I went to pick up parts for my son in law. They were to have them pulled. I ask the female employee for floor jack oil and parts. She had to get a man to handle.

The very best ,courteous people . Genuine concern in evaluating the problem and matching the right solutions.I have to deal with C O P D, allergies, asthma, fibrosis, high humidity || the manager came to my aid.He had great lungs & fast speed & quickly dashed back & forth from store to truck, working out solutions. With receipt in hand, he sent me on my way, with cool dry filtered air, recirculating in my truck.The 20 year old truck was now running smoothly after getting new fluids. A 73 year old was glad to be an old customer member of O'Reilly.

Great place for quality parts and customer service. Jesse was a huge help; very knowledgable and provided excellent customer service. Ask for Jesse if you're ever at this O'Reilly's, you will not regret it!

Had a couple of questions about my windshield wipers, the guy inside shawn was very helpful- he helped me check my fluids as well and made suggestions as to what I'd need. I appreciate having this type of service available

Went to do a return/exchange. The gentleman that helped me as well as the manager were both super nice. The gentleman signed me up for O'Reilly's reward program and instead of paying the difference from my exchange, I was actually owed some.

Helpful staff. A younger man especially. But the older black guy that works the counter... I feel like he holds me in contempt for walking in the door. But know his stuff and is full of knowledge. He is the glue holding the crew together. With a few minor changes he should be managing that store.

Service is decent (not outstanding) if you actually take the time to go to the store. However, don't bother calling ahead, because they NEVER answer, and if by miracle they DO, you most like will immediately be put on hold and forgotten about. This is an every day occurrence.

Guy was very attentive, dont know his name. Helped every way he could to help find a special lug nut key for my vehicle. Even called other stores for me to see if they had it, and they did. Wish I got the guys name. Very helpful

Very helpful. Called ahead as they were only part store in town that had a Power Steering Oil Cooler for my Toyota Tundra to verify they had it before I drove from 30 mins away. They put me on hold, put their hands on the part, pulled it and had it waiting at counter with my name on it when I got there. Toyota wanted $500 for the OEM part and it cost me only $42 at O'Reilly's for an after market part that did same function...cooled fluid to prevent damage to power steering pump. Awesome store and great customer service.

Employees are friendly, but could be more knowledgeable. I came by to get my battery tested and the battery was fine. They stated my alternator was bad. My battery is located in my trunk and they never tested the alternator. I purchased a new alternator. The employee stated that is was located at another store that I needed to return the next day and that he would replace it for $40. The next day when I arrived the other employee seemed confused, he stated they had the alternator in stock and explained that the other employee was not authorized to change out the alternator, that he was trying to pull one over on me. I ended up calling a friend to replace the alternator, he opened my hood only to realize the belt was broken. A replacement alternator was not needed.

The only parts store in Albany that actually sells auto PARTS. Seems like all of the others are only good for oil, filters, and fluids.
