I've recently had a change of heart about this place. My Daughter was looking for a bike while she was visiting. I told her we could go see what they had. But, the selection would be limited, and the staff would be unfriendly. I was totally surprised at the changes! They had a great selection of bikes ranging from the Smaller dirt bikes, to the large adventure bikes. Ben Thompson assisted us, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. He was helpful without being "pushy" and a great ambassador for the store! My daughter found a Trans Alp 750 that She loved, and we both left happy.Thanks Ben!

I d give them 10 stars if I could. I live almost 3 hours away, and found this place online shopping for a new DRZ400SM. They had the best price, and when I called and talked to Jeremy, I explained that I had the cash for the bike but was wanting to rebuild my credit and finance it but I didn t think I could get financed. He had me approved less than 5 minutes later. On the trip up there to grab the bike today, I spoke with Kevin and Derrick on the phone. Nothing but helpful with my questions. Austin (?) in finance was very nice and helpful. All the shop guys that helped me get it loaded up and strapped down went above and beyond. I ll be making all of my 2 wheel purchases from here, as they ve earned my business for life. Thanks again to everyone.

Kinsey is one of the best sale people I have ever dealt with. She will get all of my future business and the business of my friends and family. She made the whole experience stress free and was just a nice person. She will go over and beyond to make sure you are happy. Everyone go in and ask for her she will hook you up.

I recently traded a RZR in for a new 4 seater to accommodate my family. I was very pleased with the service, especially the help I received from Jeremy Neald! He was phenomenal in assisting with all of my needs and answering any questions that I had. I went in with an idea of what I wanted, but he truly showed me the pros and cons of each and put me in exactly what we needed! I had the best customer service from Jeremy, and will be a repeat customer!

Had a great experience with Derek, since I was 1.5 hours away, He answered all my questions, lined everything up for me had the paperwork ready when I arrived, and the ranger sitting out front ready to load. It took me longer to load it up then it did to close the deal. This is the way every sale should be. quick and painless... awesome job Derek!!

Very happy I ended up purchasing from here. Great and professional staff, informative and answered all questions thoroughly. Also went above and beyond to ensure my needs and concerns were addressed and met. Special shoutout to Kinsey -- great sales rep and even better conversationalist. Though I live a bit far, I would have no second thoughts about coming here for future purchases or services.

I purchased a new side by side ATV about a month ago from this fine Motorsports dealership. Kinsey Eissler was a huge help in the whole process. She is an excellent salesperson and was able to get me a great deal and answered all my questions. The ATV is amazing and I m so happy I bought it. I highly recommend purchasing from here!!

Walked in to ridezilla just to look around not really wanting to buy anything. Was fixin to walk out then met Kinsey. She ended selling me a brand new side by side. Excellent salesperson. 10/10 would recommend.

They have an amazing staff! I have purchased 2 four wheelers and 1 dirt bike from here in just over 1 year. Each purchase was smooth & hassle free! They don't have unnecessary hidden fees like Extreme Powersports of Columbus.

bought a 4 wheeler from Kinsey Eissler and this thing goes crazy. I ride it every dang day. Kinsey was super helpful, answered every question I had, and just straight up a nice gal. 10/10 recommend

I purchased a 2023 Honda CBR 1000RR from Kevin at Ridezilla Albany. I was charged $16,050.00, even though the bike is listed on the dealerships website as $14,500.00 We sent several text messages back and forth in regards to the bike, which was listed on the website for $14,500.00. Kevin told me what the payment would be and when I asked about negotiating the price, interest rate and term, he advised me to come in and discuss it all. I told Kevin that I did not have much time that day, but wanted to get the best numbers I could, before purchasing the bike. When I arrived, Kevin told me that the payment was a little less than he had originally told me. Well, as we all know with dealerships, next thing I know, I was in the finance office rushing through paperwork to sign. I will say that it is my fault for not saying "not today", since I only had limited time to sign the papers that day. I did not read any of the paperwork, not even the price breakdown, which is the most important. The next day, I looked at my paperwork and saw that the dealership charged me $16,050.00 for the bike that was listed at $14,500.00 online. I will not purchase anything at all from this dealership in the future, nor would I recommend Ridezilla, Boaters World, Partszilla, or any of the brands of Outdoor Network.

Top notch business. I live over 200 miles away with ATV dealers everywhere but they beat the local prices by over 3 thousand dollars. Not only that from the first call to leaving the dealership Ms. Kinsey was great to deal with! Polite, plain spoken, no push, and did exactly as she said she would. Nothing like the typical rushed pushy salesman you normally encounter. It was the easiest purchase we have ever made! My son will be extremely excited come Christmas! I'll definitely be back and I'll be recommending ridezilla to anyone I know looking for an ATV or UTV. Thanks again Ms Kinsey, we appreciate all your help and patience!!

We went to Ridezilla for all our Atvs purchases, and that s where we met Jeremy Neeld- couldn t ask for a better Sales Manager. We have never had a bad experience at Ridezilla, infact we have purchased so much over the last 2yrs that they have become such good friends!! Jeremy is very attentive to our needs, and everything we ask. He is very friendly, and just an all around great guy, which is why we keep coming back!!

I've been trying to cancel a wheel warranty since April of this year. Every time I call I get the runaround and never hear back from the finance manager. In June I called and was told they canceled it but I've yet to see any refund. They did tell me that since it was financed, the refund would be sent to the lein holder so I checked with synchrony and couldn't find any refund. About to buy another bike, guess where I'm not going

Polite professional and true to southern hospitality is how I describe my experience with Ridezilla of Albany,Ga. My salesman Kevin Kennedy and the sales manager Austin Harris took great care of my needs. I flew in from Maryland and Kevin had McDonald s breakfast waiting on me before the shop actually opened. Austin welcomed me and took no time at all to get my paperwork done. I rode the bike home and after I got some sleep I wrote this review { first one I ve ever done } Expect quality product and pros to help you along your way.Riding the WorldGary Ferguson

Kevin was a great salesman but the problem was with Jason the sales manager he agreed with lowering his freight fee. To match Dothan Powersports. Then later, he said he was not going to do it, and if I didn t like that, I could go somewhere else. I m not going to buy anything because Jason is a liar and wouldn t honor his word!!!

Don t let the prices fool you. They add on about an extra $2,000 fee to the sticker price that they claim Polaris makes them add on to every ATV purchase. The place I eventually bought my ATV from said that the fee is optional and up to the dealership whether they want to charge the fee or not

Ridezilla s staff is awesome. They listened to what we wanted, found us the perfect ranger to ride around in, added all the accessories we asked for with ease, and kept us happy during the whole buying process. I couldn t recommend Ridezilla of Albany enough.
