The people that work there are great. I haven't had no problems with them. I talked to the manager and let him know what was going on. And he handled it very well. I give them 5 stars.

I felt my experience could have been better for a first time customer. Seem like every time I needed some assistance, it was inconvenient or I had to wait for one specific employee to be in to better assist me. I never received my black center cap which I was told that was on back order from the beginning to the end on my contract. I chose the quick buy out option, after paying my rims off, I received an unexpected charge on my debit card, I had to call the store to get that refunded.

From start to finish, my experience at Rent-A-Wheel has been awesome. I would like to shout out Nigel for his awesome customer service. He met all of my needs. It s rare to find someone who actually cares about their customers. Thank you Nigel for making me feel welcome. If anybody deserves a raise, its you Nigel. You are what defines customer service. Dameyun is a very generous helpful guy. He helped me with all my needs and concerns the first go around. Dameyun kept me updated with the process of my shipment each and every single day until I was serviced. I would definitely recommend this service to anybody in the Albany,Ga area .

If you want a great deal this is the place to go! Everyone there is awesome! I love how thoughtful and thorough they are with whatever you want and need to know! You can't get any better service than that! I'll be shopping with them again very soon...the Honda needs some shoes

Dameyun, Devin, Marcus, and Tiffany ALL provided Excellent customer service and information in regards to my purchase. Very professional team and will do what it takes to meet the standards of what the customer wants. Not just to make a sale, but to provide safe installation and suggest what products the customer should consider. Dameyun even assisted on his day off. I Highly recommend this company and team and appreciate the outstanding work done on my vehicle!! Salute to the entire team!

I love this store! The selection is always on point and the service is fast and friendly! They have me right every time I come in Damion is the man! He s friendly and got great customer service! Very professional and knowledgeable. Very friendly atmosphere. Devin is the man. Nigel and Tanisha are great account reps. Tiffany is new but she is also great. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Even when I had a hard time and was thinking of returning my product, the entire staff worked with me to keep my merchandise. They refused to allow me to return it, which shows me they care. Rent A wheel in Albany, Ga is the best. Shop with them! You can't lose.

I have been a frequent customer at this location and the manager there Devin has been very helpful and informative when making and completing a sale. He provides great customer service and is always available when I'm in need. I have and will continue to recommend this location.

My husband and I were very pleased with our customer service experience here in Albany. We drove an hr to receive the rims we wanted. Mrs. Tiffany was great with showing us the different quality rims. We will definitely be back soon to purchase more.
