Customer service is top notch but they keep selling me the wrong parts which is why I'm leaving a three star review. I will try NAPA again in the future but not until the parts accuracy improves!

I went to 4 places in town then to Napa, which had what I needed. I needed 16 gauge 4 strand trailer wire. A lot of stores had 25' I needed 42'. There lies the problem. I got 100'. So I'll have enough to do another one later. LOL

Great place, better than anything in americus. You need to go there when ever you can. Staff is excellent, Mr. Simmons and Mr. Roberts are the best, if they can't find it ,it can't be found

If you want GREAT service this is the place to get it!!! The parts are usually there or its there the next day! Matt, Freddie, and the guys are the BEST!!!
