Finally a service related business that does it right. Everyone is very pleasant and attentive. You are greeted immediately as you enter. The communication was excellent. The work was done faster than the estimated time and it looked perfect. The car actually looked better than it did before the damage. If you want your repair done the right way, go to Wrens in Braselton.

I wanted to wait a full month after getting my car back to be able to accurately report everything related to my experience. In that time, I have been able to thoroughly check out my vehicle in different driving and handling experiences.Starting with my initial contact with Wrens, the customer service was outstanding, above and beyond my expectations. Jessica and Ally were outstanding, keeping me up-to-date on my repair, and answering any questions I had like I was their most important customer.As for the repair itself, I couldn't be more pleased. My RAV-4 looks like it did before, but most importantly, runs like it did before my accident. The only way you would know the vehicle was in a wreck would be to look at the headlights, because only one had to be replaced. They even went so far as to clean my rims, vacuum my car, and clean the interior to make it look as nice as possible.If you are in need of any sort of body work done on your vehicle, I encourage you to take it to Wrens. The work was completed in a timely manner, done well, and I was treated with respect and concern. Thank you for the great experience!

Wouldn t recommend. The customer service is good and they are attentive to answering phones, but I have had a poor experience with my repairs here.I came for a repair in summer 2023 and by early spring 2024 I have already had to come back twice under warranty for poor workmanship. This included a damaged undercarriage and peeling paint on my new bumper. For the bumper repaint, it took 10 days instead of the 2 I was prescribed. I was told that they tried to spot strip the bubbling paint and repaint but that the whole bumper started peeling, so they re-stripped the entire bumper to repaint it all correctly. I m no car expert, but my expectation from some internet searches was that it would ve been appropriate from the beginning to strip the whole bumper and repaint.I also have a few new dings and paint chips on other areas of my car since this repainting ordeal that I would bet money on came from the work they did but I would rather live with those than entrust my car to this shop again.

I had to get my wife's car repainted due to a manufacture defect. Due to the adhesion of the paint, it required that the paint be completely stripped down to bare metal before repainting. Wrens did a fantastic job that I feel may have not been done at other shops. Zak was professional and polite. He took the time to explain the process, how many days it would be needed, and the cost was clearly spelled out so no hidden fees. he kept me informed of the process and estimated time for completion. Needless to say, I was very satisfied with the work done. I would highly recommend Wrens Collision to anybody else I know for any need body repair or paint work needed.Service: Painting

First I don t trust any review when I am asked by the manager to please give us a good review. Then he calls because he doesn t like your review and tells you it needs to be changed because that s how they are able to eat. In retrospect I was not happy with the work that was done. They completely ignored the right side of my vehicle and the bumper where I got hit. The replacement door had more ripples and dents than a sunken ship. It s obvious they went to a junkyard and found the cheapest door they had. Also the paint was funny. Then I learned it was a wrap. So they never repainted my damage. In addition to collecting $6000 for doing half the work I gave them a receipt for the three new tires I had to purchase. They said they lost the receipt and I am out another $700. They also completely ignored the front end that crashed into a ditch, the compass module in the bumper and the rear lift door that now opens on its own going down the highway. I called the mgr. three times and requested a call back. I am still waiting. If I could go lower than one star I would. Jd.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

This team is awesome !! They had my car ready with they said they would.. did a great job on my repairs. Kept me informed the entire time of their progress. That s the 2nd car I have take to Wrens and both times it was perfect. The entire team is very friendly and professional. Great place !! Several month ago they painted a golf cart for my and did an excellent job so when I had a little bender in my car I immediately thought of Wrens. Everything went smoothly, provided text updates and finished on time. Everyone in the office and the young man that painted my cart and I'm sure my car were great ! So I was in an accident and when it came time to pick where I wanted to send my car I chose here because YEARS ago when it was Collision 124 I went there. All I know is I am SO glad I chose to bc the whole experience from start to finish. I spoke with Ally probably 10 times and each nice she was nice and gave me real information about where my car was in the process of it being fixed. She never got mad that I called several times.Their date they gave me about when my car would be ready was spot on. After my car was finished they cleaned my car inside and out! THEN THE BEST PART is 2 of my hubcaps were lost in the accident so Kevin put a BRAND NEW PAIR on mine! So, when I drove up I not only was soooo excited to get my car back, I drove up to it in the parking lot looking all shiny and brand new!I was so happy! The little things that they were kind about matter just as much as the big things, and it literally was a pleasure working with them!Be CAREFUL when your reading some of these reviews bc several of them people are voicing complaints for things that are out of Wrens' hands. If it is an insurance or parts issue here is not where you need to leave your complaint.Also, several reviews are about the previous owner of the business, so again should not effect Wrens.They should at the very least have 4.9 Stars!!! They have a customer for life and a friend as far as I'm concerned. I would send everyone to them if I could. THE Good Samaritans! My truck broke down right by their front road. They rushed out to help me bring my truck to their parking lot and kept up with their helpful gesture all day till they had to close. I know I was a pain - needing to get my truck running again and yet they did not quit on me. I will forever thank them. God bless you and your Co.!

