Always cool guys will help you park when others are full . Relax a bit on the drivers if you pull in they are outside hovering around waiting for you to pay . Clean store and facilitywell lit Waffle House next door .

Nice and easy parking for your rig. 15 dollars a day. Store is super! clean, lots of snacks etc. A couple of gaming machines are in back. Waffle House next door. Really nice staff! Will definitely park here again.

The Guy cashier in the truckstop was to busy talking on his phone to pay attention to what was going on, such as the women's bathroom needed attention and he acted as if the customers were bother. The shower had a wet used washcloth in it and dried toothpaste in the sink.This is the ONLY JP that charges to park and don't have a handicap parking and then knocked on my door thinking I was going to pay. Now walk across the parking lot to the JP convenient store it's totally different the employees are fantastic the place is spotless even the BurgerKing and subway was clean and smiling and friendly. Now I understand why my company doesn't want us fueling at JP's

Very nice place, very clean, all sorts of trucker amenities. Nice folks well stoked and find within walking distance, 20 dollars a night.

Very clean, very friendly, nice 1 stop for over the road truckers. Showers, laundry, etc. Price to park is $20 over night

They have a small sign in the back that says pay to park. After sitting for 4 hours they beat on your door to wake you to get a parking permit. Mind you this is 9:30 pm and off course I'm out of hours. Crooked people who love too see you mad. STAY AWAY

$4.39 for coffee and a soda.... after filling up.I asked if coffee was free with a fill up ? ,,, he said no.Been here 100 times and coffee is free with fill up.

Great people! Everyone is beyond friendly, extremely clean showers with huge towels ,good slow burning fuel and what a fat dude loves....a waffle house right next door id give more stars if allowed

Very clean and well lit. Nice place, has restaurants near by and parking for Tractor trailers is 15 a night, but well worth it. Will stay there again.

Last time here I spent over 400$ and asked if I could park and get breakfast then rest a bit to do a 10 hr break the clerk said no problem a few hours later I was kicked out

Clean bathrooms. Kind cashier. Parking for handicap on the opposite side of only open door. I was having a particularly hard physical day. I didn't appreciate having to drive around or walk.

I'm a local independent trucker in Cartersville and park here often. Very nice and convenient to know I have a safe and clean truck stop with plenty of room to maneuver (for the rookie drivers) so I don't need to worry about someone taking off my front end when I'm at the house. Whoever designed the layout of the truck parking area gets two thumbs up from me. The bathrooms are ALWAYS clean, which is a huge deal to me, and most other truckers out there (as long as they don't have piles of garbage in their cab. I don't think those guys/gals mind too much about a filthy bathroom). The staff are always friendly and courteous. I'm glad JP chose Cartersville to put their truck stop.

Plenty of parking spaces even after hours. Got here at 12am and it was maybe 3 spots open. No showers for the night and there is a waffle house right next to truck stop so that is a plus

Place been Redon since last time was hear Waffle House Burger King right next to parking area friendly lady at fuel desk greeted me with smile and seemed happy with her job made a good day to be greater and a smile after a long day $12 to park very reasonable easy in out I recommend this location

Bought some sunflower seeds there June '23. Expired by over ONE YEAR. Won't be shopping or getting my fuel there again

I like this place. There is a wake house next to them. Parking is pay but if you get fuel is free.

Got here at 11am and parked for the night. At 9pm security came around and told me there is a $15 charge to park. No signs to let you know . Had I known, I would have parked at the T/A 3 miles up the road. It's too late to move at 9pm. They have a scam going on here.

Super clean showers and bathrooms!!! They also lend you beautiful clean white towels as well! I wish those big franchise truck stops were this clean! And there are a few parking spots as well for semi s.They have a huge open space where the laundry machines are too. There are big comfy chairs while you wait for your clothes to wash and dry. Showers are a bit small but super clean!This place doesn t have many hot food options but you re literally within walking distance from Burger King and The Waffle house.Will definitely come back for refreshments and a nice clean shower!

We just got and I must say that I am impressed. Bathroom, showers, facility, and parking lot is very clean. Even get fresh towels and option to do laundry. Staff is nice and friendly! This is a must if you need clean facilities, laundromat, minor truck supplies, and low cost I'm fuel with a greeting face.

Stopped in after a stressful drive through Atlanta. Only one bathroom was open, but the lady working there opened up a bunch of unused showers for the rest of us so we didn't have to stand around after sitting in traffic for over an hour. Interior was very clean. Honestly one of the cleanest rest stops I've seen. Same woman who unlocked the showers for us also gave me my coffee for free, which was super nice of her. Overall top tier place.

The truck stop is nice and clean, but they are letting people save their parking spots by parking their personal vehicles in truck spots. As we all know, that's a slippery slope to having a trashy truck stop. I don't understand why they don't have the vehicles towed.

Paid parking is $15 so very reasonable but late at night people park everywhere...waffle house next door with subway and burger King.. JP's is very clean with a small assortment or everything...laundry and showers..

Rip off scam. They have a sign that says drivers must pay a fee to park over night. No personal vehicles allowed They will be towed. Stopped here because I ran out of time. They charged me 15 to park but yet there is a 4 wheeler and a dropped rv camper in the truck lot.

Very new place showers are clean yard is wide enough for backing. Worker was pleasant smiles alot. If purchase fuel here shower is free. I didn't fuel so parking $12 and shower $12.
