The entire staff is informed and helpful. The tech installing my tires has worked there 20+ years. It seems everyone else there must be related. They seem happy to be working together and actually like their jobs. When was the last time you observed that? Melissa took the time to help me research tires and make an informed purchase. They have good prices (everything is EXPENSIVE these days), quality and helpful service, professional demeanor, knowledgeable and polite techs, clean facilities What more could they even offer?

Been using Mission Automotive for the past couple years after purchasing our Lexus vehicles at the ATL dealer. Brought my wife's NX200T in for servicing and they discovered problems with tires as well as warped rotors. This was Friday afternoon at 3:00 and they were able to get the work done before closing.Although I didn't plan to spend this amount of money, it was far less than I would have dropped at the dealer.This is such a great place to take my vehicles for service and repair. Honest, fair, trustworthy, courteous, and quality work. Perfect business in our hometown. 5 star

Awesome guys! Had a blowout on rv trailer and they let me stay overnight in their lot. Showed up early and got me full set of tires mounted and on my way! My tire failure could not have happened in a better area! Thank you for the great service and professional care!!!!

Let s face it, finding a trustworthy business to repair your personal vehicles is something everyone strives to find. Mission Tire is that business! Their prices are fair and their transparency in estimating around repairing your issue makes it a worry free experience. 10/10 recommend!

Finding a good mechanic can be stressful. I have had a history of taking a vehicle to a shop and work not being done correctly, or having to keep going back because the issue wasn t fixed the first time. Being said when I took my vehicle here for an alignment I was a little nervous. They were able to fix my truck in just a few hours, and even giving me a copy of the specs to show what they had done. My truck drives better then it ever has, I am extremely satisfied with the job these guys have done. I will definitely bring more work to these guys. Highly recommend!

I love coming here for repairs and maintenance. They do quality work, cheaply, and quickly. The ladies up front are friendly and polite. It's also easy to book an appointment either online, in person, or over the phone. Bonus, they also offer Kurig coffee in the waiting area with options on type, sugars, and creamer. They make car maintenance painless.

We had a nail in our tire that was causing the tire to lose pressure. They were able to get our car in quickly and patch it while we waited. We appreciate their great service.

I am giving the folks at Mission Automotive 5 stars! I was traveling through and needed an oil change and they fit me in the same day. I had also had a piece from my front bumper come off from hitting a pot hole and the gentleman fixed it for me. You don t find a lot of friendly above-and-beyond companies anymore. Thanks, Mission Automotive, for your wonderful hospitality.

My many travels for work leave me little time to waste. Mission experience is and was excellent. Ladies at the front were excellent and the shop is well kept. they are an asset to Cartersville and surrounding area.

For three years I have had vibration in my tires when I drive. I took my car to discount tire for those three years and they balanced and balanced my tires but still the vibration was there. They even gave me a new set of tires! I have replaced everything I could think of. Took it to mission to see if they could figure it out, they balanced the tires and the vibration is gone .. !!!!!! Now I know where to take my car for tires and service of those tires. Thank you!!

Ever since Diane Pike sold Mission Tire their prices skyrocketed. I know it has changed hands a few times since but I will never be going back. I have been using them for 15 years. It s insane what they are charging. I try to spend my money at local places but looks like now I will be going elsewhere.

The staff was friendly and professional . Lars explained in detail what my vehicle needed to have done . His presentation of the problem and solution was easy to understand . The value of this service is excellent . The office staff were very cordial as well . As a visitor to Cartersville I've been impressed with the genuine friendliness of this town . But my experience at Mission Automotive was the " icing in the cake " Y'all deserve 10+ stars .

I have used Mission Tire twice now for a quick tire fix and when I was having sounds coming from my wheel hub. Both times they were able to assist me promptly and effectively! I will definitely be using them for all of my future needs

Had 2 punctured tires went in to see if they could help (1 yr. Old Michelin tires) Missy at counter said leave truck we will certainly see what we can do. Picked truck up the same day, did a great job. Thank you Missy and team.

I have used Mission tire for over 20 years Diane Pike was the greatest owner and when she sold the gentleman was nice and very professional but 3 weeks ago one of 5 vehicles that we own had low tire pressure and we sent our daughter as we have in the past or my husband or myself to get Nitrogen put in the tire for that particular car since we have owned it it has nitrogen in the tires so she called and said it would be $40.00 to put nitrogen in the tire so I ask her to put a manager on the phone older gentleman that now runs the place now got on the phone and said again it will be $40.00 and I asked why when get tires for all 5 of our cars here so when he asked my name he said that he pulled the records and none of our cars showed nitrogen all of the years we owned 2 Kia s I have never seen a receipt that showed nitrogen in tires but we always assumed they put the it in and on occasion I most definitely have went when I get a warning light that it low and I asked him so as long as we been a customer we haven t had nitrogen he said no if it is not on the receipt so from this day forward we will never buy any TIRES FROM MISSION TIRE let alone and Brake work etc here ever again!!!!!!

Brought a truck here to have the tires balanced and an alignment. They came back proposing thousands of dollars in needed repairs of rotors, calipers, pads, axle seals, etc. BEFORE they could do the balancing and alignment. I passed on the larger scale work and they reversed course and said they could actually still do the tire balancing and alignment without proceeding with the larger work first which made me very cautious and I decided to not have them do anything at that point. I took the truck down to Johnson Tire and gave them the list of needed repairs from Mission and they said that none of those were needed after looking over the truck and that several parts actually looked fairly new.Apparently, Mission changed ownership in the last couple years and this is how they do business now.
