My 2012 Ford F250 6.7 diesel truck had a terrible oil leak! They did a fantastic job on repairing everything that was wrong with my truck, and getting me back on the road! Ashley was great in the office, and kept me updated during the entire process! I was very surprised at the great price as well because they had to do alot of work to get my truck right! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely do more business with them in the future! Thank you!

I can t say enough good about them. My wife and I are in the area temporarily for work, and that unknown brings a level of distrust. However, they ve earned our trust. We ve used them multiple times for varied issues large and small. They are always friendly, patient, honest, knowledgeable, and fair.Ashley is always kind and engaged, and Dwayne takes the time to explain the issues or non-issues before doing the work. Even though they knew we are temporary, they never took advantage (as others have in other areas).Great group of people. If I lived here permanently, I d be happy to call them our mechanic.

Great value, just wish my truck would have been ready quicker. Made appointment 3 days later another part needed to be delivered the next day, a Friday. Would be a 5 Star grade but better customer communication would have been appreciated. Will use them again in the future.

I've used this shop twice for repairs on my 2004 Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel. First time, new injectors and the 2nd time was for a major oil leak on the front of the engine. Both repairs were completed on time and repaired correctly the first time. I really appreciate the fact that they got my vehicle in on short notice and repaired on time. They did not hold my vehicle hostage for weeks on end. I highly recommend the shop for diesel repair.Service: Engine repair

I drove from out of state to Carrolton GA to purchase a used truck. I didn't want to purchase it without knowing what if anything was wrong with the engine and the body in general. I paid GA Diesel to do a pre-purchase inspection and I'm so glad that I did. They were very thorough, spent a good deal of time with me explaining the process, and in the end the truck was perfect. West GA gave me the peace of mind to drive back home some 350 miles without having to worry that there was something wrong with the truck. Dewayne helped me look over my truck after I felt like there may have been a knocking in my diesel truck purchase. He drove with me and pushed the truck hard, and noted that all the sounds were normal for a high pressured fuel injection that makes those type of sounds. This gave me alot of confidence in my truck and I appreciate all his help and knowledge! Would recommend this shop for any diesel work!Thank you!

These guys are absolutely amazing and deserved five stars much sooner. Dwayne is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and always tries to work out repairs in a timely manner. So nice to have a quality mechanic who really cares about the work they are doing. And don t forget to say hi to Ashley sweetest office manager in the state of GA.

5 stars for sure. My wife and I were visiting family in Carrollton from Louisiana. On the morning we were supposed to take our 9 hour trip home, 2 spark plugs/ignition coils went out. With my car these are inside of the engine and require the engine to be taken apart to access. West GA took great care of us! They made us a priority since we had a little baby and both had work the next day. They were extremely well priced, much better than we expected. And they had us on the road in just a few hours.Great customer service, great pricing, great experience. I wish they were here in Baton Rouge!

I am so pleased to have used West GA Diesel and Auto Repair. The owner and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I took my domestic car and foreign car there to have major repairs and got excellent results. I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone and am sure you will be just as pleased as I am. I feel like attention to detail was given to my needs and I'm able to trust their work. I feel confident driving my cars again!

Dropped off my truck at 8am and by 1pm it was done. They replaced a fuel temperature sensor and it's running great. Thanks guys.
