My 21-yo son driving home to Kansas from Florida, encountered a sensor issue. Skip and the crew diagnosed the problem, were wonderfully courteous and professional, getting him back on the road, ultimately making it home safely. Kudos to all, especially Denise, who was a reassuring voice to me, hundreds of miles away. THIS is the kind of service that is rarely seen in auto repair. Thanks again to all!

Just picked up my c320 Benz today. Thought I had a fuel pump issue. But Skip told me personally that wasn't the case. Ultimately parts for my car were 87 dollars and change. Yet somehow Denise managed to charge me about $680 for labor. Labor is 130 per hour. She then told me the debit machine would charge me an additional 25 dollars. Go figure? She's a rip-off artist. She stalled for over an hour as I noticed my car was done. I asked for the receipt repeatedly. But she refused. Even when the Tech wanted to check a fiber wire she delayed so she could charge me for the time as labor. He already told me he needed to order the part. I know it doesn't take 4 hours to check/ replace 12 spark plugs. Skip is a nice guy, but Denise is disingenuous. She's a classic Rip-off Artist.

My daughter goes to Albany state and had to get a new alternator they had her in and out in 2 hours for service Well the lady that works their is so sweet if u have a college student take them their They take care of them and make it a fast and easy process for a car that is sick thank you for your great customer service and fast and efficient work !!!!!

To everyone that's taking their to skip. This guy had my car I paid him and when he called me he told me that my car was fixed and running well. I paid him $2,000. Therefore I took my car home and it was doing the same thing and I called him the same day and it came to my house. At that time he kept my car for 4 months kept giving me the run-around I took him to court the judge granted him not to give my money back my car was not fix. I advise everyone stay away from this place he's a ripoff and his brother too. Just look at all those BMWs and foreign vehicles on his lot

I took my car there to have the oil changed! When I went to pick it up the bill was almost $300 for just an oil change. On the way home the low washer fluid light came on. You would think for $300 they could have at least refilled the washer fluid. Now I worry about what else they did not check and for $300 they should have checked it all. I will not be back!

Don't take your car here. They told me they fixed my truck. Paid them $355. Still having the same problem. A rip off. Definitely will not be going back.

DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR HERE!! They had my car 33 days. Called every week with a new problem and asked for more money. I had to take my car back twice after they had it for 33 days. Front desk lady is RUDE. I payed $5000 and now my car sounds like a tractor trailer.

I own a 1971 Beetle.This is by far the best mechanic you will ever use in your entire life.Skip, Kevin, Brandy, and the rest of the staff are absolutely the friendliest people I've ever met.- They do absolutely fantastic work- Never ever charge you more than what is fair.- Friendliest staff I've ever met.- Great turn around time- Absolutely A++ service all around.It's the one place I miss from Albany GA.You'll find a great mechanic here!!!

Everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. The only place that I will ever take my car to be serviced. The prices are reasonable and they are not out to take your money. AND THEY STAND BEHIND THERE WORK

Skips mostly specializes in foreign cars and high end sports cars. Great place for any vehicle that needs work done.
