An honest and knowledgeable mechanic is worth his or her weight in gold. This business is above reproach when it comes to fair pricing and reliability. Amanda at the front desk is great too! For any mechanical issues that I have with my vehicles, I have found a home with Alan's Alignment & Automotive Center in Byron.

Very professional, knowledgeable, hard-working individuals. They did a great job, installing a new motor in my truck and stand behind their work. Alan s Alignment is the Best Carmax Repair Pal vendor in the region. I received fast and friendly customer service from start to finish. My Rogue was checked n the problem solved. Quick turnaround not like the others who keep you waiting hours on end. This business exudes INTEGRITY on all levels. Thanks Alan s Alignment your team is the Best.!!!!

Always courteous! Very easy to get an appointment. Service was done quickly. They never try to get you to pay for something extra that is not needed. Good to have local people you can trust.

Absolutely one of the best experiences I have ever had with a business. I was two hours away from home and got a flat on the highway. By complete luck I rolled into a parking lot next to Alan s. I had a new tire and was on my way in just over an hour. Amanda and Peyton are fantastic! Wonderful organization.Service: TiresService: Tires

I send every vehicle in the family to these guys for oil changes and alignments when needed. They re no nonsense and don t try and upsell anything to you unless you ask for it. The staff is friendly and welcoming also. Very much recommended these folks!!!

No one likes going to a service dept. These guys make it as pleasant as possible. They are Great! They do Great work and they are honest. If you want Excellent service go see Amanda Daniel s she s always busy and still Greets everyone with a smile. It took Swans 4 service dept s until we finally found Alan s. I recommend all to go there for service, they are different than the rest. Top Notch and will always have Swans Automotives business. LOYAL CUSTOMER!! Thank you guys.

They are friendly and knowledgeable. The cost of service is very fair. The only downside is the speed of service. It is a bit slower than I'd like but with the volume of customers it is understandable. Be prepared to leave your vehicle with them.

I recently used Alan s to mount and balance new tires and wheels on my Tacoma. The appointment process was easy, the price was competitive, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Alan s has earned my future business, and I hope you give them a chance as well!

Alan s has worked on my truck twice now, had just about the whole front end redone on my lifted Chevy. They ain t cheap, but they do an outstanding job and I will continue to be a customer!! Both times I ve got my truck back it has drove like a dream again!! I highly recommend them!! Great people!!

Had my vehicle about six weeks, started with one problem then another to ultimately get the overall problem fixed. The owner went out on his own to get a major part and save me hundreds of dollars. Could be more communication, but as far as mechanics, great job, got back my vehicle in good running order. Thanks guys.

As a military family, we ve lived in several different states, and have needed the help of numerous automotive businesses. Taking our vehicles to Allen s is our first time feeling that we would not be taken advantage of. Allen and his employees are very knowledgeable, professional, and their prices are fair. Great place! Amanda is awesome at the front desk. I just bought a second car, and will take it there for all my car problems.Was taking my car there for the AC to be worked on. Hit a curb across the street and broke a tie rod. Amanda, at Alan's Automotive gave me number of a towing company. Called them and Amanda took care of getting my car there and looked at.My car battery kept going dead overnight. Took it in and they tested and replaced my battery.Friendly great service!!

I've used Alan's on a number of occasions for vehicles ranging from a vintage Bronco to BMWs/current daily driven vehicles for my entire family.
