Highly recommend!! Very professional and honest. We were traveling and we got a flat. They examined the tire and didn t try to upsell like so many shops!! Thank you!! They patched our tire when another shop said we needed a new tire. Great business practices.

I believe her name was sally that answered the phone. She was amazing. She went above and beyond to find me tires in my price range.I have odd number tires on my car and they are expensive. Thank you, Sally. I appreciate it more than you know.

Went to Chevy with my daughters car and they ended up having to do an oil change , when I told them I had one done a few weeks ago they showed me my oil and my oil filterAll I can say is they did not do the oil change on my daughter s car as we paid for. So when going to Duckworth be careful was as the saying goes buyer beware . check what your paying for when you never know if the job you paid for and was really done or did they just rip you off

I was referred to this shop and they were amazing! I was traveling from out of state and my muffler cracked while driving on the interstate. They were friendly, efficient and reasonable priced. They made sure the repair was done well and had me in and out in no time! Thank you Landon and team for taking great care of me and my vehicle!!

they had previously installed side exit exhaust tips for me and looked perfect . had a muffler swap done and now the side exhaust tips look bad . hanging down and crooked. had family in town and was in a hurry to leave so didn't mention it . but it's bugging me. the exhaust man does amazing work so I'm not sure what happened.

I took my vehicle to Mavis for a break change. Come to find out, they informed me that I needed rotors and breaks and they were going to charge me $600. That information didn t sit well with me so I took my vehicle to Bill Duckworth. Requested the same service, the break change. The gentlemen at the front counter escorted me to the back to see my vehicle; come to find out my roters and brakes were in great shape. They allowed me to see it for myself as well as verifying. If you re looking for quality service, honesty and education on your vehicle, Bill Duckworth is the ONLY place of service you should use. NOT MAVIS.

Bill Duckworth tire is worth the extra drive to get an excellent level of service. Jeremy and his crew fixed our camper tire and when asked if we needed to replace any others he was honest and said they were all good. He also fixed our muffler. They were fast to get us back on the road. 100% recommend this store.

This is my 3rd visit to the centre, and I've had best customer service with one of your associates, Landon Clayton, he is a baseball player, plays all the bases, I see he is a team player. I really enjoy bringing my cars to his location, and trust you business.Thanks,Luigi

The best service the best professional mechanics . Best labor price you can't beat. Mr. Jamie know how to run a business. He straight forward and that's what I like about him. He don't cut corners. A awesome place.

I first contacted a competitor (the business name begins with a B) and asked about a complete brake shoe and rotor turning job on our Murano. The other place quoted, now get this, $800! Duckworth on Norwich St. did it for a little over $300. I appreciate businesses need to make a profit, but the other people were just Greedy. Duckworth was fair.

sorriest workers i ever met. takes 3 hours to change 1 single car wheel while there is NO business? & the workers are dumber then a box of rocks.

I typically don't leave negative reviews, but our experience was so bad, hopefully this prevents someone else from having the same issue. I will say the mechanics seemed great. The office staff has horrible communication. We were cut off and hung up on, not updated on the status of our vehicle when we were told we'd be. Finally we decided to just pick our vehicle up with only 1/2 the work done. They said Mon by 5 it would be ready. I went Tues morning and it was up on a rack still being put together and the office lady was rude to me when I asked why it's not ready. Battery was dead when I got it and 2 new service lights came on after I left.

I have had my car serviced with new tires, oil changes, brakes, tire rotation for last 50 plus years at same location. Top notch, I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you for being there.

True professionals, the team at Bill Duckworth Tire works with exquisite care, calm, with an attention to detail comparable to jewelers, so polite and oh so honest. We came in to replace brake pads. We were told that the pads were fine, needed no replacement, just that the sensor was twisted around. Thank you, we were honored to meet you today.

Great exhaust work. If you need a muffler installed. I highly recommend them, their inexpensive, their muffle guy does excellent work, he's done all of my exhaust work. I highly recommend them

These guys saved me with this repair. So blessed to have this business in our city. Great people, great prices, and as kind as can be. This business deserves your money. Any business with the name Duckworth should be used whenever possible.

1st let me say the front desk was very nice and caring but when it came to my car I didn't care for the person who so call did my alignment..I took my car in for alignment work got my car back and it still was doing the same thing and I paid almost 90 bucks call them to tell them my car was still pulling to the right the man who I spoke with told me that it was just my tires took it back to them and picked it back up still was doing the same thing called them back and he told me that the car was fine and that I needed to get my tires check well did that and it was still pulling to the right basically a rip off....How because I tried to give them another chance and took my car in and they told me it was the Cadillac converter that it was going to be 800.00 took it to another shop and it was exhaust manifold I saved 600.00 so that's how....DO BETTER

Someone close to me had a lift put on their vehicle here and when they spoke with the shop specifically told them they did not want a rough country lift but wanted a nice premium quality lift. So they assured them and charged high dollar for a premium lift and still put a rough country lift that pops and makes noises.

This place is unbelievable, I bought two tires and the receipt states I paid for Cooper tires but they put National Renegades on the truck. I called back and she said oh come back and see me so I drive 45 minutes back up there and she meets me at my truck and says the receipt printed the wrong tire and basically not her problem. Stated she would not change the tires in a rude manner and walked away. Do not buy tires from them they rip you off. They charge you for one tire and give you a cheap set of tires what a horrible company!!

Hands down the best... I called Jamey for 4 New tires... He set me an apt and got my car done immedietly... He goes above and beyond to take care of his customers... And thank you Melony for the smile every times I come in... Its a joy to do business with you...
