Stopped in on a Saturday late afternoon after recently getting a flat tire from a nail. After coming in and inspecting the tire, we decided that a new tire would be best. Although they could have easily plugged it, I am grateful they considered my safety and recommended a better solution. Matt & Erin provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. They were able to accommodate me quickly and get me back up and running in no time!

Went to get my day started and discovered that I had a FAT nail in my tire and it was losing air quickly. I called Mavis & spoke with Lance who encouraged me to drive straight there to get it taken care of. I was quoted a great price and time (45 min turnaround). I was pleasantly surprised when I was patched & on my way within 20 minutes! Erin at the front was an absolute sweetheart and helped to get me on my way as quick as possible. I absolutely recommend this specific location for all your car troubles (or routine maintenance).

Matt and the staff was awesome!I followed Matt from the Howell mill rd. location.He was very knowledgeable about all of my brake concerns. The location was clean and calm. They went above and beyond for me! Kudos to you guys over there ant the Mavis Sandy Springs location and thank you for everything:)

Matt, the store manager is literally the best! He was super patient, kind, and knowledgeable. I stopped in this location to replace a tire at the last minute. Not only did he save me money on my tires, but Matt was able to give me exceptional customer service while simultaneously problem-solving for another customer who had entered the establishment upset about a separate issue. Super friendly staff, clean store, I will definitely be a returning customer.

Good customer service. I went for tire replacement and it took almost 1 hour. There is a good selection of tires available in this store. It is better to visit by taking an online appointment. Restroom facility is available.

Erin, the Assistant MGR was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. She got my car in right away to do a diagnostics on my brakes. Matt, the General MGR made sure i was well taken care of, worked with my budget, and made sure to explain the process & why I needed what I needed replaced. Lance, the Service MGR was very informative and also helpful. CJ, the Mechanic did awesome work on making sure it ran like magic when I left the shop! The remaining staff was friendly and did GREAT work! The place was clean and will be coming back!!!

I was thoroughly impressed by the team's extensive expertise, swift service, and competitive pricing. Their profound knowledge made the entire experience seamless, and I found their efficiency commendable. However, I must admit that the repeated requests for a review were slightly intrusive. While I understand the importance of feedback, a single request would have sufficed, allowing me to fully appreciate the exceptional service provided.Edit: I dropped from a 5 star to a 3 star following some issues that one of the new tires was giving. It was more the response to the issue than the actual issue itself. I understand that things happen and are sometimes outside of human control. However how they respond is completely in their control and having to come back for the same issue (that was not there before) 3 times was not ideal.Then when they finally decided to switch out the tire it gave our car a new issue that now it shakes when going above 60mph.

Woke up with a flat tire after just getting a new tire 2 weeks ago. Made it to Mavis Sandy Springs and Erin was wonderful and helpful. They found the problem and fixed it quickly. Mavis is always my go to for tires.

Had 2 tires replaced back in August. Made an appointment online, went in and got my tires fixed. They apologized up front and let me know they were short mechanics and techs that day. Everything went smoothly. I was upsold on tire warranty- it is Atlanta after-all.Glad I went with that warranty considering I popped 2 tires coming off the new 400 N. Bound exit ramp at Abnerathy Blvd one morning.Got my car towed to this location and was fixed the same day.

Matt!!! What can I say?? I was having THE WORSE DAY and thought it couldn t get better! I came by to get a quote for a tire that had a huge nail in it and MATT saved the day!!!! Very nice and happy to help! He was my blessing for today!!! Thanks Matt! Yal come see him!!!!

I had some issues with the service of my car earlier in the week. Matt, the manager of this location promptly contacted me and made sure all concerns were addressed asap. After a long night , i left one shop and came to this location; although the manager Aurora explained the tire machine was temporarily down and she was working swiftly to get it fixed. I waited patiently and she reassured she d take care of the discrepancy asap and she definitely did! Thanks to the guys in the shop for staying late as well to make sure everything was concluded . I ll be back ! The customer service was amazing!

I went to Mavis Tires Store #676 at 6179 Roswell Road in Sandy Springs to have a nail removed and have the tire patched. My car was up on the lift for approximately 1.5 hours with the wheel off of the car. I was told that I was good to go by one of the guys that allegedly fixed it. The next morning the same tire was flat and I went somewhere else to have it looked it and found out that Mavis never removed the nail nor patched it. When I went back to the store nobody was able to tell me why they had my car back there for all of that time or why the didn't fix the problem, yet they charged me for doing absolutely NOTHING. When I showed one of thy guys at the cash register the picture of the nail in the tire he said, " We didn't repair it because it's too close to the sidewall". When I asked him how come nobody told me while I was in the visiting room, he didn't have an answer. I told a guy that works next door about my experience and he told me, "I don't trust those guys. They once damaged my car and didn't want to take responsibility for it". I got my refund and told everybody in the waiting room not to trust this store because they'll charge you for work they didn't do and to be careful. One of the employees told me I cannot say that in the store but I was simply putting others on notice so they don't get robbed like I did. Mavis Corporate told me they'd call me and I still haven't gotten a call. They had the nerve to offer me a coupon for my next visit. Next visit? LOL There will be NO other visits to this store as I don't trust them to do any work on my car ever again. I wonder how many other things they've charged people for and haven't even done the work. Be careful if you go to the Sandy Springs store as it's very, very dysfunctional there trust me.

