I waited 47 minutes for all 7 of there employees to walk passed me all I needed was a oil change yet they had the nerve to take another guy in front of me they don't take appointments it's FIRST COME FIRST SERVE yet they took another guy in front of me for an oil change the other 6 employees were standing 2 bays over laughing and cutting up there were no other cars in the other bays so what took so long !!? They need to get it together or get people on there who can

Specifically said synthetic oil change and oil filter change please don t do anything else. Next thing they are checking air in tires and I then questioned them and of course got the attitude we now receive when the employee is in error. Work ethic is poor as America seems to be in a state of rebellion.

I showed up when they opened at 7. Stood at the door. Staff pretended not to see me. Walked by several times, totally ignoring me. Finally got the attention of a staff member. He said we're waiting for a key to open the door. Meanwhile, they open the door on the other side of the bay and dont even bother to ask me to walk around. At 7:10, I ask "are you open?". 3 staff members walk away pretending not to hear me. Total and complete nonsense and udder negligence of the very simple task of simply opening the door. If you can't do that, you are not touching my vehicle.

Calhoun, Ga so everyone knows. I got an oil change and tire rotation. I was told one hour wait. That s fine, no problem. I bought groceries, had cold food. It took TWO HOURS! I can change the oil in an 18 wheeler in 45 minutes! They did absolutely NOTHING about it, NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY, just excuses! I ve been a regular customer there for seven years, even bought $200 worth of groceries (which were in my cart) but I will NEVER be back! Don t waste your time or money at this Walmart.

Super slow and inefficient. As someone who worked for a Walmart auto care center, there should be at least 4 technicians scheduled at a time per shift. 2 for tire and 2 for oil side. This is ludicrous. 2 hour wait with only one person for tires in front of me. Someone needs to get their SOP s checked out. 10/10 would not recommend.Service: TiresService: Tires

Mechelle was very nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about products and merchandise and I could see she did the job of at least 2 employees in my time waiting for my vehicle. I seen her not only helping customers but also other employees as well. She was very polite to everyone my whole time there. The auto techs were very busy as well, but they really kept things moving pretty fast. All were very polite.

Got new tires here. Made an appointment ahead of time and they were really quick and friendly and didn't over tighten my lug nuts. And my tires were cheaper there than others I had found! Great!

All the tires I have purchase from this tire center have been bad. No matter what brand, all have come unraveled or losses air. Less than 4 months and less than couple hundred miles. Took to Goodyear and was advised these tires were no safe to drive on. Walmart would not refund our money either, even though there is a warranty. Would not recommendService: Tires

Took my Toyota 4runner to get an oil change since I was not wanting to drive and deal with the actual dealership wait times lol. I was not able to get an oil change due to them not being able to take the filter out due to Toyota having a certain plasting lid over it. Apparently if you don't have the right equipment to take it off then it's very hard to take off during the oil change. So instead of just breaking it and getting their money for the oil change they told me right away that they did not want to break it. They did fill up my window wiper fluid before leaving. I Just really appreciate their honesty and how polite they were about it. Because honestly they could have broken it and I wouldn't have even known haha. Thank y'all for you're honesty and hard work during these rough times now a days!

Was told they opened at 6 so I got up super early to be there on time only to find out they opened at 7. Everyone in front of me was told 30 to 40 minutes. I get up in line and am told mine will be started in an hour and a half. And mine was the simplest job !!!!!! Never coming to any walmart automotive again. Horrible. ANNNNND they didn t open their doors till after 7

We stopped with a flat tire that was only 3 months old trying to get either a simple patch or a tire change. The guy was very rude and told me it would be a 4 hour wait, but told me there was only 1 car infront of me. They had people so mad they were canceling their appointments as well. It was not easily accessible either with all the construction going on. Also had an employee pull a sign infront of my car to keep me from pulling up to ask for service upon arrival. Very rude and unfriendly!

I placed an order for tires for my Travel Trailer. They said it would be about three days before they would get them. They called the very next day that they were already delivered to the store and feel free to come by at anytime to have them installed. I am very grateful and happy so far.I will be going in on Monday morning to have them installed and get an oil change for my truck. I need to get back on the openroad, to take more Google Map pictures and reveiwd. I will let you know how my visit goes.

Always a ridiculous wait. Expect 2-6 hour waits for all visits unless literally no one is in front of you.Occasionally out of stock on cartridge oil filters. Didn't put my plastic shroud back on correctly causing it to scrap and throw plastic everywhere when I got into the interstate - covers the underside of the front of the car and has to be removed to do an oil change.The auto section at this Walmart needs a complete renovation. It s been the same for like 20 years.The only reason I was getting my oil changed at this location is because on this particular day I needed it to be changed due to some health problems. My expected wait time of 1.5 hours turned into 4. I had to go to the ER after this long of a wait because the urgent care I had planned on going to closed!

Last time I went to this auto center I waited an hour and a half to get my oil change with one other car in the bay. Today there were 2 cars in the bay area and they estimated a 3 hour wait. I went to Goodyear across the street and was waited on immediately.

One of the worst places I have ever been. Was greeted by a very rude gentleman named John. They had me stand outside in the cold for an excessive amount of time only to be told an hour later that they could not do my oil change bc it is a Volkswagen. This was one of the most unprofessional encounters I have ever had. I will not ever bring any of my vehicles back to this location.

I have 3 cars. Everytime I take my car here they strip my lug nuts. I brought one of my cars here once to check if my rim was bent. They told me it was and told me to bring it back when I got a new rim . When i did 2 days later,told me they wouldnt fix it because my lug nuts were stripped( which they did). Told me it was all fords but I have 3 different makes of cars and they have managed to strip everyone of them. Everytime I come here there is always some employee whining they want to go home.I will not bring my car here again if my life depended on it.

Awful Service! I had a flat that I needed getting help with in their parking lot. They refused to help me! They said once I got the flat fixed I could drive around to their center LOL. It was pouring ran. Awful service, and the people who work there should be fired immediately!

Brought my car in at 12, car did not get through until 2 did not know that my car was ready until after 3. every time I asked about the status of my car I was told they'll get to it as soon as they can. No one actually check to see if my car was through.

They never open on time. Was the first person here. They took in a vehicle that was sitting in the parking lot overnight. Been waiting for over an hour and haven't even started on my vehicle. Employees walk around with an attitude. I want be back.

No place to sit while you wait. Personnel are uncaring and missing in action when it came to check out. A couple of warnings were noted on my bill but the service person did not advise the details. No one available to talk to. Looks like they are going out of business.

My nanny came thru to get a oil change. They put regular oil in her jaguar. It started knocking. She took it back up there and they admitted they put regular oil instead of full synthetic. Her car blew up yesterday and they are claimimg that they didnt do anything wrong. So they owe her a new motor.

Went to have new battery put in but they didn't have the right one. Not their fault. They were very friendly staff. I would recommend ppl to go there

I paid for the lifetime tire rotation I was told they was not going to rotate my tires anymore, I will never buy the lifetime tire rotation again since it s not for lifetime of the same tires.
