Graham performed a pre-purchase inspection on a Porsche 911 I was thinking to acquire,. He seem to be very knowledgeable.Besides, a couple off smaller items, he did not find anything, not worthy, in particular, not about the engine. After delivery, I took the car to a Porsche specialist close by. Turns out, the car had several vacuum leaks, a camshaft, solenoid issue, and the coolant expansion tank did not hold pressure. Which could have had very serious consequences.I am not sure what happened, and whether all these issues appeared between the pre-purchase inspection, and the inspection by my local shop, I can only assume that a thorough inspection would have caught at least some of these issues and told me about them.I am just glad that I brought the car to the local shop here almost immediately after delivery.

This shop has gone downhill in the past couple of years. Roughly three years ago we had Graham start a restoration project on our family MG. He quoted the job to take around a year however it s been sitting at the shop untouched for over three years now. When we would call for updates he wouldn t answer or even bother responding to any messages sent. We finally had to contact another shop to tow the car, along with the boxes of parts, to get it finished elsewhere.

I found a vehicle he was selling on eBay (which showed only 2 owners and no accidents & a high score of 93), I called Graham Everett the seller, to confirm the information provided and he confirmed all is correct and no issues with the vehicle so I purchased the vehicle based on that information. The eBay auction stated "Exceptional condition, garage kept, non-smoker" and "Recent major service performed." However, after the vehicle arrived I found numerous issues with it. The key fob was broken, the left speaker is broken, there are many scratches and marks inside and outside that were Not mentioned. But the most concerning is the CarFax report which shows 3 owners on title and an Accident on record that was NEVER mention by the seller or by the provided AutoCheck.I then brought the vehicle to my Trusted certified Porsche mechanic and he found many more issues with it. The suspension was incorrectly "Lowered" with aftermarket parts and the springs were not installed correctly causing a loud clicking sounds and a bumpy ride when moving the vehicle. He also found that the Power steering line was cracked and leaking tons of fluid onto the exhaust manifold causing it to smoke during start up another dangerous issue.Furthermore, the motor mounts are worn causing the motor to shake excessively and the brake fluid and motor fluid was old indicating to me a Major service was Not performed. Total repair cost is around $3000+ to get it back to normal and this was NEVER mentioned by the seller. All these issues with the title and the mechanical issues devalues the vehicle by 5-7K.This is a fraudulent listing by any measure and I am asking eBay to look into this case for me. If you need any reports on the information provided I will have my mechanic provide this information.

These guys are amazing. Was recommended to them from a friend for a engine rebuild on my air-cooled 1970 911. Was able to drive straight from their place to NC with a smile ear-to-ear. Have had many thousand miles on the engine and it's still running like brand new. Extremely knowledgeable team, will definitely use them again.
