were going on. Everybody was like that's fine, it will all be good. Then the day after I leave the lot he starts texting and pushing to try and get it done before the weekend, it got to the point I was getting really annoyed and frustrated with it and thinking I would have been better to go somewhere else.

I had a great experience with Everette Hall, he is very knowledgeable about his job!!! This is the fastest I have ever went through the process of buying a car. He stayed on top of it the entire time. If you ever go to Shottenkirk in Cartersville go see Everette Hall you want be disappointed.

Purchased vehicle from there this weekend and was quite disappointed in the treatment by manager Kevin when negotiating pricing. His approach was belittling and disrespectful. Using justifications that his vehicle was similar to the one we were trading in and he didn t think it was nowhere near the value we wanted for ours. Just overall very rude. Honestly if they didn t come down ti the price point we were looking at, we certainly would have walked away. No complaints with our actual salesperson, they were friendly and very helpful in explaining car functionality.

I cannot say enough words for the best car buying experience I had with Terry @ Shottenkirk. He s very knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, explained in detail all the cool features, and really got me more excited than I already was. He s got a personality that makes you feel like you ve known him for years while treating you like family throughout the entire process. He made the leasing process incredibly easy and walked me through every step of the way leading to a successful purchase. This is the second Honda my family has bought from this dealership and it certainly won t be the last. I would highly recommend working with Terry for your Honda needs!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! My boyfriend bought a certified Honda Civic back in September and was promised two complimentary oil changes and a spare key. All was great until it was time in November to get the free oil change. We go to the Honda dealership on Lee Highway and was told that there were no oil changes on the vehicle. We called Shottenkirk and was reassured that they would fix the problem, so he pays out of pocket and we leave. We also asked about the keys (which we were told to pick up a few days after and had already driven to the dealership for them to not have it ready.) We were told by our sales representative TL Ford that he would personally make sure the keys were sent, we still have not received them despite contacting them 3 more times about it. A few days ago we go to get his oil changed again and this time not only were there no oil changes on the vehicle, but that his certified car was not Honda Certified. The listing stated it was, the salesperson told us it was, everyone told us that it was which was one of the main selling points. Over the last three days we have called them 6 times for them to take our number and name and promise to call us back. WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED ONE CALL. Only come here if you re wanting auto misrepresentation, no help to resolve solutions, no call back, and false promises. This experience has been a complete nightmare. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP because it is NOT worth it whatsoever.Update: April 2024, Shottenkirk still won t reply to our calls or emails. Even the response on Google that they wrote to us is automated. Very frustrating and Honda of Chattanooga has been helpful in this situation. We contacted the Better Buisness Bureau and even they never got a response from Honda of Cartersville Shottenkirk. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!! They also promised to reimburse our two oil changes and haven t. We still do not have the spare key .day 98 of trying to get our situation sorted.

Travis and his manager were awesome to work with. Travis was knowledgeable - no high pressure. Financing was great to work with as well. We chose Shottenkirk based on customer service reviews even though it is a farther drive. We have been pleased with the buying experience at Shottenkirk in general and from Travis specifically. We would expect to go to Shottenkirk Honda and buy again from Travis. Anxious to see how the Service Dept performs on maintenance, given the positive customer service so far. Great Job Team!
