We were half way to our destination and realized our tires were shot. Nick helped us out with 2 new tires, alignment and and A/C charge. Great service. Fair prices and done quickly. I wish we lived closer, we would take all of our old cars here.

My Honda was making a humming noise. Without an appointment, I took it to Boyscout Road Tire and Auto. Within 15 minutes they determined that it was a wheel bearing and had it fixed within 2 hours.

They changed my tire while I was running late for work. Unfortunately I couldn't afford a new one so they put my spare on at no cost. This meant so much to me bc I'm going through a lot of financial difficulties. Thanks guys. Very nice & respectful.

They were able to get my alignment done on short notice, even with my vehicle having body damage that caused another shop to turn me away. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they did a great job. Pricing was very fair too. Thank you!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

A GREAT experience each time I go; wonderful staff, fast and great service! I took my car here to get an oil leak fixed. Not only were they reasonably priced, but everyone in the shop was super friendly and helpful! Definitely bringing all of my cars here for everything!

We were on our way from North Carolina to take our kid to college in Alabama when we realized we needed to get 2 new tires immediately. We googled to figure out where we should go and found this place. All reviews looked good and it had higher stars than the big box names. We decided to give them a chance and we are so glad we did. They guys there were so helpful and nice. They immediately took us in and got new tires on and balanced within an hour. Prices were fair and reasonable. We could not have asked for better service. They were all just so nice!They even let us sit inside with our puppy while we waited. Thanks Boy Scout Road Tire & Auto for getting us back on the road to get our kid to college!!

I don't get out much. I'm a paralyzed Disabled Veteran. But I do enjoy driving myself. I have a old handicapped accessible van with an electric problem. After sitting over a weekend come Monday it's dead. I've looked everywhere for the problem. They did too. But they did could up with a solution that worksWayne A Caddell Jr

Took my Van here to fix my air conditioner and found out my motor mounts were broke too! They did awesome with saving me money on only fixing the ones that needed to be replaced. They actually listen to you and remember you. They actually got all the work done a day earlier!! I will definitely go back for anything else I need done!!

The guys here are awesome. They get you in and out quickly even though they are very busy. They don t pressure you into other repairs that you need like these other franchise auto shops. Nick is great and super friendly. He always has a smile on his face. This is my new go to auto shop and it s right around the corner from home. The staff at Boy Scout Road Tire and Automotive were able to get me checked in and out quickly. They replaced my vehicle's cabin blower fan during the cold season in less than a day while I was on the road, away from home.Big thanks again to Nick and the crew.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would.Stuck 1000 miles away from home, on my way home. My F250 tried to end my life. Had a suspension component fail at 70mph at 2:30am. Had no idea where to go. Started looking on Google Maps for a nearby shop. Found Boy Scout Tire & Automotive.Showed up about 2 hours early.I can't even begin to tell you how relieved and satisfied I am to have found them. In light of the day I was having, it was nice to be able to know I was being taken care of by professionals. This is a real shop; being an ex ASE Master I know one when I see one. After I told them my situation, they took my truck right in. They did everything thing they could to get me back on th road again. Nick, the manager himself, went to pick up the part I needed, only to find out my part was aftermarket. Regardless, they came up with a solution that worked by thinking outside the box. Everyone there was friendly, willing to talk and 100% professional. Even the owner pitched in to helpThanks a million guys!!!!!!!

When I first moved to Augusta, I was fortunate to find an honest, reliable place to get my cars serviced. Unfortunately, they had to shut down. I was very thankful then to find BSRT&A! Nick and Nolton and their crew have served my family's car needs well. They don't try to get you to do repairs you don't need, and they have saved me money on several car repairs and tire issues. Plus, they are always courteous, friendly, and helpful. The services was excellent. They mechanics were knowledgeable and polite and it was all done in a timely manner. I had my tires rotated, oil change and new trunk springs replaced. I would highly recommend.

When I took my elderly car to Boy Scout Road Tire & Automotive to get the 'check engine' light checked, I was worried. The brake light was on, too...and with an older car, you never know. This was my first time there since it was Beattie's, and I didn't know quite what to expect. I could not have been treated any better. They were able to take my car at a moment's notice to figure out the problem, and gave me a very reasonable quote for the work. When I picked my car up...I was charged $50 less than the quote! The gentleman told me that one of the parts didn't require replacing, that one part of the valve had worn out so they were able to fix it instead of replace it. I was SO HAPPY!!! Courteous, honest people, a great price, and fast service...FOR SURE, I will be going back with complete confidence! Give them a try, you won't be sorry!

My air conditioner stopped cooling about 2 weeks ago, just before I was about to go out of town. Having lived in the area for only a couple of months, I relied heavily on the internet, and reviews, to find a place to take my car. Boy Scout Road Tire and Automotive had great reviews, and did not disappoint. They were able to get me in within 2 hours of my call, and had me on the road again in about an hour. Thanks guys!

I have been looking for a quality auto shop since I started working on this side of town, and it looks like I found it with Boy Scout Tire and Auto. They had one of their techs give me a quick ride to work after I dropped my car off, and had the problem diagnosed in a couple hours. Nick and Nolton were both very helpful when I called to check on the status of my car, and the tech had my vehicle ready by the end of the next day! They have earned my repeat business for sure!

I took my Honda Ridgeline truck in for service and I was able to wait on my vehicle (I had made an appointment) the Technicians were friendly and answered all my questions. My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I was on my way. The charge was less than dealer price and they were a neighborhood business that made it possible for me to get work done without traveling on congested streets to a dealer.

Nick and the guys at BoyScout Tire are incredible. Very accommodating and easy to work with during the repair or service if your vehicle. With oil changes and routine service, they have come and picked up our car (about 2 miles away) and returned it after the service is completed. Prices are competitive as well. Stop going to the dealership and use Boy Scout.

These guys are open and honest about what is and is not needed for tire replacement and repairs. I had a nail puncture along my right rear tire's side wall and they recommended a replacement due to possibility of tread coming loose or having a blow out of the side wall. Instead of pressuring me into other purchases like many shops have in the past, they replaced the damaged tire and even commented that my other tires were in excellent condition overall and didn't need any type of work or replacement. Will definitely do business again.

These guys are great! I bring my Jeep here all the time, and they don't invent problems that don't exist or overcharge. They'll answer your questions patiently, and will treat you like they want your long-term business, rather than a quick buck.

It s not particularly close to my house but I only go elsewhere unless I am short on time and they are filled up for the week. I never feel like I am being sold something I don t need or get overcharged.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are SUPERB. They provide high quality service, prices are fair, and THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. As a long time customer, I would not even consider taking my car elsewhere for service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