I contacted Collision 124 to repair hood and front bumper scratches and dents from an event tent that flipped during a storm. Joe was great to work with, explained the process, and emailed an estimate within the hour. He communicated throughout the process, the work was completed a day early, and they did a great job! They had repaired a car for me in the past and I had a good experience with them then, so they were the go-to for these repairs. Thank you Joe and Marshall for doing such an excellent job on both my left rear bumper in my right front bumper! A dream to work with and they took care of all the insurance paperwork! Before I drove out of the parking lot I already knew what the estimate would be, even though I was not at fault in the accident. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Collision 124. The work was done in less time than was quoted which saved me money on my rental car, was of very high quality, I was kept well informed of the progress, and Joe was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I have confidence in their work , and more important to me, in the integrity of Joe and Marshall and their business.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible experience that lasted for 6 months. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The GM's customer service is subpar and I don't recommend. We did reach out to the area supervisor who validated our concerns and complaints, he was very nice and professional. Y'all!!! These guys are the best (Joe and Marshall)!!! I took my 2019 dodge charger in after someone hit it. Messed up my door and 3 rims. Inurance for the other driver gave us problems but they made sure my car was fixed the CORRECT way. They did amazing!!! Looks like the brand new car it was when I bought it last year. Thank y'all so much! If I could rate 10 stars on here, I would! They updated me almost every day and also answered any questions I asked.

I dropped my truck off on March 27th for repairs unaware they were in the process of selling the business. My truck sat there for six weeks, with no progress. When I would call for an update, the only info I could get is they were waiting on parts. 2 weeks ago, I called for another update, which is when I found out the business was sold, only to find out nothing had been done with my claim and lied to me for a month and a half. They have also been reported to the BBB. Hopefully, these folks don't try to open a business anywhere else. Since the new owners - Wren's collision took over, it has been a great experience. I'm getting regular calls with updates, any potential issues and completion time.

Took my truck to them after an accident received no call until they said it was completed. First thing they did when I went to pick up my truck was show me pictures of of things they said weren t work related which clearly were. I assume they were going to try to get more money out of me. Very dirty way to business they pick and choose what they think you will pay extra for to let them fix and convince the insurance company they weren t wreck related. Must have a great kick back worked out with State Farm. They are not at all interested in customer service

Went here on my Insurance company's recommendation after hitting a deer and sustaining a lot of car body damage as a result. Collision 124 did a wonderful job from start to finish fixing the damage and restoring the car to its pre-strike condition. Very friendly, down-to-earth, honest and professional folks here. My grandson had a front end collision on his 2011 Nissan. The car is bright blue metallic. Marshall handled the repairs quickly and kept us informed throughout the process. We are very happy with the repairs and the paint match. We would recommend 124 Collision for your repairs.

Despite having issues with the insurance company of the party at fault, they made sure my car was fixed the right way! All I had to do was drop my car off, and they took care of the rest. Took my husbands car here for an accident covered by the at fault's insurance. They were nice and very knowledgeable and even buffed the old headlight for me to match the new one better. The damaged area looks impeccable. I would absolutely use them again.

Collision 124 is a very honest and trustworthy company. I thought that I needed my front bumper and grill replaced. When I took my car to Collision 124, I was told that they might be able to reattach my bumper instead of replacing it, and that s exactly what they did. This saved me $300-$500 since they were able to reattach my bumper instead of ordering a new one, painting it, and installing it. I will be using Collision 124 for all my auto body repair needs.Service: Body & Trim

I don't see how anyone could rate this company bad. Our son wrecked our car when he was home on leave. This was one of the places recommended by the insurance company and we chose them based on reviews. Glad we did. Joe was very professional, honest, and down to earth. We had them repair the damage, from our son, and damage from an earlier mishap. He searched salvage yards for the earlier mishap repair, and had to go with a factory. We had to pay out of pocket for the earlier mishap repair, but his prices were reasonable.When we went to pick up the car on Friday, I noticed a small crack in the windshield that had creeped up during the repair. It was obvious it was made during the accident since the visible crack was hairline, and looked like it was just starting to creep up 1/4th up the windshield. He said he didn't notice it either when it was brought in for repair (it was below some trim at first). He took it back in, and did the insurance adjustment and had it repaired by Monday.Honest repair by honest guys who knew what they were doing.

They did a nice job coordinating a time to repair our damaged family vehicle. The repair is excellent, and the job was completed on time. No hassle, no fuss. They even vacuumed and washed it for us too. Should there be a next time, we will be doing business again with Collision 124. Thank you!

I wanted to use this body shop for an insurance claim but unfortunately they weren't interested in even looking at my car. Called twice, set up to come by for an estimate and wasted my time going there only to be told "just drop it off, we'll figure it out with the insurance company after we pull it all apart." The man wouldn't even look under my car after I told him the frame was crushed and severely damaged on both rails from the hitch being pushed into it. He kept telling me it wasn't bad at all. No thanks! Took it Hayes Chrysler in Lawrenceville where I was given an estimate to foward to the insurance adjuster who then approved it. I'm not just dropping my car off to be "taken apart" without knowing its completely approved. $8,000 claim later my car is back and looks great. Would not recommend!

My truck was hit in the left front and repaired by 124 collision one year ago and the air conditioner worked fine before the crash. It still does not work correctly. I had to pay 124 collision extra for Ac work damaged in the crash. Nothing worse than dealing with them and progressive insurance. Two crooks in the auto body repair business. The didn't even have the front end alignment checked, progressive took care of that after i asked for a supplement. One piece of trim flew off when i picked it up and they just happened to have the new piece at the shop still in the wrapper i went back and picked up and installed it myself. I took the truck to Mathis collision in Buford last month for the roof to be painted and we laughed at the blend on the front end and the rust painted over by 124 during the repair. Needless to say i do not recommend them.The estimate/receipts i have is in Kay Phillips name for when they get on here to say it wasn't one of their repairs.
