Fantastic customer service!! I have bought two vehicles from Stallings Motors and they have been great to deal with, especially John Braxton Carnline. He goes above and beyond to make the buying experience a breeze. Definitely recommend using them to buy your next vehicle.

Some of the best folks out there, whether dealing with sales or the shop. Great deals and extremely supportive after the sale. Shop around and come here last, you will see the difference and probably save some money. Truck number 3 from stallings in the pic.

My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks. I called the service dept and they said two days for the part. By the way the service dept is always rude, like they are doing you a favor. Called today and spoke to owner. They're not sure if it's the transmission or a part AFTER 3 weeks. Now maybe another 3 weeks. I'm a night shift Hospice and Covid nurse 46 miles from where I live. We've bought 5 cars from Stallings, but never again. They've gone down hill and have no new cars on their lot to buy. I'm very disappointed they used to be the best.

I have bought three vehicles from Stallings and had excellent service from all. My 2005 Dodge 1500 is working on 260,000 MI no major problems regular maintenance when I do get ready for another vehicle it will be from Stallings motors.

Had an excellent experience at this dealership. This was my first car purchase and the staff was very welcoming. Ken Bond, the dealer I spoke with was so helpful to me. There was no pressure for me to make any hasty decisions. He answered all of my questions and didn't give me the run around. He also worked with my budget concerns. He did whatever he could to make sure I was happy with my purchase, and clear up my hesitancy. Wonderful place to shop! I highly recommend them to anyone. Couldnt do that enough. I thank them for making my first buying experience a comfortable one.

Ken Bond was very patient, no pushing during my lengthy buying process. Very knowledgeable on the particular vehicle and others on their lot. My reception by all at the dealership, including the owner was just but great. Very easy and smooth buying experience, thus the 5 stars. If you are in the market for a vehicle, this is the place to buy. My only "concern" is that I will surely travel the 900+ miles again just to buy my next vehicle from them. They are simply the best and most honest.

I really like this dealership. There is no pressure to buy and they treat you with the utmost respect and dignity. Their prices are good and Mr. Bill Barclay is the best! I highly recommend them.

I would like to preface this by saying the front office staff is AMAZING, and this is probably the BEST dealership you could ever purchase a vehicle. That said, their service department is outrageously unprofessional and rude. They do not communicate with you at all on the status of your vehicle unless you call them, they speak rudely and unprofessionally. I have had more than one issue with them over the years. The only reason is still use the service department is because I bought my vehicle there and can get a free loaner while my car is broken. I have made complaints to the owner more than once about the unprofessional service in the service department, today being the most recent. Today he told me that it s hard to find people who have both tact AND mechanical excellence. I find this VERY strange since every place I have taken a vehicle for the last 20 years of driving, I have been communicated with and spoken to with courtesy. Clearly other dealers/auto shops have been able to find both, and it truly think that Stallings would do well to look harder for quality service techs that could mirror the excellence in their front office.

When you buy a vehicle whether it's from Cairo or another town and you buy and pay for a service, you take your vehicle to this location because it's closest and you are told sorry we will not honor this anymore because you didn't buy from us. I will never darken there doorsteps again. What a joke this establishment is.

2013 Ram 3500....Great staff and unsurpassed down home team can be said of service department. I left my truck for multiple problems ALL of which were resolved when I returned to pick up my truck. An explanation was provide for any additional questions that I had and I would highly recommend Stallings as my preffered Dealership for service. Great job and thanks. Just wish they would have waxed the thing while they had it, heck I'm gonna have to buy stock in min wax to get that done....lol

Recall work on my truck was completed fast. They have a guest wifi but it is password protected. It would be nice to have it posted in the waiting area.

I had a great experience at the service center, the service team was helpful and informative about the service and repairs I needed for my Chrysler 200..they did not try to up-sell me like other dealerships I ve been to within the region. If you live within a 60 mile radius of Cairo, come here for your car needs

Please Read. After purchasing a pre-owned vehicle at Stallings Motors in Cairo, I feel compelled to share my experience. For me, buying a car is a big deal and not one I typically look forward to. It usually involves scouring the region in search of a particular make and model, all the while dealing with people I don t particularly like or trust. That said, after visiting Stallings my car buying attitude has changed. Stallings has a very comfortable atmosphere, and the salespeople and staff are naturally cordial, not intimidating or pressuring. They had the car I wanted, which turned out to be much better than advertised. Stallings also made purchasing the car extremely pleasant and easy. It is hard to articulate how highly I respect the staff at Stallings. Without trying to be overly dramatic, I left a humbler person, with the unusual feeling that during this car buying experience, the shoe was on the other foot. Thank you Stallings Motors. I will continue to urge anyone looking for a new or used car to make sure and call on you.

This was the best car buying experience I could have imagined. Ken Bonds is a down to earth person, easy to talk to and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase a vehicle. I did buy a vehicle from Stallings and if I need to, I will do business with them in the future. Trish Meyers made the financial part of it easy to understand and made sure I understood everything before leaving with my new vehicle. All the employees at Stallings are personable and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone needing a new/used vehicle to go to this Dealership in Cairo, GA. They truly are a Five Star Dealership!

Great place to have your car service. But the only place to buy your next car or truck. I've been a client at Stalling now for 10 plus years. If you want to be treated like family. Then this is the only place to go.

Staff was very helpful with the problems I had. Only complaint I have in anyway, is that the parts ordered takes too long to come in to Stallings, which is not their fault. The fault is from the factory.
