Had the oil changed. Set up the appointment 2 weeks in advance. On took a out 30 minutes to do. Did a whole truck scan, tires are low on tread and rear brakes were low. Great job.

Probably the best experience I've had with a Chevrolet service department. These guys were great, due to circumstances they got me in as I arrived, diagnosed the problem and had my truck road worthy within a couple of hours. The customer service was second to none. I was really impressed. Good people.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Bill Holt Chevrolet in Blue Ridge. After leaving another local competing dealership (I won't say which one, but it starts with and F), and a terrible experience, THIS dealership really impressed me. They were everything I needed a car buying experience to be. From the salesman, Ken Wilkins to the finance manager, Randy Platt, I don't think I could have been more pleased. I gave them 5 stars but would have given more. They actually listened to me and were patient and professional. They didn't make me feel like they were talking to a dumb blond and try to sell me a hunk of junk. I'm knowledgeable about cars and look beyond the pretty colors, if you know what I mean. They showed me respect as a female auto buying customer and I greatly appreciate and respect them for that. Totally pleased. Thanks guys for my best buying experience ever. :))))

My wife had a tire blow out while driving to visit family in Blue Ridge. Your employees were beyond helpful and made a stressful time easier. Zach in parts and Ryan in service did a great job of communicating and making sure she got down the road safely. Thank you for everything!

Excellent experience!! Our car broke down. All dealerships in the area had schedules to fix cars a month long. No car rental places in the area had cars on their lots. Two people I work with said to call Bill Holt Chevrolet here in Ellijay. They had bought cars from there and said the company worked beautifully with them to find what they were looking for. I called right away and talked with Mark. I said well I got to get a tow truck to tow my car up to your place if you can help me do a trade-in. He said well we can tow it for you I'll be there in a few minutes to pick you up. I came home with a beautiful new Hyundai Tucson 2019. He was great, the people in Blue ridge that we did the paperwork with were great. Highly recommend Bill Holt Chevrolet!!!

I was a co-signer in the truck buying process on a GMC Denali. we showed up an hour before closing but they were still willing to help us out. The staff was so helpful, professional, and knew their stuff! We got a deal, signed papers, and finished the whole buying process in an hour! Just go buy a car from Bill Holt you won t regret it. Took my pickup in for warranty work and am so completely satisfied!!! They got me a loaner car to drive while my vehicle was in the shop, they kept me updated regularly on the work, and had the best customer service I ve seen in a long time! 100% recommend!

Our salesperson was super nice and friendly.Our new 2021 Tahoe broke down in another state and was in the shop for 20 days. The GM manager at this location was completely rude. I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from this location ever again! The customer service manager never returned my call like he promised. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Just wanted to update my review and let everyone at bill holt Chevrolet of blue ridge know just how awesome they are. I bought a used Chevrolet eqinox from them and after about two weeks it was having some issues. They couldn't get to it right away so I explained that my sister in South Carolina had cancer and I needed to go see her. They said all their loaners were out but they loaned me a brand new Chevrolet eqinox and told me to treat it as my own. This meant the world to me as I got to visit my sister. They are the most wonderful people I have ever met at a dealership. Love my new car and thank them so much for the loaner. Kudos to Danny in service you are wonderful. Would give them twenty stars if i could. God bless you all!!!!

Was changing a motor in a S10 from a v6 to a V8, the service advisor was very helpful and printed out wiring diagrams for me. Can't say thank you enough to him. Also finding the right pin in a transmission wiring harness plug the technicians spent about 30 minutes working with. Was so pleased with their service I tipped them well to buy pizza for the shop.

Service not parts. Say 45 minutes for a scheduled oil change, should not be 1.5 hours. We were one of the first scheduled as well.

Most of the time they do great. 1out of 5 times you'll get the wrong part or jave to call to see if they got your part. Most of the time they get it right and if not they try to fix it.
