While visiting from out of state, I realized I had a nail in my tire. Ryan immediately worked me in, checked and repaired my tire, and got me on my way all while being so pleasant! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and attended to my needs in such a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about this company. My sister who lives here locally says it is her one stop shop for any kind of automotive needs. Thank you Ballground Tire and Auto for being so wonderful and once again thank you Ryan for taking my call and handling my problem with grace, efficiency, and professionalism! God bless you all!

Having never used this vendor before, I was hesitant. But they were close to my work so I gave them a shot. They didn t let me down. They completed a job on my Ram pickup in good time and under budget. Communication was easy and progress was fluid. I will definitely be back and highly recommended you give them a call.

My sister recommended ball ground tire and auto. I went in and asked if I could schedule an oil change. They scheduled me that day, I was in and out in 45 minutes, and the price was $20 less than I had been paying elsewhere. Icing on the cake is that they didn t try to upsell me. It s my new regular spot.

Recent first time visit for rear brake job and overall very satisfied. Really like their text update system. Thought I needed rear differential fluid changed per mileage marker but they told me still good instead of just changing it for a buck. Will come again and will recommend others.

They did superior work and are an amazing team. I was traveling through the area on my way home to another state when my valve stem broke. I called ahead and spoke to Ryan to see if there was someone who could help me change the damaged truck tire to my spare at the shop instead of trying to do this on the side of a road with an incoming bad thunderstorm. They were over booked that day but offered to fit me in if I could make it to the shop. I thought I would be waiting hours until closing time since it was Friday at that. Instead, they were so kind and offered to fix the valve stem and had it fixed really fast. I wish this shop was local because they would be our family's go-to for all of our tire needs because of their good work and they are really great people. Their whole team was amazing - from Ryan at the front desk, to the supervisor that was so helpful, and the crew that helped look at the tire and fix it. Thank you so much to the Ball Ground Tire shop!

If I could give this place a zero, I would. I went in to have my brakes done. Supposedly I got all new rotors, new brake fluid, and pads. The first time I left this place I noticed my car was making screeching noises. I was told to continue driving it past 1,000 miles since this noise was normal. After driving it for a month it continued to screech. I took it in and they said I had a rock stuck in the rotor. Long story short- it still made the noise. The third time I took it back the man in the shop drove with me and told me I was hearing things, and that the vehicle did not make any noise. 5 months later, 2 vehicle inspections from 2 different places, with the same diagnosis The only thing Ball Ground Tire and Auto did was do a terrible brake job. They did not change the brake fluid which I was also charged for. I will never go here again. Buyer beware. They may have the Ten Commandments posted in their office, but they do not follow them.

I'm very happy with the service and the excellent customer service I received at Ball Ground Tire and Auto. I had a really bad experience at a different shop. I left there and went straight to Ball Ground Tire and Auto. They treated me with respect and agreed to try to fix my issue with my 85 GMC. I called the next day and asked them to also change the oil. They had it all done that day and I was pleased with the service and the amount I was charged. I will now use them for my car also. Thank you so much.

We received amazing service from this company. We were on our way to an apple orchard and received a flat tire. The customer service that we received here has been outstanding with the crew going over and beyond customary service. If you live in the area and need tires and work done please give this shop a try. You will not be disappointed!

I recently took my car into Ball Ground Tire & Auto thinking I needed new brakes. These folks inspected my brakes including a road test and told me my brakes were in good shape. These guys could have installed new brakes and I would have been happy and never questioned them. However, they were truthful, honest, and have integrity. I recommend them.

Wow, these fellows are professional, courteous, and on time! Got my oil changed with no hassles, and the bill was cheaper than one of those 10 min oil change places. They will also do a complete inspection letting you know the depth of your tread, the width of your brake pads as well as any other issues. Just as a courtesy, no hassle, no upsell, just as a courtesy. Thanks guys, much appreciated.

Great Ball Ground small town vibe, with big smiles and wonderful service from Jordyn! She just started, but was very helpful! Probably due for a raise already!! Upgraded to full synthetic on our Nissan s was seamless. Very clean lounge, with coffee, snacks, and comfy chairs. I am going to bet this is a great place if you own a truck...and I do not. They were unable to patch a tire on 2 different occasions ( which, in fairness, no one else could have either. One in a sidewall, one was a BOLT! totally not their fault) but sure is frustrating it not be able to get a tire fir my car on the fly without going to canton or jasper. Just saying. Every bussiness has their niche. Smaller tires are not their market. Everyone was still super nice! Thank you

After bad experiences from the dealership, I was recommended to visit BG Tire&Auto. In the past, checked my brakes for free and took pictures. Yesterday, I had an awful noise in my car. They accepted the walk-in, and allowed me to leave my car. They found it was debris and not a serious issue. They cleaned it up at no charge! Amazing customer service and I feel like I can trust them. I m grateful for their services.

Excellent service and on -time too! Very easy to book an appt and fair price. The owner texts or calls to follow up on any questions. The technicians inspect the car for any additional issues so you can avoid unexpected problems! Quiet and spacious waiting area.
