I visited this morning for an oil change. Wesley and Colt were very professional and nice. I will be going here and telling my friends and family to as well. Great service..thanks to Drew and his crew for taking care of my car.

Who'd have thought an oilchange could be FAST & FUN!! I never associated those two words with an oil change, until TODAY!! I am soo soo pleased with the service I received from Kolton, Wesley & Mr. Gene!From the moment I pulled up. They were so kind, they let my baby & I stay in the vehicle. They were even mindful of her needing a nap, by lowering their tones (even though she didn't take it). They were silly, they interacted with the customers around me as well as my self in an upbeat and respectful manner. They were just happy to be alive and working and you know what; they made my day better with their positivity!! They cleaned my windshield, checked the blades, aired up my tires, checked all of my fluids & changed my oil!! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!!This was my first time with them & I was recommended by 2 family members, and I see why!!The price was perfect, the service was EXCELLENT and we all left smiling. I will be returning and referring others!!! Thanks guys!!!!

Been going to this business for years. They are quick, careful and efficient, just what you are looking for in a rapid lube shop. I pull in to have my oil changed a week ago and the place was packed to the back road. I mean there were like 6 vehicles in front of on both lanes. I swear in 20 minutes I was having my oil changed...now that's fast!!

now this place always treat me good every time I go there and staff is very nice and it feels like family I'm very proud of them in the job that they do and I hope they will be there throughout the future.this is the only place I get my oil change on all of my cars and I recommend it to everyone...

I love Shell Rapid Lube on Oglethorpe! They have helped me care for my cars through the years with professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. They are the best for oil changes in all of Albany and beyond!
