Thank you to all who helped.Filling up my tank, I noticed I had a piece of metal in my tire. It was five o'clock. Everything closes at five o'clock. I called these guys, and they agreed to stay after to fix my tire. The importance of this was me heading back home and had 714 miles to go. Is great job guys and thank you so much for helping me out. I know where to go when I have trouble with my vehicles. Thank you again.

Just want to say what a great experience I had. I had car trouble, car battier issues, and I was told we need a new battery. But they checked everything out and said, everything looks good, and we didn t need anything done to the vehicle (2021 Lexus). Thank You for checking everything out and being professional! Awesome place to have your car, truck or vehicle checked out.

STAY AWAY3/20/24 Quoted $450.00 to replace a purge valve on 2013 Escape today. Charged me more than $50.00 to diagnose that. Bought the part for $100.00, and Fuller's will install for about $100.00. People did warn me things have changed there.

I'm so thankful for the crew at Arne's Auto Service. I had a family emergency that required me to travel out of state. As soon as I went to head on the road late the night before, car trouble happened. They were able to get me in that next morning and fixed my car. I was able to get to my father. Thank you for helping me in my time of need.

We are from out of town and started having brake issues. Pulled into Arne s to see if they could look at it. They had us up and running again within a couple of hours! Great customer service! Would definitely recommend them!

My daughters vehicle broke down. She was scheduled to be in Atlanta this evening. Lana answered my call and gave me the best customer service I could ve expected. She made what could have been a real problem for us seem like it never even happened. James called me with a fair price for repair and got the job done! She is on the the way to Atlanta and all is fine. Overall very professional and we are completely satisfied.

Prompt, communicative, fixed both issues within 2 days (1 car needed new ball joints and tie rod + alignment and one needed new brake pads/roters.). Based on market research prices were mid point for services, fair enough. I really appreciated the quick communication and convenience of the night drop. Thanks Arnes!

Do not use this auto service business! My experience was less than 1 star to say the least! I took my own oil and filter and was still charged $87 for an oil change. The oil and filter were both placed in the front seat of the car, and were left untouched. When I spoke to them about this, the helpful lady at the service desk said she would refund me for the oil since it was their fault. She later called back and stated that the manager refused a refund. This was his mechanic s error! Very poor customer service! I will not be back!

I remember back in the day when they were the best place around the people were amazing the new owners took over they charge you a ridiculous amount when they do not keep their promises whatsoever they act like there helping,they're charging you for stuff that did not need to be done. Took the old parts to a different mechanic and he said my parts were still good they're not obligating their promises to me this it's sad. How many people are being taken advantage of the sad what the economy is all about now

My wife took her car to Arne's for the first time as we moved to Blairsville only a couple of weeks ago. She only needed a brake light bulb replaced but the experience was first rate. Specifically, Angel and Mike were quite helpful and made her feel very comfortable. This will be our go-to place for future auto service needs.

These are new owners. It s definitely not the same Arnes we ve trusted and depended on these past years. Paid $107.56 for oil change and filter!! Never again!

Would highly recommend not going here under new owner ship and will try to take advantage of you. Told me i needed new inner and outer tie rods and alignment that mine were seized $900 quoted. Brought it to another shop they told me there is nothing wrong with my tie rods.

I have taken my cars to Arne s for years. I trust them and know they will be honest about the needed repairs. They always do a great job whether it s changing the oil or major repairs. Excellent service- efficient and professional.

Honest fair and EXCELLENT quality. Have used them more than once, spot on diagnostic of car "issues" and they get to car in good time. No waiting "weeks" for repairs. Girls at front desk took time to LISTEN to what I described was happening and wrote down excellent notes on service order. Pricing for repairs very reasonable. They have someone call you BEFORE doing work to explain what they found and what is intailed in repairs and cost before doing work. Great place to bring your auto with issues

I have lived in a number of different towns and states in my life and have therefore used a number of different auto service and maintenance shops to maintain my vehicles. Arne's Auto Service is by far the best auto service and maintenance shop that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are thorough, very reasonable in price and provide the best customer service anywhere. Your vehicle(s) will be well taken care of at Arne's and you won't be disappointed!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance

First time experience after recommendation from a co-worker. Great brake repair work and even offered suggestion on work that could be performed at a later date with estimated remaining mileage. Honest and awesome service!!!! No gimmicks!!!

I had my GMC Sierra repaired there with issues in the front end. They were able to diagnose and repair at a reasonable price. They also repaired my Honda Civics transmission issue for a lot less than I expected it to be. Purchased 4 new Firestones from Mike F. at Arnies. Service and scheduling was exceptional. Great value and especially so when I considered the extras that came with the package. Definitely recommend them and ask for Mike F.

Excellent service! I had my transmission rebuilt. After 8 months had a slight problem but brought it back to Arnie s and they fixed it right up at no charge!

Family owned business from way back. The dad retired and the two brothers (Eric and Leif) took over. These guys are as honest and fair as the day is long. Their rates are super reasonable and you can be assured that the job is done correctly. I wouldn't let anyone else work on my vehicles.** Update 12/12/2022 **The buisness has been sold to a tire discounter conglomerate. The Mom and Pop feel is gone. Prices have gone up. Will have to wait and see about quality of service.

Hats off to Mike and the crew at Arne s. Brake problem left car in Home Depot parking lot for the weekend. Got a ride from Arne s Monday, got the car there for repairs. Was done that afternoon and the price was one I could live with.

So kind and helpful. I'm from out of town and had to stop by Arne's due to a scrapping sound under my jeep. The lady at the front desk squeezed me in right before their lunch break to help me. Luckily it was a minor issue they quickly resolved. Everyone I interacted with was nice and I'm very thankful for their help. Definitely recommend.

I ve gone to Arnie s since 2016 and they ve been such a great service for our community. Over the years they ve proven to be timely, consistent and affordable. What I enjoy most is that they care, and communicate issues well. Arnies will give you insight on what needs to be done with your vehicle right now, and things that could potentially need work on in the future.
