Gosh. They must be great. I was left on hold for six minutes with elevator music.Update January.....these people are great and offer outstanding customer service. Came out actually three times to get the correct part and make sure I'm safe! I will highly recommend.

Called and was told that they needed to look up the windshield and call me right back. After 1 day called again and got a recording where I left a message. Another 2 days later and still no response and when I called no answer! Went to Safelite where it was done in time and was very polite. Would not contact them again!

I went in to get assistance with replacement of my windshield. After providing my VIN the lady in the office indicated she would call me with an estimate. It's been two weeks and there's been no call. Thank God they're not the only windshield repair shop close by

Fast and good customer service. But my back window has been fixed 2x for leaks "they installed it also" and it's still leaky. They scratched my plastic interior and gouged it in several places. It looks like I am just going to fix it myself.

The Auto glass not only replaced my windshield at an incredible rate (that smashed the competition) but also re-tinted my windows! My brother came from Atlanta to have his windshield done by them. When you walk in they treat you like family! Best place in Middle GA to get your glass done!!

If you want your windows tinted and don't want to pay a lot. Go see Ms. Casey she'll take care of you. Highly recommend

Oh wow!!! The Auto Glass Guy was just here and replaced my broken F 150 PU Truck windshield. David Smith is the business owner, a local, and has been in the glass business for nearly 30 years. I got 3 bids and the Auto Glass Guy beat them all. David was professional, courteous, and he can take a joke, because I threw a few his way If you need an auto glass repair and want great service with an outstanding warranty, then call the Auto Glass Guy. You'll be glad you did

I could not have ask for a better experience. They are upfront with cost and labor and very polite. I brought in a 1993 F-150. I ve been having water seep thought the chrome trim and underneath the windshield. After every rain, I would have water build up on the interior of my truck. It didn t take long for Auto Glass Guy to have a new windshield installed and address the issue. I got a called back the same day that it ready for pickup. If you care about a fair and honest auto window repair, this family is your go to guys. Thank y all for the great service.

These folks were awesome from my first contact! They were recommended by my local dealership. Their prices were lower to replace my windshield than my deductible. Regina in the office was very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys came to my house to replace the windshield at my convenience and were done in less than an hour! Very friendly! Fantastic! They had a windshield for my 1994 Sentra, which most locations did not, and had it installed within a week. Also, their price was nearly half that of Safelite and the quality of work seemed just as good. I will use Auto Glass Guy again in the future and suggest them to my friends/family. Got a pretty decent crack in my windshield from a semi; I just had to thank my insurance for using this company. They are absolutely phenomenal; incredibly down-to-earth and friendly staff, the lovely lady that called to set up my repair was extremely informative. The tech that came out, Nick, was an absolute pleasure; prompt, efficient, and about as professional as they come. I will not be going anywhere else for car window repairs. Would again like to give a huge thank you to Nick for the incredible work.

I have used them twice for my own personal vehicles and deal with them on a daily basis at work. They are all amazing people who know what a they are doing and take pride in their work. Their prices for me have been the best around. I will not trust anyone else to repair or replace my windshields. They come to you in a timely fashion and are very friendly and professional. Normally to have a windshield replaced it is a 1 day turn around. You guys are amazing. Keep up the great work.

I'm so happy with my experience with the auto glass company! I had my driver window replaced and they did an excellent job! Not only that a job well done but great customer service. They are down to earth, Professional, family oriented and know the meaning of hard work and it shows not to mention they have great prices and fast at getting the job done. Thanks so much to u all.. I'm very happy with my service and you will definitely be #1 on my list to call if I need anymore services. I received a warm greeting upon entering this business and was served almost immediately. I had David look at two chips in the windshield of my 2009 Tacoma. He determined that one chip was too small and did not need to be repaired and he took care of the other one. These folks are very professional and caring and provide excellent customer service. I highly recommend them for your automotive glass needs. J.J.

First, I want to say that I am a State Farm Agent in Perry, Ga and I have dealt with quite a few auto glass outfits and The Auto Glass Guy is BY FAR THE BEST! Dave was very helpful throughout the whole process. He came to look at my sunroof exactly when he said he would be there; therefore, he was extremely punctual. He also made an extra trip to put something over my sunroof so it wouldn t leak until the part he needed came in. I dropped my truck off and he had it ready sooner than he thought, do I know he worked extremely hard to get it ready for me. This is a family owned business and they embody so many great qualities that a company can have. Dave kept me informed the entire time so I am very grateful for that. I would recommend The Auto Glass Guy to my closest family and friends! You cant go wrong with them! Thank you Dave and his staff!!!

Okay. The staff were very nice and granted I discovered that my windshield was cracked a day before my scheduled repair. I didn't realize until after the service that the crack was still in the windshield. When I asked the service guy, why was the crack still there? He stated "that there's no quarantee that the crack would just go away after the repair. Neither could he quarantee that the crack wouldn't spread any further. I mean really!! What in the heck did I just pay for????? That was the purpose of the of the repair. I'm very disappointed Service: Auto windshield repair

Arrived on time, did a flawless and fast job on our Honda Fit, had a great conversation with him and he gave me some insights on other issues he notice that were not even glass-related and I saved 100 dollars compared to Safelite! Great experience. Very professional and courteous in the shop and on the job site. Price was very reasonable. Served us very quickly. Extremely convenient as well - they come right to your office or home. We will definitely consider Auto Glass Guy our go-to for any future glass needs.

I ve used Auto Glass 3 different times. First time they met me at the shop on a Saturday. Casey and David the owners are AMAZING! Second time they came out to my house. Third time I took it to them. When I first call I spoke with Miss Regina! Her service was everything and more!! She was very helpful. Then she send out the owner name David, he was very polite when came to my house. Very professional and his service was everything I needed and more I will be contacting them if I ever need anything else repair...thanks again!

Made an appointment on one day, and the windshield was replaced promptly two days later! They did not give us the run around by making an appointment then not having the windshield. The staff was really friendly and down to earth! If needed, we definitely will be using this company again!

If you re looking for someone to replace your windshield I would definitely go with them! The have the best prices and a very trustworthy company! When they accidentally ordered the wrong windshield and actually had to reorder a more expensive one they kept the original price. Very stand up people and I can t recommend them enough!

Great folks and great pricing! Receptionist was extremely kind and proper. Technicians were fantastic. There was a very small, picky issue I had after installation, but they came back within a timely manner and got it worked out. Will definetely do business again. Thank you so much!!!
