This Brooks Truck and Trailer team are A1!!!They helped me and my driver with a suspension issue and replaced my brakes. They got me in and fixed my truck the same day. Crew was amazing, my driver said they had 4 ppl working on my truck like a NASCAR pit stop. This team saved me $7,000 compared to the local TA of COMMERCE. Highly recommend these folks. Had a crankshaft pulley break on me. Called these guys and they got me in immediately. I already had the replacement parts so they were able to get it done pretty quickly and for half the price I expected. I d definitely come back here for any work when im in the area

I am an owner operatoe. I came to this shop several times from truck trailer insection, shock replacements, deerguard installation to oil changes to name a few. The owner is gentleman and Ms. Lisa at the office is wonderful. However, the thin guy at the shop (might be the son) is good, but on two different interactions with him including today were something else. He was dissmiisive, condescending, and juvenile. His behavior towards me was atrocious. I still believe it is good place as long as you are not dealing with his bad days. Hope he understands customer experiences are what bring people back. I had to cancel work order that he was about to begin.Service: Electrical

I don't often rave very much about repair shops. But my fellow professional independent drivers, this is the place to take your equipment.I almost paid $650 tow to a freightliner who told me it would take 7 to 10 days just to get to it.But someone told me to calls Brooks.This professional family owned repair business, diagnosed, fixed my oil pressure issue. Dropped my oil pan. Replaced tubes. O rings, seals, gaskets, fresh oil and filter. Truck running like new! And had me going by 3pm.The fellas at Brooks T&T Repair know their trade and are customer centric!!! (Unlike the dealerships)Please do yourself a solid and check in with John at Brooks!!!

Thank you so much for excellent customer service!! It's so difficult to find these days. We had a truck that needed to get loaded quickly and the battery died upon arrival at the customer site. Johnny said that he would get someone out there quickly and he really did. They showed up within 15 minutes and had the battery replaced quickly so our driver could get on his way. Excellent service! With being an out of state buyer that was looking for an inspection and opinion on whether a diesel would be a good purchase, Mr. Brooks helped me out the same day! Honest, straight forward opinion and the cost was VERY REASONABLE. Highly recommended!

This place is beyond good! 5 stars is just not enough. If you are in GA and need your truck worked on go here! I called everywhere looking for service. I ended up getting some bad DEF. only could drive at like 10mph. finally made it to the truck stop. ( across the street from Brooks) I Called freightliner and they said filters were out on back order for two weeks!!! after calling all these big major repair places. I finally called over to Brooks and they said " come on in" with no hesitation. They had the DPF filters, That not even freightliner had! They got my truck up and rolling! Next time I am in GA which i will be, since its on my route i will be going there. Their prices are amazing no hassle at all! They are just a good shop and people !! Thanks Brooks Truck & Trailer!!!!!

They did a good job changed out the tire couldn't straighten out the rim but everything else picks the lights and fix the air leak of what I'm driving good job recommend them to anybody if you're down that way

Great people that work. Freindly and caring. They will take the time to help you understandwhat's going on. . They love there job. This is my go to mechanic. If I can't do it. They could have all my money , atleast with them you know you getting real work done on your truck. Thanks.

You can't find a better repair shop for your Big Rigs. Friendly, courteous, reliable, and professional. They have been our go-to shop for our Pete for years. Highly recommend Brooks.

Have used here for the past year. I thought Mr. Johnny and Mr. Chris were good but Mr. Larry is just awesome. If you want work done in a timely way and right the first time at a great rate, this is the place.

The owner helped with directions to his facility, and personally looked at my trailer and told me what was wrong with it, and didn't charge me a dime! I thought that was really cool of him!!! Thank you so much!
