These guys did an excellent job on repairing my Honda and great customer service. They called me twice a week to let me know how things were going and the whole process only took a week and a half. This is a First Rate business.

After the shock of something falling from somewhere and hitting my car, Car Crafters sure did ease the pain. They were highly recommended by my insurance and I certainly see why. Fortunately, they were able to get started on my car very quickly. They updated me regularly as to the progress and it was ready when promised. Best of all, the repairs were done to perfection! The car looks brand new!

I picked Car Crafters in Blairsville, GA to do my repair work on my 2022 RAM 2500. I couldn't be happier with the end result. They stayed in touch with me twice per week to give updates. (Very appreciated I must say). The end result was fantastic! My truck looks just like new again. Thanks to everyone involved on my repair. Great Job!!!

I had a specific deadline due to heading back home in Florida. My rear bumper needed to be replaced. I was told that that there would be no problem and that the bumper would be ordered right away. I had taken the bumper off and left it with them so I could use of my truck. I called 5 days ahead of the due date and was told by the receptionist that the bumper had just been ordered (Thursday and the work was to be finished on Monday). She felt that might not be able to happen. Later I was called and told that it might not be done in the time they guaranteed. On Monday I was called and told that the bumper just came in but they were still waiting on a small part. The truck would be ready on Tuesday causing me to delay my trip and do a couple of reschedules.i got a call just before 5pm on Tuesday and then picked up the truck. No accommodation was made considering the circumstances. If it were my business, I would ve tried to make the customer happy.

The text updates was awesome. If I were to get a single scratch on any of my vehicles I am bringing it to Carstar. If anyone needs a great body shop I will proudly give them Carstar's number. I now have a auto body shop. Thanks .

I had the misfortune of damaging the multi-function tailgate on my GMC truck. My insurance company recommended Car Crafters and I am glad they did. They got my truck in as promised and if it had not been for an issue with the GM parts supplier, would have been completed in just over a week.The repairs look to be a perfect match and they went above and beyond and removed some paint transfer that was not included in the original claim.I highly recommend Car Crafters in Blairsville.

I hit a suicidal coyote . He got his wish that day. Car crafters had me back on the road in about 2 weeks, they kept me informed and work quickly. I would use them again though I hope I don t have to unless it s at the fault of another.

Probably the most professional Auto Repair shop I have dealt with. Communication was incredible. Knowledgeble and honest. Actually had my vehicle done a day earlier then promised.Everything looked brand new.I would 100% use them again.

Exceptional job repairing our Lexus RX350 after a HWY 515 deer encounter. Responsive, speedy, worked with both our insurance company and the rental car folks. Kept us updated through the process. Car hasn t looked this good since new! Couldn t ask for more. Recommend without hesitation!

The team had my car fixed in 2 days after getting the parts. I needed a new radiator, new AC compressor, new bumper and maybe a few other things fixed. They even washed and vacuumed my car. When we went to pick up our repaired Tacoma, my husband said You know it s not going to be perfect . When we got to the shop & saw the repaired truck, we could not find any flaws. It looks as though nothing ever happened. DMI matched the red pair exactly.

What a rude reception. Had an appointment and basically got strong armed in the conversation. Now I'm really wondering if it's worth it to pay for rental to have these guys do repairs on my vehicle cause if the customer service is anything like the repairs then it most certainly will be a waste of money.
