I cannot sing the praises of these gentlemen enough. Our family ended up broken down, hours from home with a shot transmission and this group went above and beyond to get us back on our way. Not only did they get our truck on the lift and start working immediately, but they offered accommodations to make us comfortable while stranded, and we were back on the road in less than 24 hours. 100% recommend coming here for your needs. They have had my car for nearly a month (transmission rebuild) and are still working on it. I was told a week and a half. I will update my review after it is finished and returned to me.

I recently purchased a used Eddie Bauer Ford Explorer, and I took it in to have them check it out for me. I knew it needed to have a new transmission, and I wanted them to give me an estimate on any other repairs that it might need.The owner, Tommy, personally called me, to inform me of what it needed, in addition to the transmission, and I asked that he do the additional repairs, to include a new water pump and replace all of the hoses also.They did the repairs, and the quote was a very fair price.They did a great job, and Tommy called later that day to make sure that I was happy with the repairs.I am happy to have found a new repair shop that I know I can rely on to do any other repairs I may need in the future.I have already referred him to my neighbor, and to my family. They did a great job!

I took my 99 Chevy suburban to get a new transmission installed. I thought it would be bout a week or so to get back. Went to give bill final payment and my truck is ready W.O.W tommy told me it'll be ready by Friday but it's ready now awesome I we recommen steedly's to all my friends great work guy 5 fo sho Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Tom is a good mechanic great attitude very professional when giving details about what's going on with your vehicle. I was a little nervous when it came to dealing with a new car shop, but after awhile speaking with them about my car problems and them actually catching other problems that could have cost me a fortune later on I knew that my car was in good hands! They are very good people and do excellent work. They are the best in Lee County. They found me a good price on a used transmission and had my car back on the road in a few days.

Would not recommend whatsoever. Took my tahoe to get regeared with 4.88 Yukon gears. We agreed on $2600 (which is a little high) and agreed on 2 days max to complete the job. He let me know that he was fully capable of completing the task and I would have no issues. It took a week to get my Tahoe back. I drove my Tahoe under all the rules he made me aware of, and the gears went out. Took it back up there and he blamed it on "Chinese metal". He agreed to fix it under the 12 Month 12000 mile warranty since it had only been 1 week prior to doing the labor. He told me my spider gears went out and it was $597 to replace them. I was more than understanding and paid the money. We agreed again on 2 days to complete the labor. This time it took 1.5 weeks. We agreed to let the repair shop break it in so we could be extra cautious and make sure they wouldn't go out. Drove the truck 2 weeks and the gears went out again. Took it back up there and he refused to fix it under the warranty and offered me $730 dollars back not right away but after two weeks of my vehicle sitting at the repair shop untouched. He claimed that "the rear is the only thing messed up" while at the same time not guaranteeing the front won't break soon or giving me my money back for anything else. After much frustration I took the money. Now I'm stuck with a broke truck and $730 out of almost $3200 in my pocket. Keep in mind my truck is a 2011 and I have had many trucks geared with the same gear ratio and tire size and had no issue and also have friends with the same vehicle and same tire size and same gear ratio with no issues with the gears. But he claims I "need a bigger differential." I understand my Tahoe is modified, but I was never made aware that "modified trucks with big tires weren't covered under the warranty. Which is what he claimed to say the third time. That's not the case at all. He took on a job that he was uncapable of doing. You be the judge, but I highly recommend not visiting. 0/10 would not recommend.