I am writing to provide a review for "Big Twin" at the Mavis Tire location in Sandy Springs, GA. I had an issue with a sensor on my vehicle and the sales association asked me to pull around, so that someone course check my vehicle. There was no wait and Big Twin immediately diagnosed the issue and provided guidance for repairs. I was able to have my vehicle repaired and he took the time to explain the issue and how to avoid future malfunctions. I appreciate his patience as well as his vehicle knowledge. I will return to this location due to this exemplary service! Thank you, Big Twin. :-)

Y'all, I have to share this blessing! This was the third tire shop I visited, and it's the only one where my anxiety let me actually get out of the car.Long story short, my car got stolen, and upon its return, it was one problem after another. Erin at this tire shop helped me in such a major way. I wish nothing but blessings for this young lady. She s truly an angel in disguise. If you need your tire checked or fixed, seriously, go here! Empathy is hard to find nowadays. Even the mechanic Lance was super duper nice. I was so happy to see a black brotha with good vibes and understanding. He didn t belittle or look down on me, and I will forever be grateful! It makes me feel like everything's going to be okay.

Sandy Springs Mavis: this place is dangerous. We went to get four new tires on our SUV. Four new Pirellis were installed. Cost: $2400. Salesman was Lance. Upon picking up the vehicle all 4 tires were inflated to 50 psi. The vehicle has the recommended pressures inside the driver s door- fronts 42, rears 46.We went back the evening of install and bled air down to their recommended pressures ourselves. At this point all 4 tire pressure sensors go out. The next morning I call and speak to a manager. They are not concerned. They tell us the vehicle is safe to drive.The tires have been on the vehicle 6 days, yesterday one of the brand new Pirelli tires blows out while my son is driving on the highway. The road was smooth and straight. No construction. Clearly this endangered his life and the life of his passengers.We paid over $500 to have the vehicle towed from Alabama back to this shop. I ve been speaking with the manager Shawn and his sidekick Lance, today and they say we re busy, we ll call you when we can give you an update on what your vehicle needs. Zero phone calls received. We ultimately go there to talk to them and both men are aloof and very much uninterested in our issue.This place is dangerous. They try to sell you tires but what they re really selling is gross incompetence and potentially putting your loved one s life at risk. I tell Lance the tire pressure sensors need to be replaced, he replies no they don t, they re fine. If they re fine why aren t they working? . He goes on to try to tell me the tire likely has a nail in it. We pull the car forward and examine the tire. You ll be shocked to hear that there was no visible evidence of a nail or puncture of any kind.At no point has anyone from Mavis bothered to say we apologize for messing up and putting your kid s life at risk. Beyond that, they really have no clue what they are doing. Run, don t walk. It s not just that they re incompetent, it s that they don t stand behind their work and they do not care. They do not care about your vehicle, not about your safety and not about your life.Go anywhere for tires, but do not trust Mavis Sandy Springs.

Mavis Tire had already technically closed when I arrived (I got my dates mixed up) but there was one employee left named Matt and he stayed back and let me pick up my car!! Thanks so much! The customer support is fantastic! I m glad I live nearby because I will definitely be coming here for my car service needs!

Aurora and Tyler were phenomenal! Quick service, and Aurora was more concerned with me getting a safe tire than anything. She went above and beyond with Tyler to assist me after a very stressful day of unexpected expenses. I highly recommend bringing your vehicle here, because the staff clearly cares about people more than money. When you treat customers like that, they will bring you all their money!!!

My appointment was on time. My purchased service was done to exceptional standards. The employees at the front desk were extremely inviting and helpful. After my brake inspection was complete they showed me in person what needed replaced and clearly communicated why. I was never pressured to purchase anything more than originally agreed upon. My experience couldn t have been better!

The warranty is worth purchasing for your tires. I had to come in today to get 3 of my tires patched because of nails, and I didn t have to pay for the patches this time around. Aurora and Quez were the folks who helped us out. They were very personable and kind- will always come back here!

Aurora and the staff were great! I went in to get my front brakes and rotors replaced only to find out that I had been missing a bolt that goes on one of my break calipers since my last break job was done. Thanks to their sharp attention to detail and great customer service, they were able to find a replacement and still get the job done same day with short notice complications. The customer service here was superb!
