Great pricing. I received the list of work to be done and was pleasantly surprised. It has been years since the vehicle has had a service other than an oil change. The dash lights were all on and the service to be done was cheaper than I ever thought it would be. Thank you Carroll VW.

Got done with my car super, super fast. Very polite and friendly. Great communication. I ve brought my car here twice even though u live no where near the area. The only ppl I trust with my car.

3 stars because they fixed what needed to be fixed, and that was all. Waste of my time and money. Should ve taken it to the dealer for a thorough diagnosis. Would ve saved me $600 and a lot of back and forth. On top of that these folks still have the key to my car

2013 sport wagon 2.5 not passing emissions. I have had this problem for 4 years. Other service centers could not fix the problem. Every year I would have to clear the codes and drive the car to get it to pass the test. This year it did not work.Not any more. It is fixed. NO service light. We have used Carrollton VW several times with our Diesel. They have been very upfront, honest and have done a great job. They could have charged us for a turbo repair but instead looked up the part and told us to take it to a VW dealership because the part was under warranty. Most people are not so honest and we are so grateful. We use them for routine maintenance as well and have been extremely pleased with their work and their customer service.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Great shop for VW repair. Very knowledgeable and willing to look at various cost saving methods to repair. They do use authentic VW parts. My sisters has used them for years and her VWs have over 350k miles.

These guys are great! I am from out of town and was in a bind and they went out of their way to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Any other shop likely would have done a much larger and more expensive repair, but these guys went out of their way to diagnose the issue and resolved it in the most affordable and smartest manner. Super thrilled to find that there are folks like this out there!Service: Tires

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a problem that was still under warranty and needed to be sent to a dealership. These guy were super helpful during this whole process and helped out a lot. After dealing with them and a dealership I have learned Carroll VW is very honest and reliable. I have just had to take my car back the them for an unrelated problem and will be taking it there from know on.

Been taking my 2015 Jetta TDI here since I got it and they've kept her in excellent shape despite all of my terribly destructive driving habits. Prices are always fair, the work is top notch and the communication and timing are par for the course. Thanks.

Took my son's 2013 GTI in for work, gentleman was up front with everything before work was done. So far so good with repairs would recommend anyone with a Volkswagen to check them out.

I was told that if my car was dropped off early on Wednesday , I would get a call later that day explaining the results of the assessment and what repairs would need to be done. After me calling twice , two days later , my car is back in my possession and most repairs have been completed.

First time VW owner. Front brakes needed to be done badly. I was quoted over $500 at the dealership. Carroll VW quoted over $200. My EPC light came on. I ve had the worst luck with cars dying because I waited too long to have them fixed. Carroll VW squeezed me in right before the Christmas break. They figured out and took care of the problem and changed my brakes all at a reasonable price. They were so nice and didn t make me feel like an idiot for my lack of car knowledge. They even changed a lightbulb that was out and put gas in my car. They are amazing! I highly recommend!

If you have a Volkswagen (this includes Audi and Porsche), this is THE place to take your car. The VW line is infamous for needing special love and care, and being exceptionally difficult to repair, and Carroll VW is literally the only shop in Carrollton I would trust with my car. My son has taken his VW's to carroll VW for years. These guys actually care about their customers. Most recently my son took his 2016 Jetta to them. The issue was extremely difficult to pin point but the didn't give up. The swapped parts and did diagnosis for over one week. On day 7 they found the issue and ordered the parts and had the repairs done the next day. I was pleasantly pleased with the charges considering the number of hours they invested. We need more small businesses like this one. I highly recommend this group and have gone above and beyond.

I have been going to these guus since they had a small shop on hwy166, then they upgraded to a bigger shop, then they upgraded to a even bigger facility and still needs more room. Does that say anything? I've had my Audi's and VW's serviced by these guys since day 1. And they have kept it running for me, like new. Prices are much better then dealers and they do much better work. Guaranteed work, for 1yr from the repair date. I would not recommend any one else. Poor repairs that most times resulted in more broken or missing parts in vehicle. End result after over 4k in repairs is a blown motor that caught in fire.*****Vehicle did catch on fire the day it was picked up in Carrollton after being told safe to drive home. The whole engine and all on fire. Fire trucks don't put out non existent fires! There are police and fire reports as well as a total loss report from the insurance company.The stereo display was ruined the first visit and Sun roof left open and parked outside in the rain. Other things as well.

I drive a 2012 VW Jetta. I drove over from Douglasville to pick up my car after having an entire list of work completed. I drove away feeling comfortable and confident Carroll VW had done right by me and my vehicle. Thanks Folks!

Ive been taking my little diesel beetle there for years and have always had a great experience. Last time i went to get my oil change i found out that they had moved to a new location and WOW. THe new place was great. THey even had a bathroom just for for us ladies. I told them my power outlet didnt work and they fixed it for no charge. Just had a bad fuse.Give them a chance girls and you wont go anywhere else.

Jake & Joe know there stuff! Prices are great and they are honest - they don't try to fix something that's not broke! Drive to ATL if you want to waste your time & money...OR, keep it local with some great VW Techs. Thx guys!
