I was looking for a part for my motorcycle. And the lady behind the desk says. "Oh we don't look up motorcycle parts you'll have to find that in the store". To which I applied where in the store would it be located? She then began to look up the park to tell me she doesn't carry it. I have to order it". So the outcome they can look up motorcycle parts in the store. Would not come back to autozone for anything at least this location

We used to use advanced auto next door to here but they are idiots. My husbands starter went out on his truck at about9pm last night we called advanced and was told they had the part but they close at 10 but close their doors at 9 . We called auto zone asked if they had it didn t tell them we were coming and we went over less than 30 minutes before they closed and the sales rep had it sitting on the counter. Advanced missed out on a $300 sale. Will definitely frequent this store. Thanks so much!

Was great customer service, even while on the phone said hello as we walked in! Quick service and was busy however they got us in and out pretty quick! Keep up the great work AutoZone team members!

Disorganized is an understatement. Trying to walk around in some parts of this store is difficult. Totes in the floor, carts with stock on them blocking sections, and pallets in the walkway are just to name a few. This location is closer to me, but the adairsville one is way better

These folks have been extremely helpful whenever I have needed to purchase automotive parts and accessories. They are very knowledgeable and they make you feel like you are their only customer. If you have been putting off a automotive project or are needing knowledge I highly recommend you pay them a visit soon.

I went in on a busy Saturday and Daniel R. Immediately greeted me and promptly helped me check my battery. He also charged it for me and he was very helpful. I always receive great care at this auto zone. Very thankful!

I had an exceptionally good experience at the Calhoun store when I needed a battery. Auston was an extremely knowledgeable and helpful young man who went the extra mile to make sure I got exactly what I needed. His mechanical knowledge and skills were obvious. This level of customer service was an absolute delight! Thank you for making a difficult situation so simple!

Purchased a battery since mine died. They were unable to install it there since I have a Chevy Impala that has the engine cover. Chevy is so extra . The best part was Auto Zone took my old battery back after months of it riding in my trunk. Very easily done even months later. Trade in credit of $25.

I usually have a good experience at this autozone and hope this isn't the new normal. If I had been buying multiple things, I wouldn't have noticed but my single item rang up a dollar more than marked. When I brought it to the... attendant?(I rang myself up so not cashier) She couldn't care less and told me she'd refund it to my card. I just accepted that I've been taken for a dollar and went on my way.. This would be fine if it wasn't happening everywhere now. Ill continue to go here, but ill be checking prices on everything when I check out.I hate to leave a negative review so I left 3 stars for the good times.

They do good work. I went in with 2 issues with my car. They put.it.on the diagnostic machine. Within 5.mins we had answers to my problem.

On may 30th of this year, our battery died while getting gas. It was near closing time at AutoZone. We called and one of the employees was able to bring us a battery and not only delivered it but waited to make sure we cranked. I wish I would have written his name down! Highly recommend this store. Way to go with excellent customer service!

Went in and I had an alternator dying that wasn't going to get me from John's Mtn to Cartersville. Stopped her to have it tested and the lady had no clue how to used the diagnostic equipment. She kept saying that " it won't advance to the next step. She handed it to me and I saw that the reading for the battery was perfect and that's why it wouldn't check the alternator. She was clueless.

In 4-21-22 visited this store and was attended by Nydia. She helped me solve a radiator issue and was very knowledgeable, courteous, engaging, informative, professional and friendly. She is an asset to the company and should be commended.

My husband and I walked around the store for over 30 minutes and nit a single associate acknowledged us until we walked towards the door to leave. Out of the 5 or 6 employees there standing around chatting with each other not a single person could make time to help. I think some training would do this place some good.

I was given a referral to ask for Lon by Matt! Lon came out and checked my car because the ac fan was not working. He troubleshooted my car and found the issue then he ordered my parts on last Friday. The parts came in on yesterday and he assisted me with the parts and helped me order new parts also. Lon is the nicest man at Auto Zone! He was so helpful and promised that he would get to the bottom of why my fan was not working. I appreciate his dedication and great customer service that he provided. He should be the Store Manager so he can train everyone to give % customer satisfaction!!!Thank you Lon again!!

We were on the road from Michigan to Florida broke a windshield wiper. We forgot to get the young lady's name who so graciously helped and got us safely back on the road. We thank her again.

I came in with a running light/blinker bulb out. I have a bad back which makes it difficult to maneuver around. Nadia cheerfully volunteered to replace the bulb. This level of customer service is why I will continue to use Auto Zone for all my parts needs.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service Chris Nesbitt provided. While assisting me with a battery replacement, I discovered he was very knowledgeable about cars based on our conversation of him having done work on them in the past with his Dad and in school. He even went the extra mile to suggest a few things I needed to help with my cars performance, so I purchased those items. He enjoys his job and it shows... Thanks Chris!

Isaac went above and beyond, helped me with my fuel injectors on my 335i and didn t want a thing in return. Stayed after his shift ended too. Great guy. People like him are hard to come by. Thanks again. Really appreciate it.

I've been a faithful customer of AutoZone for almost 20 years. That being said, this Calhoun, Georgia store didn't disappoint me. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and always willing to help. They also have the best customer rewards program in the industry as far as I can tell. I highly recommend AutoZone.

Chris nesbit helped put on my new battery terminal and then went trying to find me a better one that just goes over the battery but it happened to be out of stock. He replaced it on a qucik and orderly fashion and really went the extra mile. Great attitude and customer skills which some other auto places seem to lack. (My own experience)

Always love coming here. I guess it's a guy thing. Either way I had a good conversation with the assistant manager I believe is what he was. Very nice guy. And I bought a few things for the car and one of the items was wrong and they refunded it no questions asked. I appreciate that kind of service.
