Just want to thank Yamaha of Byron for helping me solve a very conflicted issue with a used bike I purchased elsewhere and brought to them to have their team diagnose and fix what they could on an older R1. Robby and Kay from the service dept were phenomenal in helping me get everything detailed and fixed on the bike. Hillary in the parts department is outstanding in every way and I highly recommend if u need any parts she is your girl to get the parts from and can have them fast and she knows her stuff and gets parts coming fast. Flame the mechanic there was exceptional in fixing my bike and pointing out the things that needed addressed so hate off to him for making sure everything was top notch, no complaints here except for the person who lied to me about the overall condition of the bike but that s over now I can only go forward and Yamaha Byron has done their job 100% in getting it back to me in tip top fashion, so thank you in every way.

I had a warranty issue and brought my machine by yesterday and everyone I spoke with was awesome! Shawn Sneeder was a huge help getting me in touch with everyone who could help me with the problem. Miss K was very helpful and checked in several times with updates on the progress while the machine was being worked on and the parts lady named Hillary is very knowledgeable in the parts department. Helped me choose some awesome light bars! I wish I could remember the macanic s name but he was awesome as well even done some extra things to help ensure the problem was fixed! Great experience all around!

I went to google looking for reviews on Byron power sports and so many reviews were on salesman Shawn Sneeder. So I went looking for him upon my arrival. He did not disappoint. He is very good at what he does. Shawn was passionate and knowledgeable about the products. My wife was purchasing her first motorcycle. He went through everything throughly, from the bike, to the sale, to even helping me load the bike onto my trailer.The trailer I had brought was designed for carrying three, two wheel bikes. Shawn and Ron from the back room assisted me with rebuilding the trailer in the parking lot to accommodate my wife s new Can-Am. I m totally floored by the outstanding customer service. I figured I d just have to ride the bike home. Nope these guys went out of their way for me. So if you re in the market for a Can-Am or any other machine sold here don t hesitate to talk to Shawn for he is your man.No pressure in buying, just informative.

The experience was great!!! Shawn made us feel like we were at home and he also treated us with the up most respect. Shawn explained everything that was going on with paperwork and with the machine that I had bought very very well. I highly recommend seeing Shawn everytime anyone goes to Byron Outdoor Superstore. I will definitely be coming back!!

Fantastic customer service, my schedule and high demand customers makes it difficult for me to schedule appointments in advance . Gina was very respectful of my awful short notice requests.. made space for me and Chris got my issues resolved while I waited only down side is they let me wander around the showroom un-supervised . Not a good idea for the need to acquire personality in me.Thank you all .

I met Shawn Sneeder in 2016 Capital Cycle Macon, Ga. I purchased a 2016 Kawasaki Mule. Shawn gave me a No hassle deal. I would stop by and we talked about family, hobbies among other topics. In 2020 I was involved in a freak accident and he called to check on me. Now, how many sales people would do this? (Not many). When the Kawasaki needed service, he made sure I was taken care of. Shawn left and is now working at Byron Powersports. Byron, Ga. Take in mind I had my heart sat on a Honda but, since Shawn has taken such good care of me in the past, I called him about purchasing a Yamaha.Again, he was Johnny on the spot or, should I say Shawn on the spot. He texted me photos of what I was looking for and stayed constantly in touch via text messages. I picked up my 2024 Yamaha Kodiak 450 today and no waiting was involved. The complete staff was friendly. I went out to help load the atv and Shawn had taken care of loading and scraping down. Again we stood outside for a few minutes and had a good conversation. I did not feel rushed at all. O yea, he did take me around to the Service dept. to introduce me to everyone. I already knew the parts lady.If you are looking for a ATV, UTV, or water craft please give Shawn Sneeder a call, I promise, he will be more than happy to assist you. I will continue to deal with him and stay in touch as a customer and friend.

