I came in over the weekend with a car towed in with a flat that belonged to my mother. I chose RNR because I ve once used this establishment for a repair on one of my personal vehicles and the service was great. I was unaware that you have to schedule an appointment before coming hence I didn t need an appointment with my Maserati. I completely understood and had no problem with company standards. However, I m rating the visit only 2 stars this time because the receptionist that was a woman was very rude and unconcerned. She made me feel as if my business there didn t matter although they couldn t help do anything. She could ve been more professional without the awkward tone and facial expressions. If it weren t for the tech in the back who was always kind from my first visit, I probably would ve only given 1 star. The tech was very helpful and didn t mind pumping the tire with air so that we could make it to a different establishment. My odds of returning would be somewhere around a 10% chance. The customer service of the associate has left a mark for me and future business there.

Had a great experience with Billy. I needed a certain tire size mounted on a rim and they were the only ones around to have in stock. I was unable to get out of vehicle due to medical condition and they done everything for me without having to get out of vehicle. Will return.

I got both of my vehicles serviced at this Albany location. I had great experiences with both. The work was fast and efficient. Both vehicles drove like new. Billy Sliter assisted me with both and went above in beyond to get me taken care of. RNR in Albany has a new loyal customer!

I would recommend this company to anyone that is having tire issues, Or if you just need a rotation or want new rims . What ever the reason , come in a see Mr. Barry the owner of RNR, him and his side kicks would love to help you! They were so helpful to me. I felt so at home with them. They will also work with you if you can t pay off all at once. I will never go to another tire store. RNR is the best!! Come in and see for yourself!!!

Dedee at R&R tires was the best! Great customer service, she was quick to assist us. Was knowledgeable about all the products, sales and services. I will be coming back for my rims! Come see them today!! 10 out of 10 tell a friend!

This is not on the other workers. This complaint is on this so called unprofessional manager, Sherry Jones. She don't know what she is doing and other customers has been complaining about her the whole time that I've been here. She is rude as HELL. I had an appointment at 11:00 am and it is now 4:19 pm. My car is still waiting to be completed. I suppose because my job is not $1500. She decided to take a customer before me without an appointment. Then, she had the nerve to shut the door in my face as I was complaining. The corporate will hear from me ASAP!

I went in today to get tires and the customer service was great!! They was fast and respectful.. DeeDee made me feel like family and she took her time and explained everything to me..Wonderful staff.. I highly recommend

I was pleasantly surprised to find this great tire shop close by in Albany! I had a flat tire while in town. Stopped in right before 12pm and they had it fixed within 30 minutes! So glad to have found these guys. Highly recommend!

RNR Tire Express is a #1 Stand Up American True Business. They conduct business that is so very rare to come across. I felt and was respected, not as if I was just another burdensome customer to take money from and not stand behind services. Well these people went beyond, I give these guys 5 stars x 10. So I have a overnight stay in Albany and awake to a nail in my tire. Across the street from hotel is RNR Tire Express. The flat tire already had been plugged twice by myself, so legally also being beyond unsafe they couldn t fix the tire and didn t have the money to buy a used tire (although I didn t say that to them) but stated I had a full size spare under the box of my pickup truck. Offered that service and I said sure you have the lift and air impact . I had a 3-1/2 hr drive home ahead of me.When all was finished they handed me the keys, that I could leave. But I didn t yet pay at the counter . The young man said Mr Scicchitano we see your a disabled veteran, thank you for your service to this country. You owe nothing for the services. We take care of our customers.ps I was never there before and they knew that.I will drive from Florida to buy my next set of tires from this RNR Tire.I salute all of the employees.Humbled & thankful. Thank you

Very disappointed lady and customer service you took me in was very helpful and professional the staff around her were not. They gave me a quote for TPMS Tire Pressure Monitor Sensors including rebalancing taking all 4 tires off putting new sensors in and rebalancing all 4 tires. Once I got there they said the quote was good but they tried to add 50 dollars per tire because I asked them once the tires were off and before print them back on to move tires back to front and front to back which they say it's a rotation yet they had to take all four tires off anyway to put in New sensors and rebalance them regardless.I guess the tech thought he was going to do so much more work. I ALWAYS tip very good yet walked out and we'll continue to do business with a different RNR rent and roll without the GET OVER SCAM MENTALITY of this place.No customer service except the last who took me in. Look elsewhere for sure before your taken advantage ofZERO STARS FOR THIS PLACE

Had a piece of metal stuck in my tire and leaking air. Went to RNR Tire Express and they were quick to get my car in and repair my tire. Staff was very friendly, helpful and extremely professional! Their technicians were able to repair my tire quickly. The staff were so nice that they did not charge me for anything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND RNR TIRE EXPRESS! Will be coming back for any tire needs in the future.

Update: The store contacted me and refunded me what I paid them plus what I paid Toyota to rebalance them. This will go towards the purchase of a replacement wheel.In January I bought some new wheels and tires off the internet and brought them here to get mounted and balanced. I m really careful on who I let do work for me because there isn t a lot of reputable shops anymore. I gave them a shot since I saw all the good reviews they had online. I picked them up a couple of days later and when I was unloading them at my house, I noticed a gouge in one wheel and some kind of touch-up paint smeared on it to hide it. I immediately called them and talked to Barry and he said I would have to talk to the manager the next day. I went down there the next day and talked to Hopper and he looked at the damage and said it could be fixed. Supposedly they have a guy that comes from out of town who could repaint it. They would give me a call. I went by there a couple of weeks later and they said they were still waiting on that guy. Now here it is almost May and I haven t heard anything from them. I spent 1200 dollars on those wheels and another two hundred for them to damage and then try to hide it. On top of all that, I had to take them elsewhere and spend another 160 because they were still not balanced correctly.

I walked in just to get a tire and DeeDee took great care of me . Not know I had other things wrong with my car . Overall great customer service, they made me feel like a part of there team. I would recommend anyone to check RNR team out.

Had a good experience here. Brought in my car to have new tires put on along with an alignment. Even after changing my tires and almost 10,000 miles of driving, my car is still in alignment.

Adrianne and staff are soo good you guys best experience and the smiles are there . Waiting area is great coffee when I needed it for when I got off work. Anything questions you have they will answer because I m a stickler for asking questions .. love love love them please look them up in Albany ga on Dawson rd right next to dollar general.

I m most definitely lost for words. Most definitely the BEST car service I have ever had. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YALL COME HERE AND NOWHERE ELSE. Let me not forget the sweet down to earth people that helped me. These are the only people I trust with my car. THANKS AGAIN I LOVE MY WHEELS.

Barry is awesome!! The greeting and help was very professional and courteous!! Sherry and Hopper was very thorough with everything you needed to know! Hopper hospitality was amazing!! As for Sherry I felt like I ve known her for years! I ve purchased plenty of rims in the past but this purchase was well worth advertising! Shop will RNR you will not be disappointed!!!

RnR Tire on Dawson Road provides an exceptional level of service. Billy's customer service skills are absolutely outstanding; he goes above and beyond to make every request feel effortless. He expertly answered all my questions, and if there was something he couldn't address, Tay, the tire tech, stepped in to assist. Thanks to Tay, I was in and out in no time, and back on the road. Billy and Tay truly deserve recognition for their A1 customer service and outstanding teamwork. They are an amazing duo!

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment on a Saturday. Everyone was very helpful! My vehicle felt brand new when I left! I'll be buying tires through them as well.
