5 stars for the fastest service and same day turn around.I called over a dozen places looking for a specific set of tires for my truck, and nobody had them. Everyone could get them in 2-4 days. But High Country got them the same day, just a few hours later. I showed up and they got me right in immediately, and I was out the door less than 45 minutes later. Couldn t imagine a better experience.10/10 recommend!

This place is amazing!!! If you need tires, this is the place to go. Most reasonable priced and friendliest staff. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

So happy I switched to High Country for my tires. I purchased new tires over the summer and just had to have one repaired because I had gotten a screw in one. Because I had purchased my tires there, they quickly repaired at no cost. Their service is top notch and the front desk staff are friendly and very helpful.

Very disappointed in the integrity of this company. I know I took a risk buying a set of used tires. But I was sold on the basis of 50% tread. I got my truck home and inspected it. One tire was 50% and the other three tires were at best 20% tread and they were all the same brand but I was also sold on the basis of they were a matching set. What I was sold on were Cooper adventurer a/t 285/75r16 with 50% tread. What I got was three cooper discoverer at3's at 20% tread and one cooper adventurer at 50% tread.

There was a long wait to get service for my tires, but it was worth it. The staff was very professional and repeatedly apologized for the wait time. There is a clean and comfortable waiting room for about and a few benches outside too. They offer oil changes (by appointment). They are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.

If I could give no stars I would! Yes we took a risk of buying used tires but when all 4 tires have multiple knots that pop up on the , YES ALL 4 TIRES. They refused to do anything about it about because it was passed the 30 days and then claimed it was from going down bumpy roads, I live on a paved road. I spent over $250 for them to last 2 months which was a waste on money and time.To your response:: You replace the front passenger side tire because there were knot showing. I have already had to buy a new one from Walmart because there were multiple knots on the back passenger tire and now there is more knots that have popped up on the drivers side front and back. With less then 300 miles on the tires there were already wires showing. I would be happy to post and send you pictures.

These guys are awesome!! Had 4 new tires mounted balanced in under an hour. Friendly, fast, efficient, knowledgeable, they even made sure without my asking to keep my set of custom valvestem covers intact and together these are great folks! I appreciate the great service very much!

Was a few minutes late for an appointment, woman at the counter talked to me like I had just shut down the whole operation. Then she told someone on the phone that they weren't that busy. I just moved to the area a few months ago and was looking for a good place for oil changes and tire rotations. I am still looking. As they say, first impressions are everything.Update: checked my oil a day later. It was overfilled by a quart.

The lady in the office was very rude. I was told that if I could get there by 3 they could do my tires. Got there at 1:30 and they told me they could sell me the tires but couldn t put them on. I had to drive an hour away ( across the mountain) with a bad tire to get tires put on. Will not recommend

Allen and his team are great. They worked me in to patch a tire today 10/29/21 right near closing time. I was in and out in a few minute. They are professional and very nice. Thank you high country for your professional and friendly behavior.

LOVE LOVE LOVE High Country Tire!! I was set to head out on a trip and noticed I had a small leak in a tire. My husband found the culprit...a nail. He rushed it down to High Country, and they fixed it in record time!! and on a Monday morning, no less! I can still go on my trip!! Thank you all so much!!

High Country saved the day when I had a damaged run flat and decided to get all four tires replaced. I didn't want to get run flats again and went ahead and got the one set they had in stock for my car. They did the installation same day and I think I waited 45 minutes total, the shortest wait time ever for me getting new tires. The tires they installed are phenomenal, even though I had low expectations due to the price range. Everyone I spoke with there, on the phone and at the shop were very friendly. They have definitely earned my business long term!

They will definitely get you in and out pretty quick. They ve always treated my family and i with kindness. One of the best tire shops in the county to be honest. Friendly staff and getting new tires only takes a few minutes
