I love Lambert Tire Co. They always fit me in and make it work, they are honest and let you know how long it will take upfront and they are friendly and nice. As a woman it s easy to get taken advantage of in the car maintenance world but they don t. They are really the only ones I trust in Carrollton!

They were great! I came in with no appointment on a Monday morning and they were still able to get me in and out within about an hour! The vibe of the place was so cool. Everyone was friendly & knowledgeable. Very clean. Happy to recommend and I will be doing my best to come back for all my car needs!

Our experience at Lambert Tire Co was amazing.Wife said her car rides like it just came off the show room floor. Very pleased with the customer service as well. Mr. Ash was extremely welcoming. I mentioned what i was looking for and he delivered. Thank you guy's.

Lambert tires has always been the best tire place in town. My granddad used them, my dad. So I m just following suit and they never disappoint. Great customer service all around.

They didn't do anything for me.I don't have a clue who or what you're talking about. Judging by many of your replies to obviously truthful one star reviews, you seem a bit unhinged. I attempted to be a customer but you were rude, and didn't seem interested in business. Maybe you're just lazy which is typical of the rednecks in West GA. Take your meds.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I ve ever had getting a new set of tires on one of my cars. My family and I recently moved to the area. We were referred to Lambert Tire by a family member. I am sure glad we were. Ash is fantastic to deal with. He got us into a great set of tires and the price was extremely competitive. The waiting area is super clean and has that old tire shop vintage feel. Installation was done flawlessly. I felt extremely confident through the entire process that I picked the right shop. Coming from out of town and not knowing the area too well Lambert Tire put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. I will always have lambert tire work on my cars. The scale only goes up to 5 stars but I give them 10!!!!!! Support local family owned business!!!!!

I went to this place in 2020, received strut service. I returned today, and the man wearing glasses in the office went off on me in front of a customer, for no reason. Very poor service. Maybe it was my color. No, I did not approach aggressively. You were having a bad morning and decided to take it out on me, I just asked a question about my car and the service I received from you. So, no worries, all is well you say what you say, and I'm saying what I'm saying, God knows and that customer that was in your building knows. Thanks

I was very pleased with the service, professionalism, price, and fairness of the amazing staff at Lambert today. I went in to have a bald tire replaced, and they were the only ones that had the tire in stock. I was not sure if I might need an alignment also but they replace the tire in no time at all, checked and reassured me that the tire was causing the shudder and that I did not need an alignment ( saving me money- other shops probably would have taken advantage and had me pay for the service). They even secured a lose plastic piece that was hanging down, without charging me anything additional. They went above and beyond and I am one very satisfied customer.

It was my first time at Lambert s & i was impressed. They recently got a remodel which looked awesome & made my waiting time more pleasant. I got a tire replaced which only took about 10 minutes. Their prices are also great considering i called 8 other places & they were much cheaper than the others. Highly recommend!

Great customer service. The technicians really care about their job and the vehicle being safe for the road. In and Out in a timely manner. Kept up to date about the progress of repairs. The company did not try to push anything to be done and explained how nothing had to be done which was impressive. Business has been around for years and is a name you can trust.

Best car mechanic experience I've had in a while. They were very accommodating to the fact I'm hard of hearing and were very quick to reply via email so I could get in and get my tires replaced and my front brakes changed. They were able to get me in next-day. I was there for about 25 minutes when they told me my car was ready with new tires, and that the other mechanic I went to lied about my brakes, so they weren't needed. As a recent college graduate I *greatly* appreciate the honesty and transparency of Lambert's and that they didn't try to upcharge me for things I didn't need. It was super quick and the waiting room is really cool.Update: Today they were kind enough to do a basic check and see what is causing my check engine light for free. They also recommended a local repair shop that they trust. I yet again greatly appreciate their help and highly recommend them.
