2013 Porsche Cayenne - Based on all of the positive reviews we took our vehicle to Mountain European Auto Repair for several issues. After thorough evaluation, they sent a list of needed repairs and pictures to illustrate. As repairs were being completed Cynthia wrestled with the warranty company and managed to have them pay for a large portion of the repairs. Jesse explained to me what was done in a manner that even a non-mechanic could understand. Results were nothing less than astounding.

Just got my SLK 350 back. I am very pleased with the services received, and especially the communication with Jessie and the people at Moutain Euro. All services performed in an exemplary manner, and at a fair price. Their inspection was detailed, and allows me to plan for my future service needs. Thank goodness there is a shop skilled at European Auto repair here in the North Georgia mountains! The knowledge and integrity of Jesse and his crew & staff is exceptional. Quality work is of utmost concern -- no shortcuts -- and they communicate with the customer. I am thrilled to have found them for my fussy VW and will be a customer for years to come!

Had doubts at first as to whether or not my vehicle was worth the effort to repair. The team of technicians at M.E.A.R. put my doubts to rest. Bought a used BMW recently and Mountain European Auto was recommended by car dealership to perform an inspection for any possible issues. I was more than impressed with the thorough inspection they did and professional review I was given after completion. We took care of the minor repairs needed and I now drive my 335i with confidence. Jesse also recommended ongoing care for the car and I will bring it back for the first oil change so they can keep me updated on any further needs. My wife and I know Jessie from his shop in Sarasota where we had our BMW serviced. He was one of the best European car shops in Florida. People would bring their cars from all over the state for repairs. When I noticed on social media that he had opened up a shop in our area it was great news. We recently started hunting for a Mini Cooper and had Jesse and Dimitry inspect one that we had found which they both gave a thumbs down. Glad we had them inspect it. Jesse, Dmitry, and the whole team is incredible! We happened to be on a road trip from Sarasota, FL(where Jesse s old shop was) to Tennessee and our bmw e46 m3 got an EMT light and went into limp mode north of Atlanta. We were so lucky to be only 30 minutes away from quite possibly the best people for anything like this. They fit us in the next morning, helped fix our issue, and we were on our way less than 24 hours after the issue began. Thank you so much Jesse and Dmitry, it was great talking to you guys!

Fantastic reception, professional, personable. Very high-level expertise and assessment. My 2013 Porsche is new to me. Jesse did a comprehensive inspection, advising me on current condition and future maintenance for all systems--brakes, tires, electrical, engine. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mountain European Auto Repair after woodland critters decided to make a home in the engine of my 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman. The damage was pretty extensive. Jesse and Dimitry were so professional and friendly to deal with, and I was pleasantly surprised with the thorough and well explained diagnostic vehicle inspection that they completed. Every area that needed attention was described and photographed! Parts and labor for each repair category were priced upfront, and the price they quoted was the price I ended up paying. Their rates were very fair, especially compared to European auto dealership repair departments, and I believe that the quality of their work far surpassed what I have experienced at Mini or BMW dealerships. They seem to really take pride in their work and professionalism. Jesse, Demiri, and David are absolute pros! They did a fantastic job fixing some pretty complex electrical problems on my Mini and they were very open and honest on price and what work they did. Jesse is a great businessman who truly puts his customer's safety and happiness above all else. Hello Folks, this is Joseph Goble. As you know I love giving reviews for companies in our area with the hopes to help others know who they can rely on and who they need to stay away from.Today my sons Audi A3 went into limp mode and a EPC light came on and an engine light. Then white smoked appeared. My son imeaditly parked vehicle half way up the big hill at th high scool. I called Mountain European and they stated they were booked up until July 11th 2023 and today is 6/22/2023. However, they did say they would do thier very best to work it in. We are having the vehicle towed to this location. I will advise step by step on how this company is on customer service, diagnosis, Fixing the issue(s) and pricing. Stay Tuned!!!Note: I have heard positive things so let s hope the hearsay is correct. Thus far they have been very transparent and very kind. I start out with 5 stars and remove a star that would impact one of the items listed above.2nd interaction: Vehicle was delivered. WOW what a awesome job on customer service. Called me to advise me vehicle had arrived. Next day the head mechanic/Owner (I think)Called me provided me with a link that showed all pictures and video of the issues. Went step by step as to what went wrong and what caused what. The education and time to explain to me all the issues certainly was pleaseing especially when I did my research ahead of time and what I found was right in line with what was being explained. Best part was he gave me his real opinion on what he would do in this situation. Folks as you can proably figure out there was allot of damage done when th ethe turbo blew. I am staying at 5 stars thus far!!Will update soon.7/10/2023 I received my vehical back exactly when they said it would be done. Literrly saved all the old parts to show me what was wrong and now it is better than it was when I got it back. I was so impressed with thier service technicians/mechanics that I brought my Wifes Mercededs.On a scale of 1-10 I would give them an 11 only becasue they went well beyound my expectations. Please know I did not know these people at all when this process started and I feel like I finally found a mechanic that can work on my forgeign vehicles and be trusted.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

August 18, 2022For over a month I had car trouble. I took my car to two shops, both had certified mechanics with state-of-the-art equipment, but neither was able to diagnose the problem. Fortunately, a friend suggested I call Mountain European Auto Repair which I did, and after having a discussion with Jesse, I knew I had come to the right place. After diagnosing the car, Jesse called and explained in detail what needed to be done, and if necessary he would be happy to discuss the repairs with anyone of my choosing. Now,for someone who knows absolutely nothing about car engines, those were nice words to hear. Finding this shop and these talented technicians is truly a blessing. Jesse and Dimitri are absolute gems!The rare trusted mechanics who will tell it to you straight and make sure everything gets done to your vehicle for safety and performance concerns. I drove all the way from Florida (where they used to be located) when I bought a used Land Rover because I know I can trust them. Well worth it.The new shop is as immaculate as ever. They care for their customers with the same attention to detail.Highly recommend!

