Shawn answered my call before he even opens and was there within 30 minutes. We found out the car had blown a radiator. Shawn was able to replace the radiator and thermostat faster than I ve ever seen, and get the car back to staying at the right temperature. Huge shoutout to him don t ever hesitate to give him a call! Thank you so much !!

This is definitely a business that cares for its customers. My car died on the road and while I brought it back home 2 blocks from my house, I couldn't move it again until it got fixed. I was afraid a mechanic would come and not be honest, overcharging or not really finding the cause. I've had bad experience before with mechanics who know I have no clue about cars. Shawn instead of taking advantage of that, explained what I needed to know to understand the problem. I am so thankful and will continue to use and will highly recommend.

Called Shawn this morning to see if he could look at my van. They said they wouldbe here right after lunch. As promised he showed up and diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. Not having the part needed to fix the fuel issue he ran to the auto parts store and was back and had the part installed in no time at all!Shawn is very polite and personable. His knowledge and honesty are beyond measure. I ve used several mobile mechanics in the area and was extremely disappointed in all of them. Not the case with S & S Mobile. This company is top notch and I highly recommended them for all your mechanical needs. I promise you won t be disappointed!

I was so worried when my truck started blowing coolant. The parts store recommended me to S&S with a great reputation of being reliable and knowledgeable. Within 2 hours, not only did he know what was going on with the truck, but went to get the parts and had it running. He went above and beyond when he made sure that the heat was blowing properly. I am extatic to have such a great mechanic who's willing to come to my home. I will be calling them for my future emergency needs and regular maintenance from now on.

I highly recommend S&S for any issues you might have! I was 3 hours into a 9 hour trip the day after Christmas when my alternator died. They met me right away and were able to replace it in a parking lot. They were incredibly friendly, performed great work, and their prices were fair and straightforward.

I'm highly disappointed with this place. I am currently overseas on military orders and have my car in military storage in Lavonina. When I called to see if they could put in a part I ordered in my car. They said sure and scheduled for a few days out. They never showed up or called. I then sent an email asking them if they were still going to fix it and they didn't respond. Then I messaged on fb and they again said they would be able to fix it and scheduled for 2 days later and yet again didn't show up or reach out to me to let me know. It was such a simple job, just put the parts on that were already ordered in the car. It's 20 min away. You need to have better communication with your customers. If you didn't want to fix it just say so. If you needed to reschedule, just let me know it isn't that hard It's already stressful being overseas and having to put trust into people and places you don't know to fix our stuff please don't make it harder than it already is.

Our wheel bearing on our vehicle went out on our only vehicle so I called S&S mobile mechanics because they had all such good reviews so I called to ask how much they would fix our vehicle but also when could they and they jumped right on it and was here within a hour in a half(thats also going to get the part on the way here)! Such great and respectful people (the owners were the ones that came Erica and her husband which is the owner)and they got it done in a great reasonable time and also was so affordable! Thank yall so much for coming to our rescue right away! I SO RECOMMEND S&S FOR ANY MOBILE MECHANICS ISSUES they were such a true blessing from above! Keep up the great work S&S MOBILE MECHANICS!!!

Shawn was amazing!!!!! He was out immediately after calling in issue. We had multiple mechanics try to find the issue, no luck. Shawn, come out and had the issue fixed and gone within the hour. Very professional, promt, and a great price! Highly recommend & will most definitely have on speed dial!!!!!!! Thanks again!!!!!

My wife's primary car had a bad alternator. I'm not a mechanic by any means but I tried to get it out but failed horribly. Within 15 minutes of being here s&s got it out and not much longer had everything put back together. I highly recommend them, they're knowledgeable, nice and just all around great people to work with.

Called Shawn at 7:15 at night and he picked up on the first ring. Blew my tire on a Mercedes Sprinter Van going down I-85 at mile marker 178. He said it would be about 30 minutes. He showed up in less than 30 minutes, was friendly and knowledgeable. Had the tire off and changed in no time. Would highly recommend him. Shawn and Erika are amazing!! We are from out of state and were moving our son into college. The brakes on his car were starting to grind. Not being from the area I searched for a mechanic in the area. I found S&S and saw their great reviews. They came out to my son's school and took care of his brakes right on site. I cannot say enough about these two. They are extremely nice people and they do great work. I can go back home knowing that my son's car is fixed, and fixed right. I would definitely recommend S&S to everyone who needs their car repaired. I was completely satisfied with the service they provided and their prices are very affordable. Shawn and his wife showed up literally within minutes of my calling with a blown out tire wall. They not only changed my tire, but went and found me a replacement at 1pm on a Saturday. Wheel stud broke off 4 hours from home on a road trip from NC to MS and Shawn was the only person to pick up the phone late at night to come in fix it in a parking lot. He was there within 10 minutes and had it fixed in about an hour. I told him my address and he said On my way without a thought. Him and his wife are very humble people and they saved us from waiting for a tow or turning around on a Friday when no one is open past 5! Very very very good people and I definitely recommend them.

A total waste of my time. Didn't even have the decency to return & answermy text after she said that she would get back in touch with me that day. DIDN'T HAPPEN. At least have the good manners to get back in touch with potential clients, that way they aren't wasting their time with a company who couldn't care less.

I called and scheduled an appointment for a Saturday. Shawn showed up and within an hour was able to diagnose the issue, buy the parts, replace and fix the car. The level of professionalism was out of this world. He even took a look at my other car and did a quick service on that as well. He didn't even charge me for the second car. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest and all around the best mechanic I've seen to this day. Honestly I can't recommend him enough. Definitely give him a call. This is an awesome, family-owned business! My car had a terrible oil leak and I was afraid to drive it. I called Shawn and he responded quickly. He came to my house, fixed the issue, and filled me up with oil. It's refreshing to find a mobile business that you can trust! Shawn has a precious family and we will definitely use S & S Mobile Mechanics again!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Shawn came out ASAP and replaced the radiator in our Jeep. He was even able to get the part cheaper than I would have been able to at the parts store. Very professional and responsive.

S&S are great! Very particular in his work and I know the job was done right! I am a mail carrier and my car started leaking after my route. Called S&S and they came out and fixed my water pump and radiator hose right there where I broke down. I will not hesitate to call them from now on.

My husband and I were traveling and all of a sudden our coolant light came on the Range Rover. We were referred to call this mobile mechanic for help. We called and the service was extremely quick and efficient. He not only was knowledgeable, HONEST and let us know what else the car needed so we could contact our dealer in ease. He also helped buy the exact coolant necessary with no cost to us thank you I highly recommend and TRUSTWORTHY!

My car started acting crazy this morning. I was referred to S & S by a friend. Shawn came to my office, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and will be back tomorrow!! Excellent service and he was very thorough. I will be recommending him to all of my friends and family!!
