I had timing components done on my truck at the end of January. My truck went in and came back out in a timely manner. Robert was great at keeping me informed with my vehicle and is always super friendly when I deal with him. Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle-Elizabeth and James Carter

I was in need of a oil service on my vehicle and I was dreading the long wait. However, I was greeted from Corey and explained my situation to him that the vehicle needed to be serviced but I also needed to be seen as soon as possible. Corey ensured me that he would have the vehicle looked at at his quickest availability. I received a phone call within the next hour stating that my vehicle was finished. I don't typically have a great experience but this visit was just that, a phenomenal experience. Corey had excellent communication skills with me and answered any questions I had before leaving the service department. My experience at Sunbelt Ford of Albany and with Corey were great and I will be back.

Took my truck here becuase there was whistling sound coming from the r front side tire, 5 days later and money out of pocket, the tire is still whisteling and my oil cap was off!!! Why. I do not know!!

3/7/24 - I needed a oil change, brakes, and a aliment for my Chrysler 300. My service rep. was very knowledgeable of what was needed to keep my car running and offered excellent customer service. I will return in the future. Be sure to ask for Gary Sims. Gwen R.

The only good thing about this visit was that they were going to get my truck in for an oil change. Unfortunately I wasn t able to go through with it because of an unprofessional individual in the service department. When I finally got my keys returned after asking for them ,as I was leaving books or whatever was slammed on her desk.

Experienced a harsh shift issue with 2019 F150. Took the truck to Sunbelt Ford Service Dept to diagnose and fix. I dealt with Corey who is the service department manager and he kept me updated on the progress. The transmission tech Lawson drove the truck a few times and was able to replicate the harsh shift. The transmission was basically overhauled. I was skeptical about the overhaul thinking it would never be right but it runs and shifts perfect. Kudo's to Lawson and the service department for getting this fixed right!

I have been up there. I do not know how many times to have things fixed that were not wrong until this Ford touched my vehicle I had a hub replaced, and the wheel wheel liner was folded in after the man worked on it they had to replace it then when they finally got the parts to replace it, they did it and I got back to my office and had to fix the trim because they did not repair it correctly. I am beyond unhappy with this dealership because of their service department. Garry has been a big help and has been nice as well as the manager Gerald. But as far as quality of service, I wish I could ve rated it zero stars instead of one the fact that I had to fix something correctly when I took it to a dealership to be fixed is ridiculous. And it was on a trim piece that had no issues with it until they touched it.

Dropped my car, 2005 Lincoln towncar, off on a Tuesday night due to it not accelerating above 35 without the O/D being cut off and Robert called me Wednesday morning to confirm what the plan of action was. Robert said I they would diagnose it and get back to me. I stopped by Friday to get the status of my car. I walked up to the counter of a woman name Alisha Green who was short and snappy with me from the get go. She said Robert is out he is the one who wrote up your car. I said well I was just checking the status and she said I don't know the status and Robert is not here, he will be back to work on Monday. I walked out to the lot and started taking pictures for a review and was approached by a young man whom introduced himself as "Hub". I mentioned my issue to him and he said walk with me inside and I will attempt to get some information for you. I waited no more than 10 minutes and Hub returned to say that my car is just being accessed by the technician. I gave Hub my contact info for him to contact me once the technician has concluded his diagnosis. Hub called me back to say the technician can't do anything until Robert return. Robert gave me a call Monday morning to say I needed a new transmissions for $6600 and i told him not to repair anything. I took my car to Steedly transmissions to have it rebuilt for 1/3 of the price. Hub was friendly, personable, and empathetic to my issue. Go see Hub for any of your needs but I will not be using this dealership again due to the one man shiw stand still.

First of all, Paul was fantastic. Things started to fall apart when we started discussing the financial piece. Initially, the price of the truck was much higher than window price. Even more than with the ADM included. Then the sales manager tried to tell me a check engine light was on in my truck we were trading. It wasn t. There were a couple of other issues that made me leary. If the Chevrolet place had not gotten such bad reviews I probably would have checked them out. Felt it was better to keep dealing with Ford. There is a supply issue so what can you do. In the end, I m not really happy with the deal itself but can t really get one better anywhere.

I live 4.5h from Albany in another state. My engine stopped running and the car would not run. I had it towed to the dealership that Sunday evening. My car was not looked at until Friday & I was told it runs fine and the diagnostics came back with no issues. I was unable to be in town until Sunday and pick up, and had to immediately return home due to work on Monday. The service department refused to leave the keys for me or offer any resolution for me to be able to get my car and return home on Sunday. Service department was rude as well as cashier regarding the issue. Both parties also stated their was no manager available to speak to..... sales was kind and helpful & told me to tell the service dept the manager (named) told them it was OK to leave keys where agreed upon. Called back service dept, and agreed on where to put my keys. There were no keys anywhere to be found. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM SERVICE & CASHIER DEPARTMENTS. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO STAY OVER NIGHT AT A COST, I AM MISSING A CRITICAL MANDATORY MEETING AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT. THIS WILL HAVE A SERIOUS IMPACT ON MY JOB. SUCH DEVASTATING CONSEQUESNCES FOR ME ALL DUE TO SUNBELT EMPLOYEES BEING UNABLE TO PROVIDE THE MOST BASIC LEVEL OF DECENCY LET ALONE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also, a 2018 Ford escape with engine that quit running while driving has "nothing" wrong with it.... car coincidently will hit 100000 miles in <6000 miles..... when the warranty will be void Truly disgusting experience, avoid this company at all costs.

Talk about top tier service and care! Our van broke down 10 hours into an 18 hour drive to Miami after we hit a deer. The closest place was Sunbelt Ford in Albany. As soon as they heard what happened, everyone from reception to service bent over backwards to help us out. Robert Oates, the service manager, called local rental places to help us find a vehicle, arranged a driver to take us to pick it up, and gave us the lowdown on the damage to our van. It's a type of kindness and empathy that is rare in the world today. We don't live anywhere near Albany, Georgia, but if we did then our next vehicle would be coming from Sunbelt! THANK YOU SO MUCH!-The Stranded Family

First come first serve oil changes. Fast and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour. Service department was nice, and vehicle was left clean inside and out.

I'm happy with the car and with Justins help in the end. While shopping we asked the price of the car we were looking at. We were quoted one price but was charged another. This due to being quoted a price for a different car, not our fault the salesman should have brougbt it to our attention prior to taking the credit hit on getting loan approval. There were a few other issues but instead of losing the down-payment we decided to just roll with it. Justin made right what he could for us and gave us some solid advice on what to do. We will check with them again on our next purchase given they have something were looking for.

My sister in law bought a 2014 Equinox. A complete lemon. She drove it off the lot. The whole underside is rusted.The delivered it and she paid over 10,000.She is elderly and they took complete advantage of her.

A few days ago we got a flat tire in Albany - the guys from Ford were just amazing. The service was fast, efficient, and professional. We can not thank them enough for their help. We would absolutely recommend these guys.

I typically use their service dept for oil changes and regular maintenance. Gary has always been helpful, very informative and provides great customer service. Prices for oil changes are very reasonable. We'll continue to use Sunbelt.

Best Service department in the Leesburg/Albany area. Only place I trust to bring my vehicles to for any level of service. Won't even think about taking them anywhere else. No one else can match the superior level of service that Gerald and his crew provide. I'd put money on the fact that any negative reviews are likely from problem customers or people that can never be pleased. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!