Jesse and Dimitri are awesome, super knowledgeable and professional. Communication was better then the dealership in Buford . They sent pics of my cars issue and I was able to see the problem before they touched it. The shop is cleaner than the waiting areas at some places I have been. I have absolutely no regrets in using or recommending them.

My sons car (a VW Diesel TDI) was having coolant issues with the coolant light coming on just about every time he drove it, we took it to the VW dealership in Chattanooga for repair. After 7 trips and several thousand dollars of "well it has to be this" and after changing the parts, we were told "the car is great, the light never came on". Each time, 10 minutes down the road, the light came back on. We took it to Jesse, and I kid you not, within 20 minutes of driving the car, figured out what VW could not. The radiator was plugged and not allowing the coolant to flow to the rest of the engine. (Could VW not figure this out?) This could have been a major problem if the car overheated to the point where the head gasket would have blown. While inspecting the car, Jesse found several other issues, like a leaking gas line and a bad water pump (something else the dealership should have noticed).We can't say enough about Jesse and Dimitry, the quality of work and the attentiveness to the problem and details of the car.We will be using them for our repairs maintenance for our sons car from now on. Great shop!

These guys are truly the very best. I cannot imagine anyone else servicing my Porsche Cayman S or BMW 335i N55. Jesse and Dimitry are knowledgeable, communicate thoroughly, and complete the work meticulously. What a privilege to have such superb automotive technicians and mechanics in our area. I highly recommend this business.

I was on vacation in the area and an ignition coil went bad on my Porsche Boxster, not the best place to need service. Luckily we found Jesse and Mountain European Auto! It was very reassuring to know someone with such qualification was going to be working on my car and not just anyone. They really get what it means to work on European cars. Being from out of town Jesse was very accommodating and helpful getting my car fixed and back running as good as new, at a very fair price. Highly recommend! Actually wish I lived closer, because they would be my new preferred shop.

Wonderful experience. They looked at my mini when I brought it in since it was making a horrible grinding noise. Quick fix with NO CHARGE even though I tried to pay. Great customer service and will definitely be bringing my Mini Cooper back in for all future servicing! Thank you so much!!! *I cant recommend this business at all!*Before I dropped off my car for service I called the day before to make sure that they had time to work on my car. My appointment was on a Tuesday and I let them know that I would be happy to drop the car off later in the week if they were busy, no problem. The Tuesday morning that the car was dropped off my wife (a local business owner) came with me to take me back home after we dropped the car off. We waited a half an hour before someone finally showed up. They were "busy running errands". I had no problem waiting unnecessarily but this cut into my wifes time too. I called them a few days later to see how progress was going and they didn't even start working on it. They did a quick evaluation but no work.Two weeks later, I messaged them and told them that if they hadn't worked on the car yet to do nothing and I was coming to pick it back up.Needless to say, they had done absolutely nothing to work on my car and they made a bunch of excuses instead.I can not recommend this business at all!

2011 BMW 335xi 6-speed N55 w/ several full bolt on modifications and stage 2 tune.Jesse and Dimitry are the best! I ve been to several independent Euro shops and I ve never been to a shop that is better than this place. They are top notch! They treat you with respect, are professional, educate you and leave you knowing that your vehicle will be fixed to factory standard or above. They give you the comfort of knowing that you can trust them and trust is priceless with repairs shops and dealerships. These guys walk you through every repair and explain options/ give you proper education on maintenance. I had a no start issue with my 335xi, Dimitry spent countless hour chasing down the route of its problems one after the other. During the process of that chase, every step was explained. I had a collateral damage effect on components due to the obvious improper replacement of parts from the prior owner of my BMW whether it was the owner or the shop. Dimitry showed me everything wrong, wear on bearings that were not replaced like they should ve been. Dimitry is the best!My repairs were:- DME replacement- Valvetronic motor replacement- Eccentric Shaft with bearings- Intake manifold GasketWhile fixing my no start issue they went over the whole car:- Battery replacement(had original battery!)- Brake flush (needed!)- Oil change- Checked codes and inspected everything- Informed me of wheel salt corrosion from it being a Virginia car.You will love how informative their invoices are too! All digital, with text and email so you can view anytime. Added PDFs for scanned codes, parts pictures and shop notes explaining damages. You won t leave without answers.If it weren t for them, my BMW would probably be an unusable paper weight in my driveway, or me paying double the cost for my repairs by taking it to the dealership. I m very comforted having a dependable shop like that close to home. When I called for an appointment, I was told that nothing was available for about a month! Well, two days later my car was undrivable. I had my car towed, and they jumped right in. They had the car ready two days later, much earlier than we had previously discussed! Thanks for getting me back on the road!

Thank you both for a great experience. It's always a little nerve wracking trying out a new-to-the-area mechanic shop, but you guys made it feel like we've been working together for many years! I appreciate the feedback on what we needed to do for our daughter's Mercedes - Benz now, and what we should consider doing later.
