I got my truck bed lined with them, and they had a very fast turnaround time. I dropped the truck off the night before, and they had it done and ready to pick up by 11am the next day. Quality of their Patriot spray-in liner is fantastic, especially for the price. Everyone behind the counter was super nice, and I never had to wait for someone to help me when I was in the building.

Painted fender flairs and rain guards. A little pricy but I am 100% satisfied with the work that the folks at Dealer Options performed. Sales team was very helpful, didn't pressure me, helped me to find exactly what I was look for. Would definitely recommend...

Made an appointment to have my custom jeep wranglers leather seats installed atleast 4 times at other locations, all of said locations let me down and kept rescheduling. Dealer Options booked an appointment for me and had my Jeep in and Out !!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys for all your needs !!

Josh at DealerOptions was recommended to me by Sean at Lexus for getting a hitch installed on our Lexus RX 350. Josh promptly answered any questions I had and made the pricing very clear on the project quote (cost of part + cost of labor) - very easy to work with! Additionally, there were some logistics that I had to deal with on my end and Holly at the front desk was very kind and helpful in getting those logistics figured out. I would definitely go to DealerOptions again in the future, they did a great job and were pleasant to work with!

In a big town you can't find small Mom and pop shops but I'm here to tell you dealer options is your family hometown car accessories place. Ordered a toolbox had it in less than a day and super quick and professional install. They have earned my business for years to come

Fantastic experience with Dealer Options in Martinez, GA - we had a bed liner installed today and it couldn't have gone better. No waiting in the morning, handed the friendly crew our keys and left. We expected the install would take most of the day but we were called less than 3 hours after drop off and were told the truck was ready. Again, walked right in, paid and were on our way. Wonderful customer service! I'll let the pictures do the talking for the liner it looks great every edge is straight and clean. Would HIGHLY recommend this team if you're looking to upgrade your vehicle.

I love dealer options, wouldn t go anywhere else to my truck outfitted in the CSRA. I just pulled up ready to spend money on my truck on upgrades to improve safety and they straight up could have just said yep we will put anything on your vehicle that you want but instead they were like you don t need that upgrade unless you just want to spend money. I really didn t have the money to spend, I took their recommendation and left my truck as is. Thank you all so much.

I want to thank Josh,Connor and the ones who installed the Cognito lift kit on my 2024 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate 2500hd. I couldn t be more happier with the way it turned out. I would highly recommend using dealer options for all your Truck accessories! Thank you all again!

I can t recommend Dealer Options enough. They re extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They lifted my Tahoe and added tires and rims. It looks great! Very happen with the Sergio received!

Great Bullet spray-in bed liner application. Discussed my options for the fasteners and hooks with Ernie when I dropped off my truck and everything turned out great and exactly how I wanted. Haven't found any overspray or issues since picking it up. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service. I recently purchased and older truck as a spare vehicle. The speakers were bad, and the radio did not have Bluetooth. I called over to dealer options and told them what I needed. We set an appointment for the install, and I left it with them.I picked it up today and am beyond satisfied with the components that they chose to install. The quality of the install is absolutely first rate. Their attention to detail is perfect.These folks are the best.Thanks a MillionRobbie

Got Katzkins Leather installed in my F150. Victoria and Weslie were very helpful. They worked fast and got my truck back to me ahead of schedule. I would recommend them to anyone interested in having work done on their vehicle.

April 2019 I spent approximately $1400 total to have them replace all my interior speakers and add a sub in my trunk spare tire well, as pictured. All JBL branded merchandise. I ve had to bring my car back on several occasions in the beginning because my sub would stop working & it would sometimes only turn on if i turned the volume up. After about 4 visits, it worked with no issues for about 6-9 months but it stopped working again. They charged me $85 and it was supposedly fixed yet again. Well a month has passed and it s intermittently working and i feel like I ve wasted my money and time thinking the professionals could do the job correctly. I m deeply disappointed and will now have someone who knows what they re doing to remedy the issue.

Working with Dealer Options was the best experience. We had them install headrest DVD players and it looks like it came from the factory. They were fast and friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. You can t tell that the technicians were even in our car. They left no mess. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. 5 stars in my book. Thanks Brad for the help!

Brad at Dealer Options has the best customer service around the CSRA! We wanted a dash cam and he researched, purchased, installed/wired and taught us all aspects of the cam. He has outstanding professionalism, responds immediately and alway makes his customer s feel that they are top priority. If you want to upgrade anything with your vehicle go to this business. We LOVE buying local, LOVE the dash cam and they are the BEST around!!

I live in Alabama currently but lived in Augusta for 15 years. My daughter currently lives in Augusta and was having a problem with her car stereo. Years ago, I had the privilege of meeting Ernie the owner of Dealer Options, so my only phone call was to them. The stereo is an aftermarket Kenwood unit, that was in the car when we bought in about two years ago. I called and spoke to Josh about a replacement, and it was going to cost almost $800. When my daughter arrived for the installation after noticing that it was a very expensive unit and only 3 years old they decided to update it to see if that would fix the issue, and it worked! Josh called me back and told me what they did and there would NOT be a charge! I did not feel right with this so he and I worked out a charge for their work. In today's crazy and uncertain times I am sure that someone else would have taken advantage of this situation. This is exactly the reason I called Dealer Options! If you want to deal with honest professionals like Ernie and Josh call them! I am a customer for life!

Made an appointment with them online. They got me in fairly quick. Staff are wonderfull and friendly.. also quick to ask if you need help with something. My product came in ever so slightly damaged where you couldn't even really tell.. They were upfront with this and told me they would order me a new bumper and i could come back the next week to swap out the damaged one for another new one. Everything went smoothly & they even replaced my fog light bulb for free without me even asking. Exceptional service. I will come again if I ever need anything installed on my truck. Highly recommend.

A great place to go for everything you want for your truck. Customer service is super friendly and helpful. Brad is my go to man. He is simply the best. He has helped me every time I go there, even meeting me at the door. I have had an issue with a tonneau cover for my truck, reordering one for me and when I still had problems with that particular brand he resolved the issue by ordering a different brand for me and having it installed.

I had Ernie and his team at Dealer Options change out my speakers and add tower speakers ,subs and amps in my boat . They did a great job!!!! The clarity of the music when the boat is running at full speed is simply unreal it s like your at a live concert . You will NOT find any one to do a better job !!!!!!!!As James Brown said Get UP OFF THAT THING and go see them at dealer option .

Got an alarm system installed in my Jeep. The workers were very nice and helpful every time I stopped in at the shop. They were able to get me an appointment for the day after I stopped in to talk about alarm systems. Turnaround time with installation was super quick(1 day without leaving it overnight), they finished AFTER they closed for the day and stuck around to wait for me to pick up my vehicle. I was able to bring the vehicle back in when I had time to get a run down of the system I had installed with the person who installed it. I don t see customer service like that ever and it was refreshing to see it here!

Friendly staff and very helpful. Brad is very awesome!( This is from my January trip ) He is the reason I continue to do business with my truck! Then I returned on Feb 24th, 2022 and again, customer service from everyone up front is above and beyond!

Great experience with this company ! I had a bumper replacement, side steps , and air suspension installed at a fair price and in a timely manner . Josh was very helpful getting me set up and answering my questions, he also showed me how to get a rebate to help out with the cost . The guys even fixed an issue with wiring that they noticed from another shop s poor installation. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be going back to them for more work .