Shawn was great!!! I brought the wife in so she could see if she liked the feel of the ryker after seeing them at biktoberfest in Daytona. I had bought her a 2 wheel motorcycle years ago and she was afraid of it. Shawn had her sit on a used one that was out in front of the dealership. He checked to ensure she felt comfortable and....well...her face lit up and wasnt afraid of it at all. Once he explained and showed us the starting procedures, safety features and that it was fully automatic and just one brake to worry about....he had her sold. We ended up buying a new 2023 and he helped us pick out the accessories she wanted. 2 up seat and pegs as well as an adjustable windshield, and extended warranty. When we came back the next day to pick it up after it was uncrated and the accessories were added, he took the time to ensure we knew the starting procedure, parking brake, etc again. We had a very pleasant experience with Shawn...and you will too. Stop in and see Shawn!!! Tell him that Birthday boy Eric says Hi! Yep...it was my birthday and seeing the wife's face light up was the best gift i could ever ask for.

Really great experience with the salesman Shawn, we ve spoke countless amount of times and always made the time and effort to reach out to me and find the best fit for myself, always provided help with any questions and or concerns I had, it actually felt like a good interaction instead of someone just brushing me off to the next salesman as I ve experienced at other dealers. I ve been to 4 different dealers and this has absolutely exceeded my expectations, will always be a customer from here on out and definitely send everyone here for the searches of the right ride at the right deal

Went by here a couple weeks ago and met Shawn, he showed us around the Canam X3 lineup. This fella took my wife to their track in an X3 to demonstrate how the electronic shocks work, they came back with smiles and some mud in the parking lot from the tires. (I heard he got in some trouble for the mud!). Shawn kept in touch with me over the last two weeks without being pushy while I was getting my ducks in a row. Fast forward to today: we got there late, Shawn and Aaron worked past closing to get our deal done, will do business with these folks again! And yes we have electronic shocks!

I just purchased a fifth wheel camper here. Very knowledgeable staff. Extremely friendly thats first and foremost at any dealership. They know their stuff trust me. I willvtell anyone out there do your homework as to whatvyou need . They will do the rest. As for the buying part of my adventure it is done. I got a great deal is all I can say. The service side is another page I will do another day. But if the service is anything like the sales side it will be another 5 star rating. To be determined.

We live in middle Tennessee and found this great trailer here at Byron outdoor superstore on their web site. From the sales person (Christy) to Aaron the financial guy Byron made it worth our wild to drive 10hrs round-trip to buy this trailer. We couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. If we ever have to buy another trailer this will be the first place we look.

Ive done business here on two seperate occasions. Both times they were really great people. The lady in at the parts desk is VERY knowledgeable about motorcycles and did everything she could to help me find an air filter. I took a motorcycle wheel in to get a new tire and tube. When I got home, I found out the tire had a leak. A bit annoying but it wasn't the fault of the techs. I took it back the next day and they took care of it. The tech even came out and apologized for not catching the problem before. Things happen, but they made it right. That's not something you say about a lot of shops.

I was definitely blessed to have Sean as my salesman. I absolutely enjoyed the experience at Byron Outdoor Super Store. Sean was awesome and stayed engaged withme the whole time I was there. He was super friendly, I felt like I was dealing with a friend of mine! Jack was awesome as well!! Both made me feel like a star! I spoke with a friend of my wife who bought a pontoon boat from you guys and she said she had the exact same experience! Will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know!. Thank you guys so much!

As a 1st time customer of Bryon Power Sports I had to pleasure of working with the wonderful Shawn Sneeder! He is by far the BEST employee at BPS. He stay in touch with me every step of the way. He even accommodated my special needs and made the buying process so easy. His personality is the best very upbeat, joyful man he even stayed late so he made sure I got to get jet ski this I wanted. I needed the letter r for my NauticStar center console and called Byron Outdoor Superstore and talked to Tabitha in Parts. She was very helpful and a delight to work with. She got the letter from the company and got it shipped to me quickly. I can definitely recommend her and will contact her again in the future if the occasion arises.

I didnt make a purchase. I just went in to check the place out and throw a leg over a few models I hadn't seen. The dealership was clean, staff was friendly, over all a nice place to stop and shop. Didn't catch the guys names but the sales men where friendly and asked if I had any questions, even though they were busy,without being pushy. I look forward to stopping by again.

Shawn went above and beyond through my whole purchase experience. I definitely didn't make it easy on him from swapping models multiple times and when I came to pick up my sxs it was pouring rain. Shawn got soaked while trying to move it to service. He was definitely one of the easiest salesman I've had the pleasure of working with. Thanks again Shawn!

SHAWN is an amazing sales representative. He went above & beyond to make sure every question was answered & if he didn't know something he went & found out. Very friendly great with customer service.
