James listened to my needs for the tow. He was extremely accommodating, even adjusting a couple of jobs to move me up. James did this because he was concerned about my safety on the highway. Jordan arrived quickly, way ahead of schedule. He was professional, introducing himself and explaining what was going to happen. Jordan demonstrated the importance of safety, customer care, and his love for his job. Thank you both for what you did to assist me and making this experience less stressful than it could have been.

I hired James because he is a veteran so I knew he would be on time and professional, and of course he exceeded my expectations. I had him deliver two broken SUVs from the upstate to Charleston and am glad I did. He let me know when he arrived (10 minutes early), let me know when both cars were successfully loaded, and kept me updated each hour he was driving. When he got to Charleston I saw that the trucks were secure and professionally loaded. You may pay a little extra for his service, but the peace of mind is WORTH every penny.

Contacted my insurance company for tow assistance and they were on-site within 35 minutes. Received a phone call when they were enroute. The driver, James was very professional and enjoyed his assistance with my towing needs. He really enjoys his work and will go out his way to ensure you're taken care of. Thanks for the tow and will definitely request them again in the future.

We recommend Phantom Troop Transport 100%. My dad was driving on highway 95 from NY his battery died in the middle of the night by Riceboro, GA I got their info on Google, James was super fast to send Jordan to help my dad. They towed his car to the closest mechanic and kept me inform. Thank you guys! You are road angels in my book! May God bless your business and make it grow.

I had a wonderful and professional experience with Kim and Jordan from COPART. Kim initially answered all questions related to towing my vehicle and Jordan who was responsible for towing my car was extremely friendly and respectful. I am a veteran and so is Jordan so it was all and all a pleasant experience. .m
