I was in Americus a couple of days ago I was near Autozone and a plastic fitting broke on heater core hose. I didn t have any tools with me but I knew I could by pass it and get back on the road. The gentlemen working at the time was very busy but he patiently loaned me the tools I needed and I was able to get going.I only spent less than five dollars but he didn t mind helping me even though he was swamped and by himself at the moment. I didn t get his name but I want to thank him for his kindness. This is the kind of store I do business with and I will remember them in the future.

Car required new battery and clerk chose correct one,I took it home replaced it and had to take it to Nissan to reset all electronics , will be returning the core shortly

After working a twelve hour shift I went in and immediately was greeted with a hello.. I asked for a battery check. First, a test was performed to see if it was my alternator which I was assured it wasn t. After checking my battery strength I decided to purchase a new battery. The service and installation was very friendly and prompt and I will definitely stop in here again for my car needs.

I needed washer wipers extremely bad today. I went to AutoZone and James was amazing. He helped me pick the best wipers, applied them and even topped off my washer fluid. Thanks James I will be back for my other vehicles.

The Americus GA , store is one of the best auto part stores, I ve been in. The store manager DJ. is one of the most knowledgeable and helpful employees. My 98 Chevrolet Z71, had brake issues not only did he sell me the correct parts. D.J. informed me on how to install and fix the issue. Brakes are not something easy to bleed the lines with one person. He walked me thru this. An I was back on the road the same day. Thanks AutoZone. Want Buy parts anywhere else.You guys are the BestJackson

Wow....the customer service in this town is unbelievable...I simply called to ask a question and she got frustrated....I'm not sure if this was your first day or you have been working there, but if you were busy, you didn't have to answer. And you had assistance I heard in the background. Amanda, I don't think AutoZone is the place for you. You should work behind the scenes, my suggestion is Tamarack Foods, they're hiring...Have a better day.

Great customer service!! They were able to help me figure out what I needed and also showed me a diagram as to which coil needed replacement. I will continue to use them and discontinue using Advanced. Thank you for your help!

They had a hard time finding the right wiper blades for my CHR ,but they hung in there and I ended up with an upgrade at no extra cost. Thanks guys. I will come back!

Autozone, Americus, GA. Great staff & Mgmt., very friendly and helpful! I was in town from FL visiting and my battery and Alternator went out, got my battery replaced under warranty, and the guy installed it for me and saved me a big Hassell! Got me back home!! Very much appreciated! Great Service! Hard to find these days!

My first experience at this location was unbelievable not what I expected. I was looking for a part for my truck. I talk to them over the phone to order the part I need. Once they assist me with the order process. They confirm it was order. They said it would be back that next evening. I drove 30 miles to the nearest location which was this location. Come to find out as I was coming to pick up the order. It wasn t even in the process of ordering. They excuse that was given to me by one of the mangers was it wasn t their guys fault but assist to blame the FedEx company. They part wasn t order and they told a different story. This was a unorganized experience and a waist of time with this location. I will not be doing business with them never again. I don t recommend this location for ordering parts.

I just made an AutoZone visit with small details of car problems. Everyone here were very knowledgeable and nice to me from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Brandon, the AutoZone employee that I was so greatful to have, acknowledged me right away, took a look at my car and knew exactly what the problems were. Brandon gave me advice on and the best estimates on everything I needed and wanted. He was engaged, super knowledgeable and respectable. I could go on and on about Brandon and AutoZone. If I could give more stars I would. Thanks, AutoZone!

The AutoZone in Americus, GA has the most amazing people working in their customer service. I have gotten everything I came in for and left this store w/ the knowledge and confidence to repair my vehicles.Love everyone of you guys. I say this because,the ladies of AutoZone are as knowledgeable as the men. Everyone in this location is so willing to help each other. I think that s one of the reasons this store kicks a*s over all the part stores in this small town.
