I would not recommend taking your cars to do any service here. Took both my 2020 Ford F150 and Lincoln cars to get an alignment and whoever does this work needs to be fired. Clearly doesn t know what they are doing. My cars have never been the same and the alignment is all messed up now and eating all my tires. I wouldn t recommend getting any service here.

How sad, no wonder all your stalls were empty. You give a phone quote, then realize there was an error; I get that, but don't even offer the slightest apology. In fact made me feel like I was doing no more than taking up space. I don't even think the guy lifted his head high enough to make eye contact. I can promise you if it was the other way around, you would not have left empty-handed!... Sad!

I DO NOT recommend this place. I get my oil changed all of the time but wanted to try this place out since it had great reviews. First off, it took an hour and a half for them to change my oil. It s never taken me over 30 minutes ANY WHERE ELSE. Not to mention, I paid $100 for an oil change. I have never paid over $70!Go somewhere else. That s faster and cheaper!

The only place you will ever need for general maintenance of your car or truck. Fair pricing on all the services provided and usually done quick enough so that you can just stay in the waiting area for your vehicle to be ready.

Went to get a leak checked and a TPMS sensor replaced. Brought an old, extra wheel from my other vehicle and asked them to swap out the sensors. $20 was all they charged me and had the work done in about an hour. Super friendly and honest folk. My go to business now!

Great experience. They ordered two tires for me and had them in the shop on the same day. Order from a competitor would take a week. Tires and installation were both very good prices. I went in early for installation, and they took care of me before I could finish a cup of coffee. Tested the drive on the highway, and everything is well-balanced. Nice work and everyone was professional and cordial from start to finish. Highly recommended and appreciated.

Called 4 to 5 places to get a front end alignment on my truck. No one wanted to touch it because of it being lifted. Thes guy did it with no problem and told me how to fix another problem I was having on my truck. I will be a repeat customer and best price for front end alignment in town.

I cannot imagine purchasing tires anywhere else other than Tire Express. I take my car in for rotation every 3000 Miles and I am always in and out quickly. The customer service and friendliness of the owner and employees is fantastic.

called this store last week and was quoted prices for both new and used tires. I went down the next day as soon as I got off work and the man sitting behind the counter asked if I was the one that had called about a used tire. I told him yes, I had called the day before and I want the used tire for $35. He informed me they no longer had that used tire, so I purchased a new tire costing roughly $85, figuring someone bought it earlier that day. While waiting, a young man came in and said he had called a few minutes ago about a used tire and he wanted to get it. They didn't have the used tire they had quoted to this man either. -So, they are quoting cheap prices for used tires but when you get there they do not have them. . . . Then today when getting my brakes repaired at a different place I was informed that the person that changed that tire cross threaded the lug nuts. I spent $85-$90 at this place after they lied to me but they still can't be bothered to pay attention to what they are doing!!! I will NEVER go back Tire Express!!

Fast service...I dropped in with no warning and was out with 4 tires mounted and balanced in less than 45 minutes. I've used them many times over the last 25 years and I've never been dissatisfied.

I have used Tire Express several times over the years for new tires and never had a problem with them. Always get the cheapest price, quick service and very friendly. I recommend everyone to them!

Very nice friendly service they'll fit right in and I'll have your car fixed up in a jiffy and if you have children they have free coloring books in the waiting room for them to entertain them and they can take them home free of charge very nice customer service I'd give them 6 Stars

This is my 2nd time here and my last. The sign needs to say 30 minute oil change. They are the slowest people and charge way to much.

Good local place with good friendly faithful service. I got oil changes, tires, rotations, alignments on both of our cars for two years. I recommend them.

If you need a tractor tire fixed this is the place to go. Very friendly, honest people. A friend recommended that I try them. They are a little cheaper than the other place in Carrollton to get tractor tires fixed.

If at least a fraction of the big chain shops were as efficient, honest and knowledgeable as this shop, the life of a trucker would be easy. I would definitely recommend this shop for big rig tire needs.

I have unfortunately had to replace quite a few tires since working in carrollton, but this place has always been friendly, fast and reasonable with everything I have needed.Trust these people with your tires!!!

Thanks to all the construction in the area, my tire picked up a rather large fastener. A quick drive to T. E., under 20 minutes and a tire plug had me back on the road! Thanks
